What you should know about Billion before you purchase a vehicle is that they're a "bargaining lot", meaning they jack up the sticker price in anticipation of getting a lower offer. This is something I wish I had known 2 years ago when I purchased my used Subaru from them. I guess I should have known, but if no one tells you these things then you're left to your own devices and have to find out the hard way. Im in the process of trying to sell my car to get out of my monthly payment and currently owe $5,000 more than the KBB value of my car. There are many dealerships in town and if you can, take your money elsewhere or at least make sure you're not getting raked over the coals.
