My experience at bill kay Chevrolet fell nothing short of excellent, I came in with my father to purchase a car not having driven the chevy sonic it caught my eye off the lott. We were approached by Bill Baresch with a welcoming and kind attitude asked what we were looking at and intrested in, after looking over a few cars I found myself coming back to the same chevy sonic. They pulled it up for a test drive and It was a great ride, when we got back to the dealership we still had a few other cars to check out. After a few other test drives I decided that the sonic was the car for me, if it came with he right price. When we came back to the dealership Bill was ready to strike a deal, my dad was firm with the price he was willing to pay at the intrest rate he wanted. Bill and the rest of the staff were nothing but patient and willing to work with us to get the right sale, I'm happily signing papers on the purchase of my new chevy sonic and can't wait to drive it off the lott. I recommend going to see Bill Baresch for your next car purchase he was nothing short of fair and really easy to work with. I am leaving bill kay Chevrolet today with a smile on my face.

I didn't have a lot of time to go car shopping in ...

I didn't have a lot of time to go car shopping in person, or go to multiple dealerships. So, I started to look for ideal cars on-line. I sent an e-mail ahead to Bill Kay, to show my intentions. I got a quick response from Jennifer. I informed her about which car I wanted to see, set up an appointment, and told her that I that I had to be in and out quickly. I needed to get my personal stuff from my old car at Gerber, have a deal for the new car, and return my rental car all before the end of the day.

When I pulled up, she was waiting for me at her desk as promised. The car I saw on-line was pulled up front, ready for the test drive as promised. She helped me find better financing than what I had been pre-approved for through the bank, bonus! As for the rental car, Jennifer made sure that it got back to the rental place for me. I didn't have to worry about trying to get the rental back while having my new car.

I was very pleased with my experience, and I would recommend Bill Kay to my friends and family. Ask for Jennifer!

Came in for a test drive and from the start, everyone was very friendly. All my questions were answered and
Karl was very helpful with additional information. I was more prepared, price wise for a 2013, but I settled on a
new 2012 you had in stock. Maybe my preparation could have been better, but I'm very happy with my purchase.

Thanks to everyone, now I have my my "dream car". I definitely would refer others to try Kay Chevrolet first.

I have been to Bill Kay many times over the years and they are always great..On the spot with my car issues. Blake is good for me nice and experienced to work with. Really a home town type of dealership everyone is great there. They are really a great Corvette dealership though I would not go anyplace else...Thanks so much..

My experience at Bill Kay Chevrolet has always been a positive one. Before my recent purchase of a used car I had work done on my previous vehicle. The service department did a great job and were very friendly and did everything that was in my best interest. They were not pushy, they just told me what was wrong, what my options were and the prices associated with the repairs. They even go the extra mile to wash your car. As I mentioned before I just recently purchased a use car from them. They happen to have the vehicle I was looking for at a phenomenal price. What I appreciated most was that they worked with me and gave a great price for my trade it (which was broken down and in parts in their service department) this was after a little bit of back and forth bartering, but in the end they were reasonable. The salesman Joe was great. He was kind and helpful. He pretty much answered all my questions if he could or he got someone else to. I got a great interest rate and the payments I wanted too. They even topped off my gas tank. which i would expect them to do anyways. I would recommend buying from Bill Kay Chevrolet on Odgen in lisle. They are great people, sales people, but great people. If you stand your ground and know what you want they are willing to work with you.

I came in for an oil change which went smoothly. I had been losing air from my front driver side tire and asked they check it out.
They determined the problem was a rusted rim which inturn did not allow for a tight seal causing air to escape.

I had a great first car buying experience at bill kay Chevrolet thanks to Paul Labak. Paul was very well informed about the vehicle I was looking for and was very patient with all the hurdles (insurance, first big purchase nervousness, etc.) I had to move past as a first time car buyer. To be clear, these hurdles were in no way caused by Paul or Bill Kay. Additionally, Paul got me a great price on a great car. I would recommend to anyone buying a car to head to Bill Kay Chevrolet and work with Paul Labak.

We bought my last car and current car here, when my last car broke down we came here and Paul Petersen found us and helped us. A few days later I go in to look at a car and I got there the same time the car did from their other dealership. Paul Petersen helped me out wonderfully and made sure that the car would still be mine while I ran to the bank by letting me drive the car to the bank myself. He had gone above and beyond with the service I received. Walked in looking for a specific car, drove away in it as officially mine the same day with the same price I saw it for online. I highly suggest Paul Petersen to be your salesman as he gets the job done and loves to see you walk out or drive off with a smile.

I was looking to trade in my 2010 Avalanche for a newer vehicle and after visiting a few dealers i was going to wait till next year,but when I walked in to Bill Kay Chevy I was greeted by Manager Chris Baumann and directed to salesman Bill Baresch who gave me many options and I left there with a beautiful 2015 Tahoe I was very pleased with the entire staff very friendly and pleasant to do business with.I will definitely recommend Bill Kay Chevy to my friends and family.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and was recommended to Bill Kay Chevrolet. They did not disappoint. Paul Labak was so easy to work with and I had told him exactly what I was looking for. The first vehicle he showed me was spot on and I was excited to be purchasing a new vehicle. Although the experience of purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful because usually it is a lot of money that you are dealing with and commitment. But, it was quite the opposite with me. Paul Labak and the team there made it so easy and comfortable! Any questions I had they were able to answer. It was like a walk in the park and I couldn't be more than happy. When it came to decide on the Financing part, both Paul Labak and Joe Komendanchik were beyond helpful and explained everything thoroughly. If anyone ever asks me about where to go for a new car, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bill Kay Chevrolet. Outstanding job to everyone at Bill Kay Chevrolet!

I brought my 2004 Chevy Cavalier in for oil change and oil flush, my car has 310K and runs smoothly because right from the start of purchasing this vehicle I brought it here for service and maintenance {because of the glowing and positive customer feedback I read about the Service Dept here}. The Service consultant is very good about what services are needed or recommended. I trust the Service guys at Bill Kay Cherolet in Lisle, they are always courtesy, they get me in and out in a timely manner. My overall experience here is GREAT! I am in the market for a new car, I was not looking at Chevy, but because of the great Service department, I am thinking about making my next new car purchase from here as well. Thanks guys in BK Lisle; Mark, Rich and others!!

After doing some research on the Chevy Sonic, I started working with nearby dealerships. I spoke with Bill Kay through their online system and set up an appointment. They emailed me all the information I would need and followed up exactly when I asked them too. I came in earlier than my appointment and no one seemed upset or that I had bothered them. Bill helped me out right away making sure I knew where I was heading and followed up a short time later. Once I found the car I was looking for, Bill had brought me the keys, and let me test drive. I got back and he had another car ready to go. Finally, once I decided on the car, it was time to talk. Bill did everything I had asked and really worked with me so that we both felt like we walked away with a good deal. His follow up was great. I highly reccomend this dealership to everyone.

I DO NOT recommend doing any kind of service here. When I was buying my Chevy Cruze 2015 I also bought the All In One plan to fix the dents and dings that I had on the car when I was buying it. The salesman said that plan would fix all of that. Then I came for a check-up and fix those dents as well. The guy there said the guy for that is only there on Tuesdays and they don't cover it when the paint is off on the dings. But said the dent on my trunk should be coverable since the paint was fine. So later I made an appointment to fix that dent on my trunk. I specifically said that I have a dent on my trunk and that I have this plan. They said sure bring the car in. I brought it in. They call later and tell me the plan doesn't cover the trunk... What does it cover then?! No one ever explained this to me when I was buying the car or when I was making the appointment for this specific thing. Wasted time and money. The service here is a joke. Only trying to get money out of you. Never coming back there again.

Bill Baresch made my car buying experience an A+++++. I came into the dealership to trade in my vehicle and purchase something newer. Bill explained everything to me, and made sure to break down each process as we went along. He understood my fear and hesitation due to my last car buying experience and wanted to make things painless. He was very helpful with helping me decide on a car within my budget, but most importantly, one that I really wanted. I didn t feel pressured or persuaded at any point when working with Bill. The finance guy (Eric) was also helpful. I recommend Bill Baresch; he s an excellent salesman. I thank Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle for an easy transaction. I love my car!!!!!

Everyone was absolutely amazing and very friendly except for the receptionist with the short red hair. She had the worse attitude and could tell she didn't wanna be there. I am very thankful for everyone who helped me get my beautiful car.

Was shopping online for a specific vehicle and sent and offer to Bill Kay's. The money was right so I drove from Cincinnati Ohio, to Chicago to see the car. These guys are great to work with, especially Jon Forkal. Jon promised me the car was indeed a creampuff, so I took the chance and was very happy I did. He's an all around great guy, very pleasant to deal with and totally understood my needs as a customer, unlike most every car salesman I have dealt with over the years. Of course when you buy a car at a dealership it takes a little while for the paperwork and all, but I fealt the time was much less than it would have been anywhere else.
In a nutshell, I am totally tickled with the car and the dealership. They did EXACTLY what they said they would do!!!! Even though I live 5 hours away, I WILL be contacting Jon in the event of me needing another car. Well worth the drive.

Utterly frustrated with my current car, I decided to stop in on a whim to Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle, Illinois. The moment I stepped outside my car, a salesman came outside to greet me. I was pleasantly surprised, since my previous stop at a 'well known' dealership around the corner was less than welcoming. I was only browsing, but that walk through the lot turned out to be the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Needless to say, I had never financed a car before, but Karl Kay made the transaction so easy and smooth. I expressed the things I was looking for in a car, and within 20 minutes I was test driving and filling out an application. He talked me through the whole process, and even spent time comforting me on my first purchase. He is very very knowledgeable and that became evident as the evening went on. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. And my last stop with David Casino made it even better. He didn't try to push any additional services on me, explained evrything to me about the contract and made the insurance process quite fun. I even got an actual 'car fox'....pretty funny. Without a doubt, I will be buying my next car at Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle, thanks to Karl Kay and David Casino :)

This new technology vehicle is fantastic! The sales staff, Jose S. and Christopher B. were very helpful in my decision making process. I changed the process several times going back and forth between new and used Volts, but they were helping me as I went down the path.

I feel sad to even have to write this review becau...

I feel sad to even have to write this review because buying a new car is supposed to be fun. We worked really hard to save up money for this purchase and once they found out we were cash buyers, they didn't want to sell us the car. I am not being over-sensitive, the sales person literally said "Bill Kay doesn't need your money, he would rather wait and sell to a person who is financing." I even called back the next week because the car was still available (and cheaper) and salesman wouldn't honor the advertised price. When I questioned that, he said he would have to talk to "someone" and call me back in 45 minutes... I'm still waiting. I am SO disappointed that a business would devalue its customers so bluntly. If you work hard for your money, this company just doesn't deserve your business. There are plenty of other dealers to choose from.

Called for Service department. Got transferred to service department. I had a check engine light. The lady who answered told me it would be $140 just for a technician to look at it. Wouldn't explain to me what happens to my money if the light goes away or if they're not able to fix it or figure it out. I'm not an idiot who would pay $140 right off the bat without talking to the technicians. She wouldn't even let me talk to a technician to explain the issue. Later I learned you could get a check engine light due to the gas cap not being tight. This is not what was wrong but Bill Kay would've expected me to pay $140 right off the bat for that, without having me speak to a technician first to explain the situation and maybe offer me some advice first. I know what the code it was throwing was, Auto Zone (yes, the store) looked at it up for me for free, it took literally 20 seconds. I'm going to take it elsewhere now that I know the code.

I have to say im disappointed with the finance dept. I didnt buy a car there but when i applied they said they didnt get the applications 2 different times. Even though i got an e mail confirmation . 2nd i told one of them i had 2 car loans and the guys like good for you sarcastically . I thought that was a slap in the face. I didn't like that at all. When the Customer service guys called they were nice but i had to keep calling about the loan status. I dont care i wasn't approved but they kept saying they had called a few times when they only called once & i took the initative in making sure everything was all good before moving forward not them. Unfortunately it didnt go through but i thought it was a waste of time

I had such a great experience at Bill Kay Chevrolet!! I would recommend to all my friends and family. They really did work as hard as they could so i could get the car that I want. I didn't have the perfect credit and i didn't feel any judgement from the them. My salesmen Chris was great he was so patient with me, even when i kept changing my mind.

Each time I visit, I'm welcomed with a warm and friendly smile by each staff member, be it sales or service dept. The waiting area is very comfortable and inviting and the estimated time of service is usually prompt!

I put $2,500 down as deposit to custom-order a new...

I put $2,500 down as deposit to custom-order a new Corvette. Months later, it arrived. I wrote a check, handed it to the sales person, signed a pile of closing papers, left key to my other car with Bill Kay Chevrolet to pick up that car later, and prepared to leave (with copies of papers). As I was in the parking lot, in the car, about to drive away, a manager stopped me & told me they could not sell me the car if I didn t sign an Arbitration Clause contract (waives your legal right to trial, jury, etc., if a dispute arises later). I refused to sign it, since I was never told about it until that night. They demanded all my copies of the deal papers back before I left, & refused to give me my own car key back, or my deposit money!. They even claimed to call the police! I left & never went back (I had an extra car key with me). I still cannot believe how badly I was treated by these people. I regret not having sued them. I bought a Porsche a few days later from Napleton Porsche which is an excellent, reputable dealer that doesn t require its customers to waive their legal rights when buying a car. Awful experience with Bill Kay and its salesperson, Bill Baresch.

Made appointment 2 weeks ago for service for corvette ( they have only one corvette service guy, who runs a dealership like that ) they tell me they don't have the appointment, I purposely asked the woman who took the appointment 3 times to repeat date of appointment, I'll never do business with them again.

I wanted to buy a 2020 corvette and have been tryi...

I wanted to buy a 2020 corvette and have been trying to get one ordered through Bill Kay Chevrolet for approx 8 months (today is 5/4/2020) I have been waiting on a phone call from "Their corvette Specialist" for the entire 8 months after calling them at least 10 times and never received a return call from above mentioned "specialist" or anyone else for that matter. Today, i called AGAIN and this time, I am told I can order the car I want but I have to pay $20,000.00 over the sticker price of approx $80,000.00 as that is their "new policy"on all 2020 and 2021 vettes. I said have a nice day, called Webb Chevrolet and my car is ordered for the sticker price of approx $80,000.00 and the whole ordeal took approx. 30 minutes. If you are looking to buy a 2020 or 2021 Vette, go anywhere else then Bill Kay as you will get terrible customer service and RIDICULOUS mark ups on the new vette.

It's nice to know there is still a fair - straight up good deal in town. My shopping experience from the time I walked on that lot was right on target. I felt comfortable with a no pressure, no hassle friendly kind of atmosphere. The people that work at Bill Kay are always smiling which put me in a good mood. The cleanliness of this business is outstanding!

Jonathan Forkal is probably the BEST salesman I ever purchased a vehicle through; says alot since this was my fifth Chevy truck. This guy is easy going and very knowledgable about the new stuff in these vehicles. Our communication through the process was effortless..nice job & thanks Jon!

The finance director John is very quick and efficient with his job, they work with all types of credits and will get you into the best car at the best price. Jose Salas made it a VERY fast and easy process. After walking away with one vehicle that I wasn't satisfied with for 2 days, THEY THEN TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK , and re-financed me and got me into the vehicle I have wanted that was the right fit for me. I have been through luxury dealerships and several others, and have never experienced such great customer service. I recommend giving Jose & John a shot no matter your situation and or budget and see what they can work for you!

This is by far the WORST dealership from every aspect.

Had my impala that got damaged due to the tech using a wrench to the oil filter. 2 days later there was smoke. The dealership would not take fault until something was posted on Facebook.

Now, the dealership and John the Finace manager is dodging a check and money that is owed to me. This is from an outstanding warranty.

This Dealership needs to be investigated by BBB as they are very sketchy.

I would refrain from doing any business with this dealership. The GM, Director of Finance are not accustomed to what it takes to run a successful operation.

Second purchase from Bill Kay Chevrolet. I purchased the new Impala and after driving it for a day I must report that it is a phenomenal vehicle. Proud to buy American because if the Impala doesn't satisfy your all your transportation needs/demands, then there is something wrong with you. My sales guy Jon Forkal, did a great job explaining the Impala's features and when I took delivery sat in the car with me, synced my phone and set-up controls and screens. No need to be an electronics engineer, very intuitive display and functions. Overwhelming yes but not after Jon walked me through. Got a good and fair price for my trade-in from Greg Cantu who didn't belittle my trades shortcomings. All around I think I got a great deal. Don't know much about the service department other than it is huge. Not a one stall outfit. Jason K. led me to the Bill Kay dealership via another encounter so I thank him for that. Finally, David Casino (the paperwork guy), got me in an out in record time with no hassles. Great team and I look forward to getting my new Impala serviced by these guys.

Sold me a used car they disabled the engine light on. They apparently did this to sell me a car with a check engine light that was on.

The catalytic converter is an expensive fix, and this place saddled me with it

All the time acting like good friends.

Remember your salesman doesn't make these screw the customer type of decisions, it's the managers; general manager,service manager and of course the owner.

Every time you buy a car from this place, you are telling the owner you are ok with ripping people off.

Consider that the next time your family has to consider buying a vehicle.

I have always had a good experience when having oil changes or having work done under the warranty. The members of the service dept. And mechanics are friendly and tell me only what work really needs to be done and long I can put it off, since I'm on a budget. I bought the Chevy Equinox here in 2015 and have had no problem with it.

I love Bill Kay Chevrolet. They know what they're talking about when it comes to cars and they're always concerned about the customer. Especially Eric Pieroni. He's professional and understanding and accommodates anything within reason. His personality is great and he's hilarious to talk to. I'd buy a car from him any day. The showroom is also very open and extremely cleanly. Stop by some time and ask for Eric. You won't regret it
