Went with bishops because they have pretty good ratings and apparently are meant to be one of the best around. I personally am quite disappointed with them, no idea whether it's the company or the advisor I have, she never calls me back even after stating she will do so, they've had my prints for over a month, had to chase them a bit to get the samples but that was fine, they eventually did that and everything was good to go ahead. I ask to go ahead professionally and to tell me how much it will cost, I've had to chase them for well over a month, many phone calls I've made and not one of them has been returned to tell me what's happening or how much it will cost. I keep calling and calling and get promised call back after call back but they're obviously not interested, so I will be taking my business elsewhere, absolutely stunned by the lack of professionalism.
