A great place for a day out. Lots of birds to see and FEED!!! This is such a novelty. A fun day out for anyone. If you visit ensure you visit the dwarf crocodilians as they were chasing the turtles. Good food and cakes too!

Its not huge that one needs a day. It would be done and dusted in about 3-4 hours. From that point of view, its not a full day out unlike many other places who charge an entrance fee in that range. Would have liked to see more variety of birds (there are lots and lots of parrots) but still overall its not bad.

Great selection of birds that interact with the visitors (providing you have food!) and some nice shows and animal encounters... Underwater World is nothing fantastic, but it's included in the price so at least worth a quick wander round.

Have been coming here since I was a child and have always enjoyed coming back. Love seeing all of the birds and the farmyard out back. Really nice that you can pet some of the animals such as: the billy goats and baby chicks. Great day out for everyone, not just kids

Wonderful day out. Not huge so you could get round it a couple times if staying all day but we tend to leave before closing so home for dinner.

Lots of birds, in clean, well kept enclosures. The show is very entertaining. The park is always clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they are always willing and able to answer any questions from my boys

Brilliant family day out! So many amazing breeds of birds, all colours, sizes and noises! Feeding time with the penguins was definitely a highlight! You get to see them up close and learn lots about them too.
Another highlight was the petting farm area where we found chickens, ducks, turkeys etc wondering free, my toddler loved it! Especially the area where you could pet rabbits and Guinea pigs!
The aquarium was a bonus, a great range of fish, crocodiles and turtles (some of the tanks needed a clean as it was hard to see the fish).
The only real criticism I had was the high chairs, they are very hard to get toddlers in and out of. Also I feel the baby change areas could do with an upgrade.. they are a bit old and worn.
Other than that, a brilliant day out! We'll visit again very soon!

The 2nd time I've been in as many weeks, the aviaries are beautifully set up to mimic the birds natural habitat, you can interact with many of the birds which is wonderful. I will be purchasing a family pass.

Loved seeing all the different birds, there were different sit down and talk experiences going on which my 3 children found usefull. There's a farm there too which we all loved interacting with the goats, chickens etc. A nice day out all round

Still great fun but certain attractions weren't available due to Covid. E.g the train and underwater world. However, the tickets are at a reduced rate (must pre-order) and sanitation cannot be faulted.

Nice place. Kids loved it. Happy animals and areas for the kids to play and run around. Okay (not great) price for the time you can spend there which can easily be most of a day.

Underwater area is a little disappointing, 10 to 15 minutes to see it all.

It's a great place for a day of fun with the kids. Lots of great birds to see, easy to keep the social distancing. Make sure you're to bring your own food, the food from the kiosks is terrible. Other than that it's a great place to visit.

Cool

This is a nice place to spend an hour or two, but there is not much more to. The map online makes the place look far bigger then it really Is, although the space is bet large. There are plenty of car parking spaces, and you also get free entry to their onsite Aquarium. (Very small but nice as an added extra). Staff are very helpful and friendly.

A stunning day for a multitude of reasons, most importantly Bird World being brilliant (and the weather was lovely all day around). Lots of exotic birds (some are endangered or sadly, only visible in zoo due to loss of habitat). Food at the neighbouring garden centre was first class. Can only recommend to visit this place!

Excellent experience, Mark at Birdworld really helped my whole family and baby during our experience to see Santa. Mark made our trip worth while and we will definitely be visiting Birdworld again

We took our 4 year old who loved it, check out the times at the entrance for feeding and the train and especially meeting the animals on the farm, which was my daughter's favourite getting to hold a real mouse. Food prices are reasonable and you get to go into underwater world as well. Great day out.

I love birdworld. There is so much to see and do. They have exhibits linked to books and themes. The penguin exhibit is like a huge boat. They have animal displays and shows which my baby loved. The Christmas grotto is amazing too. Then there's the fishworld attached to it, though this one was a little cramped but amazing stock. Well worth a visit.

An amazing place to spend the day. Endless amounts of different birds, goats, sheep, chickens etc. Lots of opportunities for feeding and petting. Penguin feeding is shown twice a day and is entertaining. Reasonable priced. Aquarium included in ticket price and another massive variety of all sorts of fish from around the world. A great gift shop with lots of small trinkets and toys for the kids. Will definetely be coming back in the future.

The area is lovely, however the cages for the larger birds are way to small. The place was tidy but with the main attraction being the birds. I feel like the cages should be much bigger. One of the large birds (orange beak, black feathers) I came across was smacking its head on a wooden pole what was sad to watch as the bird looked very bored and frustrated. The penguin area was also small as well.
I won't be going again.

Always worth a visit for a somewhat low-key, more sedate day out than a theme park or something like that.We have an annual pass and never seem to get bored of wandering around, often finding out new stuff about the animals and finding new things to see.

Surprisingly wonderful. I didn't realise how extensive the place is and how many species they have. You can buy bird feed at the entrance and feed the birds as you go, which is a pretty lovely experience. There is also a small aquarium! Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic.

Fantastic.

I was dubious at first as the entrance and roadside appearance is nothing special, however the park is great, hundreds of birds in very well kept clean enclosures. The staff are very friendly and made special efforts to explain the birds to people.

A must visit.
