I have worked and coached for this organization for 5+ years and there isn't a better organization for your youth athlete!

Excellent organization for youth sports! I played softball here growing up and my kids continue to play now.

My son has played baseball for Millard United for six years- both classic and select- and he loves it! It is a great organization to play with. They also went out of their way to help me when I had issues with our online registration last year, and this year they were extremely helpful with a scheduling issue. I highly recommend Millard United.

Been with MUS for 4 years now but in the last year it has really gone downhill! We will not be returning.

All of my kids played baseball and football here. Baseball had a couple concerns but they worked to repair them. Football has always been great! Other orgs did a lot of recruiting that was not professional while MIllard was always welcoming and delivered on its promises.

My kids have played softball, baseball, and football for Millard United for four years in Classic and in Select now. I cannot believe how blessed we have been to get great coaches and have had an amazing experience every step of the way.

You sent the following message to Chris Gallardo President, Football and Mitch Kampbell Chairman

Sir,
I received an email this morning from Chadd Russell stating that I was banned from all remaining 6th grade Jr Mustangs Blue games and practices. He stated that it was because of "a number of complaints from multiple sources regarding behaviors and or statements that you have demonstrated during both practice and games"
I would like to know what these behaviors and statements are since I sit by myself at games and practice. As a matter of fact I am usually the only spectator attending practices.
This whole situation is somewhat ironic in that at practice on Tuesday Oct 20th. Chadd called a play in the huddle named "Kill Players Name". This was confirmed by multiple players that this was set up on Sat. Oct 17th. but they would wait until Tuesday when they had pads on so the could hit him harder. The play consisted of all of the offensive players to chase after Players Name and dog pile on him when they catch him. I do have a video of it and you can hear Chadd laughing in the back ground. Chadd losing his temper and bullying players is the main reason I attend the practices.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I do find it disturbing that neither you or Mitch Kampbell seem to know anything about this. Chadds email clearly states it was a decision made by Millard United.

If anyone is still following along, my first email to Chris and Mitch was sent at 10:20 AM Monday Oct 26th. I followed up with another email on Friday Oct 30th at 9:04 AM. Guess what folks, no response as of Saturday Oct 31st at 5:43PM.
Maybe Millard United condones this behavior.
Maybe it s just Millard United Jr Mustangs that condones this behavior.

Chadd Russell has left MUS and started his own league called Jr. Mustang Football and is playing in the Metro Youth Football League.
I Do not play for this guy or in his league. If you notice that on his website he has parent and player code of conduct for but does not have a coaches code of conduct.

Do NOT sign up for football!!! MUS has decided to form their own league and the high school feeder programs have pulled out of MUS and have started their own programs that are registered through the high school. MUS is now holding the refunds and refusing to give families their money back even though they are no longer offering what we registered/paid for. Part of their guarantee when they pulled out of the MYFL was that they still had the backing of the Millard high schools and would continue the feeder team program. We registered and paid based on that information. Totally screwing families over. Now MUS basically says play for us in our new league OR only get a partial refund...for a program we signed up for that they DO NOT have now and DO NOT plan to offer. Have always been happy with MUS but now their true colors show when money is involved. Money that is not rightfully theirs when they are no longer offering a product that was paid for in good faith.

My three boys really talk about their experiences all the time. They remember their great coaches and team mates that made sports fun and changed their lives!
