Great Infrastructure for Offices in Dowtown Rio. Nice view and also great area around it.

Pleasant place with satisfying restaurants if your goal is a routine lunch. It has a very good gym and excellent space for organizing events or small workshops.

Traditional commercial building in the city of Rio. Many people work in this building or started their careers there. Today it is next to the privileged Porto Maravilha where is the synthetic Museum of Tomorrow, which today with the revitalization of the region, is an excellent alternative for family fun. Companies like Petrobras operate in the building.

This is a good conference place with a spectacular view on the Rio de Janeiro Port. However since a couple of month the 2 restaurants available at the conference floor has been closed definitively.

A super business center with wonderful rooms and excellent restaurants.
