Love my town of Aurora. What a great place to live. Well kept and hard working communities. Town does a great job in maintaining our roads, parks and services.

Useless administrative staff that insists on the customer investigate their own issues. Won't even lift a finger to send their people out to take a look into problems on site. They're only out to collect your taxes and water bills.

We just moved in aurora from ajax ,we going to the aurora hall asking some information one lady Who sitting in the information desk she don't want to help us at all everything I asked her she said I don't know I'm so sorry I don't want to give you something wrong information you just Google it. If she don't want to help why she take this job sitting the information desk, compared to the ajax town hall Aurora Town hall give me very bad image, information desk you are facing to the public you need to improve your service training the employee how to talk to the people. But I'm love Aurora my neighbours are nice, The park is nice, enjoy here!

Nice place, nice people, all issues solved in minutes. It's a pleasure to have business this way.

Needed commissioner of oaths. Made an appointment easily, everyone was very nice and it cost $21.50

customer services over phone doesn't want to speak more - she has a lot to do...........she said .........!!!

I am living in Aurora for 5 years, and I loved this small town of York region. But recently, due to the stupid & shortsighted politicians opted-in cannabis stores in Aurora, it will ruin this town. I don't want my kids live with drugsters, will leave it now.
