Don't ever buy a car from these con men. Over charged me on a car claimed they put in $5k of work to it. Turns out they didn't do anything and it's Guna cost me more to make this car safe to drive. They sell wrecked cars for top dollar and waste your time. Gotta wait 4 hours to look at a car? While everyone is just eating popcorn? Get out of here

The sales associates at this dealership were very accomodating. Out of the few dealers I contacted, this dealership was the only one that responded by promosing to help with my situation. They will work with you, and make sure you are getting the best option available to you. I did a Fair app purchase, and they worked continously for days to guarantee I was satisfied, and the deal would close without issues. Definately recommended!

I visited Bill Kay last July and worked with Bill Baresch. I was interested in buying a Chevy Cruze, and I felt that he went out of his way to help me find the best deal possible on that car. After the sale was completed, he also made sure that I was familiar with some of the features, such as OnStar, that I had never used before. I appreciated his attention to detail and how easy he was to work with. I also have to say that I have been pleased with my Chevy Cruze as well. While driving in central Illinois a deer bolted in front of the car, and the Cruze stopped on a dime. I've already had the experience of hitting a deer once, so I was thrilled at how quickly the car stopped so that I did not have to repeat that experience again! Anyway, I have recommended Bill Kay Chevrolet to my friends, and I will continue to do so. It was my first time buying a new car, and I felt that Bill worked with me as much as possible to make everything work out well.

Got my car from here, excellent service! Connor was great,answered all any questions my dad and i had.He also explained everything without me having to drag the words out of him like at other dealerships I have gone to. Jose and Al were amazing too, they clarified any doubt that i had no matter how "obvious " it might of been.They worked with my low credit. Over all im very pleased if i need a new car im coming back here for sure.

I received a very good deal on my Traverse, and added the Maintenance program they offered. I usually schedule my oil changes early in the day and wait. The visits have been timely, and then I just have to sign the work order, payment not required due to the Program... Love that part, no payment required.

If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would! I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruze from them in October 2012. I always take my car to them to get routine maintenance done. I also get the few other unexpected repairs done here too. Keep in mind, my car is not under warranty, but they do such an great job, that I don't want to take it somewhere else.

The service department is always honest, very friendly, knowledgeable & fast! THE BEST!!!

Today (Saturday, 9/17/19) my car would not start. I discovered this problem as I was about to leave for work at 7am. (Luckily I was able to use my husband's car to get to work.) I called them at 8am. Their service department was open!!! They said they may be able to look at it today, but most likely it will be Monday before it can be looked at. I totally understood. My car gets there around 10am. They call me at 1:30pm & tell me the problem & say they can fix it today. Luckily they had the parts & I guess it wasn't a huge job. I had to get a new battery & some wires or something with that replaced & they noticed I needed an oil change soon, so I got that done too. I was shocked!!! A Saturday & they were able to get to my car & had it fixed for me! They closed at 4pm, so I got the call a little before 4pm to say it was ready. That's awesome!!!

Another excellent experience with BK Chevy Service , Not only did they resolve a minor sensor issue , they determined a much more serious issue before returning the vehicle and had it covered under the powertrain warranty. Great Catch ! Very Happy with the results and time taken to repair.

My interactions with them began online with the USAA Car Buying Service, but from the first email I knew they would treat me as an individual, not just another prospective sale. Bill Baresch was my main contact throughout the process and he is amazingly knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. Although I was looking at a Camaro, we were able to talk about past models and other experiences I've had with Chevy.

Don't waste your time with service at this place. I'm new to the area and picked Bill Kay. I brought a 4 week old 87K corvette in for 5 trim issues and they fixed 2 after two days. Their "corvette" tech refused to entertain fixing an obvious music related door rattle and stands behind this to GM. This is the 5th Corvette I've had and 2nd consecutive new corvette with the same issue. I can fix it myself but I bought new to have a warranty. I'm taking the car across town to a more competent service department.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars its bec Arnulfo was an awesome sales person but other that I got super over priced for a truck I bought from here. They told me they where going to hook me up but they did not. They added extra stuff to my charge without telling me and the truck was not fully load. The only reason why I got this truck is bec they run my credit and then they came out the wind with the price is different and they told me they will take care of me but they just screwed me over. So really unhappy I could of gone somewhere else and got the truck I was really looking for and pay the price this dealership they came with in the last minute.

I had a great experience will Bill Kay. I brought in my car for an oil change and during my multi-point vehicle inspection some repairs were found to be needed. The service writer explained what the repairs were, why the were needed and the importance of each repair. I was not pressured into doing anything that day and he seemed genuinely concerned for me. My car was even washed when it was brought back to me! Overall, great experience. I definitely recommend their services!

I had a great buying experience at Bill Kay Chevrolet on 11/30/2012. I found a great deal on a used vehicle and traveled several hours to make the deal. Dean, Joe, and Ed were all professional and courteous throughout the buying process. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I noticed 3 dents on the front passenger fender. Joe stated he never saw them before. Without needing to say anything else, Joe said they contacted their paintless dent repair professional and told me they would take care of everything. The dents were taken out and everything looked great! I only had one other complaint and Dean took care of the issue for me. I think it says a lot about the dealership when they take care of the customer and make the process as smooth as it was. I am very satisfied with the sevice and level of care the dealership provided. They have a great selection and it is well worth your time to give them a chance! Thank you Dean, Joe, and Ed!

I took my Camaro to Bill Kay Chevrolet for service, and during my visit my rear quarter panel was scratched and dented. I spoke to the service manager about it, and he told me that I had no way to prove that they had damaged my car, and when I asked him to review the surveillance camera footage he informed me that they didn't have any cameras. I have been trying to get this resolved for several months, and have had no success. I have been to other Chevy dealers in the area and found them to be much more honest (and most also have cameras in the service area), so don't risk the safety of your vehicle by going to a Chevy service department where they apparently have refrained from installing cameras so that should anything happen to a customer's vehicle, they can deny responsibility. I thought that customer satisfaction was supposed to be the number one priority, but apparently that's not the case at Bill Kay!

Was sceptical coming to this dealer as I had a bad experience with a previous vehicle purchased here. But, Connor McDermott not only made me feel like I was important he made me feel comfortable with this deal. He understood my needs and made sure he answered all my questions so that I wouldn't have any surprises. This guy is freindly, helpful, and can also rock a bowtie. I would recomend him to anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle.

The past month I've been to a few dealerships searching for the best deals. Bill Kay by far should have been my first stop. The process was painless and quick, something I hadnt experienced with my past car purchases from other dealerships. My Salesman Steven Leonard was friendly, funny and very matter of fact. All of the Bill Kay employees that I came into contact with were the exact same way, helpful and very friendly. I can honestly say this was my best car buying experience to date. I would absolutely purchase another car from these guys

This SOB Finance Manager came back with an offer of $31,777. Because I offered CASH?? Reporting this to the Illinois States Attorneys office. FALSE advertisement is illegal. How many other people have you screwed like this? Shame on YOU guys!!

He quizzed us as to our wants and brought up a car that we really liked on first try. After some niegotiating we settled on a price that was satisfactory. I went in friday night and was approved for the truck I drove 1.5 hours to see. After looking at the truck for 10 minutes I went inside because I was never greeted outside. As I enter I notice 2 / 3 employee's sitting at their desk looking out the window. Saturday evening ( less than 24 hours later ) I attempted to schedule a time to pay the downpayment of 2k and was told that another customer came in and bought my truck. It was very cut throat and unprofessional.

Recently went to purchase a new Chevy Blazer RS, the managers wouldn't release the vehicle to me until they received he title for the trade-in, which had a lien on it, so I was forced to wait until for my credit union to process the request and ship it out but the dealership already had cashed my check and taken my down payment and was accruing interest on the new loan and I didn't even have my new vehicle to drive and was stuck with the car I wanted to trade in for 11 days after the sale was made.
On the bright side, my salesman, Arnulfo Martinez, was real cool and knowledgeable of the Blazer and would always show me how to access the features it has, which are a lot. He was great and I would give a higher rating but the managers with the "Company Policy" saying that a car worth over $50k can't be released without the title for the trade-in makes no sense, especially since I did not pay anywhere near that for the Blazer.

On my most recent trip to the dealership, we were having the driver's door panel replaced on our Suburban. I worked with Jason to get it scheduled, and when I arrived, Mark was ready to check in the car, and get me to the train station quickly for my commute downtown. When the work was done, he called and got a pickup scheduled as well, which was very helpful. The truck was ready to go as promised, and I had nearly zero downtime, which is great. The convenience of getting to and from the train station is a big benefit, and I really like the attitudes of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the dealership (especially the shop). I will certainly be coming back, and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks!

Made an appointment today to see one of their cars with Joanna. Get there half hour early, the sales guy informs us they sold the car an hour earlier. I get that you can't hold a car for anyone but if someone has an appointment to see the car you just sold, it would've been a nice courtesy to call the potential customer and save them time and gas. Big disappointment.

The service department at Bill Kay Chevrolet is fantastic. I own a Saturn and brought my car in after another auto repair shop failed to fix my car and charged me an exorbitant amount of money for NOT fixing it. The service manager had one of his technicians work on my car and fixed the issue while I waited. The cost was less than what I paid at the other place.

Even though I don't have a Chevrolet, the service staff was friendly and first rate. I'll bring my car back here for future maintenance and repairs.

Went here after purchasing a corvette had a 3 month warranty on the power train and complained about knocking from the rear end figured the diff or transmission or something of that sort. They test drove my car 50+ miles and said they did not hear anything then I had asked for a basic oil change and and said can you also look at the ac compressor there is a wierd rattle sound. Had my car there for three days I kept calling to see if it was done they said still working on it just and oil changed keep in mind then they put the wrong oil in charged me triple what I was quoted and told me originally no charge to look at the ac then charged me 300$ for something that should have cost under 100$ so I got the car inspected by a different place found brake pads were installed backwards and an ac clip was missing to stop the rattle. She had no quote for me for parts left my car with the windows down out in the rain so I went to it before I paid took my keys rolled up the windows then walked away and no one said anything to me. Don't go to this dealer they will rip you off have much more to complain about but so pissed that I don't want to keep going please don't take your car to them worst dealer ever!!!

Jaime in the service department is phenomenal. Her ability to multitask and make the customer happy is something that should be a guideline. Thanks Jaime. You always seem to make a trip to service my vehicles, pleasurable rather than a chore.

Also, the porters.. Always working there tail off to help. Some of the best guys you ll ever meet.
They are usually under rated, but let me tell you, from a customers perspective, one of the most important people working there.
