We used to love Bison Witches when we lived in Tucson, AZ. Their chicken nachos are yummy! When we found ourselves traveling through Lincoln, we had to stop. The nachos were tasty, although nothing close to as generous as at the Tucson location. They serve a TRAY full of nachos that MUST be shared. We used to joke that every tray was made from is own bag of chips. The Lincoln nachos were good, just not as plentiful, but totally worth the stop. My sister-in-law loves their chili so we picked her up some in a bread bowl.
