We had scheduled an appointment at 2 pm to look at a car. We got there a little early and was told the salesman I had been talking to was busy, but to have a seat in the waiting room and they would let him know we were there. 1.5 hours later the salesman finally contacted me via phone! I finally got to test drive the car I was interested in but pointed out several issues to the salesman. They were only willing to come down $500.00 and they already had the car priced $640 above the high blue book value. Plus, they only wanted to give me $1,500.00 lower than my car was worth so we offered cash on the spot. The salesman didn't even flinch and said the manager would not go for it. We were willing to negotiate and would have paid more but he didn't even give us a counter offer! Our original cash offer was only $2,000.00 below asking price so you would think he would at least talk to someone. Nope, apparently he can make that call all on his own. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service here. Although I loved this car, it wasn't worth being ripped off. Other dealers jump on cash for a new car but these guys must not need it!
