I wish I could give them zero stars because they are shady as hell. I went to buy a 1 year old vehicle that was supposed to be a CPO . I asked for the service records. The salesman told me he couldn't get them until the sales manager was back next week. So I sign the papers to buy the car anyways, considering it was a CPO and only a year old. Now we are finalizing the deal with the finance guy. He gives me some printed papers. On the papers, all the problems were listed, including oil leaking, exhaust problems, and a burning smell. HELL to the No! I canceled the deal and left. Thank goodness I never left with the car . I would run the other way from these con artists .

I went to the service for a check engine light. They told me we booked for now you can drop itbiff tomorrow. The repair will take several days till the check engine code is restored we don't offer any car durring that time. Bad service.

Do not buy from this dealership, bought a 2010 ter...

Do not buy from this dealership, bought a 2010 terrain with what they called a great extended warranty at the time. 10k 1yr later the trans went out, even though is a covered item, the extended warranty declined it. Called them multiple times and was unable to get a gold of a manager, when i finally did, no help at all. I was told they they do not have anything to do with the warranty company, but they just sell it. The do not stand behind the product that they sell. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I will submit a report to the BBB for the dealership and the Ex Warranty. I hate doing it but they really pissed me off.

I would give it zero stars but apparently that is not an option. My friend Gabriel Lobo had recently bought a car from here, and although the outside looked spick and span, the inside was really messed up. I'm talking rusted metal under the seats, random wiring, and it was so rusted to the point where it was hard to recognize what was going on down there. It was a real hazard and safety concern. If it had gone unnoticed, it would have been extremely dangerous and even fatal. More in-depth information will be on his review post.

This was the 2nd time that I took my car to the dealership to the regular maintenance and the 1st time I got a car wash, I don't know if you only do it on the first visit.

I got there at 7 am and did not get a ride and I know you guys provide it because I was there a week after with a friend and you gave her a ride.

Also you were supposed to call me when the car was ready but I never received a call, I had to call you instead.

I was searching for a Silverado that met my particular specifications, and I found it on their lot. When I walked into the dealership, I was met by my salesmen Bill Baresch. Bill was able to walk me around the truck and explain all of the features and benefits this vehicle had to offer. After a very simple discussion on price I was able to purchase the truck without any of the normally expected negotiation pains.

I was treated, with respect, and fairness, by all of the dealership employees and all aspects of the buying experience were genuine, and never once did I feel like I was being "SOLD". If you need a new car, go see Bill Baresch or any employee at Bill Kay and I bet you will be as surprised and as happy as I was with the experience.

I dropped my 2011 chevy equinox off to this chevy to be fixed and it was brought in on Friday afternoon they said they were going to check my truck that day and they never did I had to call them Friday before they closed to see what was going on and they called me back after I kept calling come Saturday morning they finally contact me knowing that where my warranty is from place is closed on the weekends so Matt in the secure department told me he would call me on Monday morning and tell me what my warranty covers and so I could getc a rental and he never called me I had to call several times the receptionist hung up on my face the manager threatened not to help me if I don't call down when they've been lying to me since Friday and he never called me Monday I had to call triple a to come to town my truck to Chevy in Naperville which so far is giving better service I don't recommend chevy of lisle because they are really small they don't care about their customers and they do not have as many technicians as does chevy of Naperville

Just bought a 2015 Chevy SS from Bill Kay Chevy and couldn't have had a better experience!

I have been communicating on and off with Bill Baresch for a few months (this vehicle is built in Australia and it takes 3-4 months from order to delivery) and he was great the whole way through up to and including delivery today! Bill has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with!

Joe Komendanchik on the Finance team was great to work with as well and answered all my finance related questions very thoroughly and with a smile!

Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend Bill Kay Chevy in Lisle! I love the car and plan to keep it for a long time, and I look forward to a long relationship with Bill Kay Chevy!

The service staff is slow to begin with. They tell you one thing, and does another. They don't call you to let you know the status of your vehicle; you have to call them constantly to get an answer.

We love our new Cruze and the sales staff was very helpful and friendly. We are disappointed that after requesting financing through our bank, it was arbitrarily changed to one of the dealer's choosing without our consent or even our knowledge. On top of that, our payout on our trade-in was sent to the wrong address so at this point we may be liable for another payment on a car we no longer own. It was also very difficult getting a call back from the dealership re: the financing issues. We'll be more careful next time but then,... we thought our wishes were being followed THIS time.

Needed to buy a quality used car for my son in college. Stopped in at Bill Kay Chevy on Ogden and prepared to painfully deal with that typical obnoxious pushy salesmen. It was the furthest from that. I met Jose Salas who couldnt have been nicer. He was polite, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable being there. No pressure. Once decided, the rest of their staff put together the paperwork, financing and car preparation like a well oiled machine. I was out of there in no time. Great Experience! Great group of people.

My experience with Bill Kay in Lisle was good overall. Started out a bit rocky, because there was a lack of communication from my first agent. Couldn't find what I wanted within a 200 mile radius, so we ended up ordering from factory. I've never done that before, and I must say it was a worthwhile experience. SO nice to get exactly what you want. And it didn't take that long. Came in much sooner than I anticipated (2015 Traverse 2LT AWD). It's beautiful. Still can't believe it's mine! When we decided to order from factory we started working with Bill Baresch. He has been wonderful. Very informative and on top of things, and always communicating w/me, either by phone or email. He has been a joy to work with and made something I was dreading (purchasing a car for the first time in 10yrs.) into something fun and exciting! And isn't that what buying a car should be like?!

My initial contact with the dealership came from Eric Perionni due to him being my first car salesperson. Due to my situation I gave Eric a call and he was off work and is in a new position but he told me to contact Jen Senders who was tremendous help and also kept me within my budget. She not only assisted in getting me what I needed but also what I wanted. The finance director also provided amazing advise and got me a good deal.

I am grateful for their advice and have used it to help my current situation. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Everyone I dealt with from making the appointment to dropping off and picking up my vehicle was great. Very knowledgeable and highly recommendable. I will continue coming here for all my vehicle needs! They didn't try to up-sell me, but instead told me exactly what was wrong and recommended what can be done and the pricing was just right. I love the honesty this dealership has, it is VERY important to me to become a repeat customer!

My salesman Shawn Chamberlain was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about not only my new vehicle and all it's features, but about the entire car buying process. Shawn made the experience of buying my new Trax a pleasant one. He walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. I had a problem with my driver side door closing correct.so I took it back to bill Kay Chevy were I purchased it.when I got there mark bowling come out to check it out .after looking at it he said he will call me up in a couple of days when to bring it back.in two days he called me back to bring it in.when I got there mark bowling said he is going to send it to the body shop to have it fixed.at that time he let me use a car until it was repaired.after it was fixed he said when he is satisfied with the repair he will call me to pick it up.ahter a week he called me to pick it up but if I was not satisfied he will not let me take it.when I got to the dealer I checked it out and I had been very satisfied.I would like to give a big thank you to mark bowling for taking care of the problem I had with my door.

Absolutely terrible. Went to buy a car for an advertised price of $20,970 and despite the stock number and details matching the ad, I was told the car is $25,700 and the ad had a misprint. Proofread your ad before sending it to the area and posting it throughout your dealership! Don't blame your print company! Stand behind your dealership and your product and honor your prices.

I told him the price I wanted and he did what he could to get as close to that price as possible. Dean was also very helpful and informative when it came down to the numbers. Laid everything out in front of me and told me everything I wanted and needed to know. Overall I was happy with my experience at Bill Kay. No games played here just good business.

Very family oriented. No repeat sales calls. No pressure. Easy financing even with people who do not deserve a vehicle like myself. Bought a used car with below miles and runs great. That was six month ago. Call Paul or George. The owner son works for a company who can drive any car and chose a very economical vehicle. That says a lot about his social values. The owner walks around frequently and very approachable. Almost like a Harley-Davidson Rider type of laid-back.

I have many horrible things to say about Bill Kay ...

I have many horrible things to say about Bill Kay Chevrolet:

Lied about our trade in value. $3500 turned to $1000 because despite knowing that my previous vehicle was a stick shift when they did the estimate when it came time to crunch numbers, suddenly my car had dropped in value $2500 because they "didn't know it was a stick shift".

Lied about the online price. Flat out admitted to bait and switch- "we put those prices online to get people in the doors". Magically, when we went to purchase the car it was $1500 higher.

Sold us a car that JUST after we had owned it for a year- the car is a year and 1/2 old, the engine SEIZED.

Stuck us with a 9% APR rate, on a car that depreciates quickly- we tried to trade it in at another dealership and COULD NOT as the value of the car was 40% less (6K ) than what we owed on it (almost 10K) .

Sold us a completely impractical car for our needs- a chevy spark to someone with 2 small children and car seats. I cannot even fit a stroller in the thing. We asked about a larger USEd car and were told "no, this is what you are getting"

They refused to put my name on the loan, and when i called to make complaints, they basically said "we can't let people like you buy cars" IE- stay at home moms. Funny, Ford financing was able to use my credit rating and my spouses' income and give us an APR of 0%, but apparently the dealership that brags that they "own the credit company" couldn't? When i complained to the dealership, i was told "well, your payment is lower than most of the people who walk out of here". Telling.

As we were purchasing the car, they repeatedly tried to sell us crap that had nothing to do with the car- insurance for replacing an electronic key fob. When the car has manual locks. Insurance to cover the cost of the loan should the car be totaled, and when we said our policy covered that, our VERY GOOD insurance company was mocked.

Complaints have gotten "please email us" and the response is "your husband has to complain because we don't have your name on file"

I rue the day I didn't walk away from them.

This has nothing to do with the sales department. As someone who works in the autoindustry and doesn't have time to change my own oil, I came here expecting to be in and our in roughly 30 minutes, that's how it is at most dealers I've been to when it comes to oil changes. When I got there I was confused as to where the service doors were, I saw one sign with an arrow that said service but i noticed i saw no entrance signs, so I drove around the building to see if that's where I should go. When I found the doors I was told to pull up, which I did, and then I waited for 5 minutes before some woman that wasn't even dressed like she worked there walked up to my car and asked " what do you want" like I was impeding on her space. She then informed me that they usually only take apointments for oil changes. No dealer I've ever been to really takes appointments for oil changes. She said she'd check on the wait time and literally just walked around a corner and walked right back, so I'm not sure she even checked. It was an hour and a half wait time and she expected me to wait for it! That's ridiculous. This place is a joke! No one was dressed like they cared about their job and I didnt see anyone with their shirts tucked in. Overall this place need a service department overbal and a basic customer skills seminar.

We unexpectedly needed a new family vehicle and were under a time crunch. Bill Kay Chevrolet came recommended to us, and they didn't disappoint! Chris (mgt) and Frank (sales) were extremely friendly and helpful in helping us consider the best options for our family. Their patience and kindness made the car-buying process less-stressful. I also felt I could trust both of them, which helped as I hadn't owned a Chevy before and was trying to learn about Chevy vehicles. Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone! We had an upgrade added to our car and found the service department to work efficiently and quickly as well. We will definitely return to Bill Kay Chevrolet in the future!

Saying they low balled my trade is an understatement. Found a car I was interested in, but knew financing would be a hurdle. They immediately started running financing yet never once gave me numbers on what I would be financing. I asked two times while I sat at the dealership, still nothing was given to me. Spencer, my salesman, kept giving me the runaround. Called my local bank the next morning, they said get us the numbers, I called again to ask for numbers and still nothing. I could have had the deal done by noon. After I pulled out, I found out the car I was looking at had a known recall without a fix yet. Shady indeed.

The used car sales manager was super friendly and helpful, he gave us top dollar for our Equinox when we weren't even buying another vehicle, and the check came in the mail within a week. We bought another vehicle from Bill Kay several years back and have been consistently impressed with their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

What a pleasant and professional environment as well as experience. My wife and I could not have received better service than we did from Arnulfo Martinez. He was everything you look for in a sales person. Warm, friendly, social, caring, patient and working with and for you to get the sale. He was not a shark out for just your "green " blood.

Incredibly unprofessional and classic "bait and switch" regarding CPO financing during purchase. Staff claimed not to know what vehicles qualified for CPO financing, showed the finance numbers with the 1.9 APR and then....the "snag" and "this vehicle doesn't qualify". Pre-owned sales manager was rude going so far as to say "go talk with the general manager - I don't care". Will not set foot in this dealership again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. Unethical, condescending and lacking in any type of customer service.

I had not heard of Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics before I saw an ad in a local paper. A friend of mine and I went to look at a Corvette and met Jonathon Forkal . We spent almost two hours talking Corvettes with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. Not your typical used car salesman. We didn't find anything to buy that day, but he left a great impression. After looking again at their website I noticed a Corvette I overlooked and called him about it. After returning for a test drive I bought the car. One of the most comfortable car buying experiences I have had. No pressure, no BS, got all my questions answered promptly and a fair deal on my trade-in. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used Corvette or classic car.

Salesperson, Dory was pretty good, we didn t have any complaint with her service . However the finance guy we got was very rude and didn t even really explain any of the process. My husband and I would ask something and he would give us a very short and rude response.
Another issue we have was that 3 weeks after buying one of their used vehicles , it started giving us problems, the dashboard display did not work, the truck had oil leakage, Ac/heater did not work, the transmission was also messed up. I would not recommend buying from them , if you are planning on buying a chevy vehicle , I would highly recommend SUNRISE CHEVROLET in Glendale Heights, they are great and they try to work with you throughout the whole process.

Worst of the worst. If I could give zero stars I would. Came to this dealership today because of a mail flyer received at home for a used car priced at $20,970. Went to the dealership, found the car with the help of an employee. The stock number on the car matched the stock number in the ad. When the car was looked up, however, the price was over $25k. We were told it was a misprint in the ad and they would not honor the ad! David, the salesman and Greg, the manager simply blamed the third party print company! No one proof reads the ads? These misprinted ads were not only sent door-to-door but are posted all over the dealership advertising "price guarantee". What an absolute joke! This dealership clearly uses false advertisement in order to get people in and then will not offer their prices posted in the ad. I know if I were going to send out an ad such as this I most certainly would check on the prices that are "guaranteed".

Thumbs up to David Grelck and John Miniuk! I came to the dealership looking for a car for my son. We found a car online, called about it, put in an application. I was contacted by Noel and David, they told me to come on down to get my car. Now, I'm not a person with great credit, but I have ok credit, and a loan on my car already. I was a bit hesitant.

Well, we got there, took the car for a test drive, like it, and drove off with it. No BS, everything communicated on the phone played out as described. We were there for a while, but it wasn't because we had to go back and forth with the banks, it was because they were wheeling and dealing.

***David Grelck is a walking comedy show!!! My wait did not seem so long vs his humor!***

The service was excellent, Joe K. finalized my deal, my son is so happy to have a 2008 Chevy Impala right out of high school!

While helping my girlfriend buy a new car we endured what seemed like an endless search thru 7 or 8 dealerships dealing with literally a dozen of the same salesmen, with the same sales shtick, giving us misinformation, manipulation tactics, and making us feel overwhelmed by ALL trying to sell us on whatever they could. It was nice to FINALLY meet a couple guys here, Jason and Quam? I think, who were straightforward and brutally honest despite and stuck to their promises. They were professional, weren't overbearing and pushy like many other places, AND Jason has even helped us with two other unrelated issues even three months after our purchase (when he really probably didn't have to). He stuck by his word, and that's hard to find these days. Thanks guys! -Mike H.

After a long search, i finally found the truck i was looking for at Bill Kay Chevrolet. The truck met all my needs, such as good price, style, and good warranty. After i contacted them, two great employees helped me out in making this purchase. One of them is Demi, who got in contact with me and assisted me throughout the purchase. Jose was also of great help, and got me trough all the paperwork. He was able to get me the truck like i hoped to. I recommend that anyone looking for a great vehicle come here. I called and Ryan told me that they were interested in buying back my 2012 Cruze. I agreed to have someone call me back. I didn't plan on purchasing a new car that day, but when David Grelck called me back, I decided to see what they had to offer. I had already been looking at the Trax because of the email that David had sent out the day before stating that they had deals going on. David was very pleasant and personable. We talked like we were old friends. He showed me the Trax that I had asked about and then we walked around the lot looking at other models/colors of other Trax. When I saw the pearl color on another vehicle, David said that he would check to see if the Trax came in that color. He checked his inventory and when they didn't have it, he started searching other Chevy dealers in the area. He found the car I wanted and came up with some pretty good numbers, so how could I pass this up. I got a very good trade in on my Cruze and they made sure that I had all the promotions that I was eligible for. The wait was typical of any purchase, but the time went by quickly talking to David about his house and dogs. Then I went into the finance guy, Eric, and we flew thru the paperwork, even though he explained every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with also. My car was out of town, so I was able to pick it up the next day. I was greeted by David and he went through all the features of the car and set me up on OnStar. I had a wonderful experience, got a great deal, and own the car I dreamed of having!
