Great facility, better heat than other studios I've tried. Teachers are the best around, very friendly, dedicated to the yoga practice, and foster a familial atmosphere.

Great studio. Large room with lines on the floor, so you know where to place the mat. Spacious showers. Good instructor. I will be back :)
Facility is excellent! constructive criticisms from instructors are always good and hopefully they give more.
Wonderful studio, diverse community. Owner (Cynthia) was the 2007 World champion and aside from being super bendy is super friendly.
Love Barbara s class! Everyone is excellent, well trained, disciplined, and welcoming to beginners. Perfect place to practice!
Clean studio. Bikram is the same 28 yoga moves though
I like the effective 1.5 hour bikram class which is offered at various hours.
I wasn't sure if you used steam for creating the heat or was it dry heat. Having the natural water steam to create the heat would help. (Similar to Club Sports - Fremont - hot yoga place) However, otherwise I highly recommend this place for all yoga practitioners.
I love the recently renovated and clean studio. I find the environment overall super welcoming and friendly. Awesome classes and fantastic instructors! Shoutout to Cynthia, Barbara, Lee, Ana who are just a few of the many amazing and inspiring instructors! I've never stuck with a fitness routine for over a year, but I've been at bomitra for _over_ a year now and going strong. Love the change I see in myself from this practice--grateful to have such a great studio close to home.
Great school. It is a very close community and makes you feel very at home. If you never tried Bikram, this is a great place to try.
Everyone was incredibly sweet! I was instantly greeted and I was able to speak to the instructor who answered all my questions. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely return and recommend to friends!
The front desk staff and instructor were very nice and friendly. The facility was clean and nice overall.
The reason why I'm rating this yoga studio so low is because of the actual yoga session. I have gone to many yoga classes before and this was the first time that I went to a class with carpeted floors and instructors that stood on a stand in the front with a microphone. That's not even the worst of it. Perhaps I'm not used to this style of yoga, but for 90 minutes the instructor drilled us through the 26 yoga poses. I felt like I was in a boot camp. I'm used to my yoga classes being relaxing and letting me go through MY practice not what the facility wants MY practice to be. I felt dizzy 45 minutes through, so I went into child's pose. She called me out..over the microphone to ask if I was ok and told me to keep my head above my heart if I had to rest. I don't know if that's standard for Bikram yoga, but if you ask any health care professional they usually tell you to put your head between you legs so blood will flow better. As a result, I had to take an even longer break because keeping my head up did not help with my dizziness.
I really appreciate the instructor taking an extra interest in my well-being, but I'm an adult and I know what to do when I feel dizzy. If you don't mind a boot camp style yoga session with bright lights, carpeted floors and an instructor yelling at you to "reach up, reach up, reach up, don't close your eyes" then this is your kinda of yoga and enjoy. However, I will be going to a calmer studio that allows for greater inspiration and variations during yoga practice.
Friendly + helpful staff, beautiful + clean space, and overall a great place to break a sweat! I ve been to my fair share of bikram studios and this one is by far the best! Whenever I m in South Bay I always visit.
Really like the location. The teacher is very nice too. Tried the first timer deal, it s a steal. Will come more.
I am a massage therapist, this is the MOST enjoyable way to keep me healthy!! I love Bikram Yoga!! I their staff too, so friendly & Knowledgeable, & they take the time to answer Any questions I have
Awesome studio for hot, sweaty, transformative Bikram yoga. Also hot Pilates and sweet, relaxing yin yoga. Staff and teachers are awesome. Facilities, newly renovated, are wonderful. They also offer workshops, challenges, and community parties so you can get to know your yogi buddies.
I am surprised what results i seen with my body by doing Bikram Yoga. My blood pressure dropped to normal 120/70 1st day. And after 2 weeks of doing this every other day I am off my blood pressure medicine. I have more energy during the day and rest good at night now. All the impurities and toxins exit my body during these sessions you can really feel it after a couple hours. Its kind of like runners high... Julie was an amazing teacher. God Bless!
Clean studio? Anyone who call this place a clean studio must be instructors' friends. Hot yoga with people on "carpeted floor". It smells horrific. I got skin allergy. Please go check out more reviews on yelp. I've been practicing Bikram since 2007. But this studio was toxic. Rentals are expensive as well. Total $9 ($3 smelly mat, $3 water, $3 towel). Worst experience ever. Some instructors are rude.
Please go in and check out the studio before you pay (because there's no refund). The odor is fatal. Hot yoga on carpeted floor. Some instructors are incredibly rude. Check out 1 star yelp reviews to learn about details - they are very consistent. Expensive rental. $9 for water, mat, towel.
I love hot yoga, but this studio is carpeted, and the odor is overwhelming.
Clean, excellent instruction, and friendly staff/service.
