If it is quiet then one can do a small repair for a high price, it is definitely not cheap here, 3 minutes work is 5 Euro (Labor), you calculate ... If you are 2 or 3 minutes then that is service, or do you have to pay for questions?!.
I was helped by someone for an E-bike, luckily I already had an idea what it would cost, brands etc. I had a nice second-hand model in mind that they wanted to sell as new ... because I had so many questions they started to become impatient, well, of course I want to prevent unexpected surprises.
A few employees are friendly, if you are willing to spend a lot of money in this store then they have all the time for you, then I understand what is going on here.
Fortunately this is not the only bicycle shop in A'foort.
