My kids loves big kahuna it's always fun when we go

DO NOT GO THE LAST WEEKEND! They ran out of food so I couldn't purchase chicken nuggets or mini hamburgers for my grandkids. Their food service leaves a lot to be desired. I don't mind paying inflated prices for food but it should be available and you should have awesome service. That was NNO the case. Very disappointed this trip.

So much fun you don't even think about all the kid pee you're swimming in!

Even though it was half staff and rides it was still enjoyable for the family.

um i think the staff needs to have a litttle more experience and one male lifeguard was extremely rude.Um they also need 2 of there water slides working.And the cashier was was slow and needed someone to assist him otherwise it was good.I advise going to the track and some of the lifegaurds did not let me use my goggles which covered my eyes and nose at the same time.Some life gaurd let me use them and some different

It was a little expensive to bring the whole family but it was so much fun we ended up staying the entire day

Fun place. Some shad and some open. Great kid areas too.

Good fun for the kids. Lines for slides aren't long. The kids working concession are rude and slow.

Long lines for food and drinks. Not efficient at all.

Lots of rides closed and large section of park closed for remodeling. No discount or price break despite rides being down.

Great place to bring your family! We had a blast. I recommend getting the season passes because you pay that justbfor one trip just about. We even went to the Halloween horror fest that they did this year and we got in free with our passes and it was awesome especially for their first year! We will definitely be getting passes next season

Horrible, never again. No one spoke english, many of the attractions were closed, over-chlorinated pools. Rented a cabana, ordered food for the kids and it came cold, when we sent it back, it took 45 minutes for the server to return with it! One of the children in our party is a diabetic. Her snacks were confiscated. Absurd.

Not crowded. Was nice and cool. New rides coming soon.

It was so much fun a few slides were down but you hardly notice because there was so much to do. We had a Cabana the server there was so kind and friendly he showed so much patience even having to serve 20 people.

We had a wonderful time with our 4 & 6 year old.

The park is sprawling, with plenty of attractions, is well kept, and clean.

Only downside, you really need to study a map to find your way around and from attraction to attraction.

Its okay, I mean it was fun but lines were long half,of the park was closed.

This was an incredible adventure for my family. Everyone from grandparents to toddlers had a great time. The food was quick and delicious. The rides were fun. The kod stuff was soread out so there was tons to explore. But the water was too hot and there was limited shade opportunities.

A little pricey and parking is always a task but once you get in it's fun for the kids! Beware the lazy river the jets aren't high so you're going to get stuck!!!! Frustrating...

Spent 2 hours looking for a raft. For what they charge, that s ridiculous. Half the park was just looking for a raft the whole time. None of the staff seemed to care

Great get away that's not too far from home. My kids really enjoyed themselves and the price was decent as well

Took 4 days and 4 voicemails to get a call back. Customer service is very spotty. The park itself is very big and usually enjoyable if you go on a weekday when it's not as busy.

Fun place to take the kids.. a lot of stuff for them to do.. food was what you could expect from a place like this.. but the drinks were sub par.... barely any achohol.. still didn't stop my family and friends from having a good time..

I'd only spend a couple hours here. Some rides are really fun. I got stuck in the lazy river for a long time which was still kinda fun. This place is probably best for people with kids though. Wave pool wasn't deep enough for me. Also not a good spot for people who don't like to walk a lot or who can't walk a lot. Overall, still a cool place to hit up!

Crazy expensive, but a good day of fun for the family as long as it is not the height of tourist season.

We have been coming here for years and have always had a great time, until this year. We won t be back. Paid almost $50 per person entry, plus $150 for a cabana. I don t know if it s money, staffing, or COVID but this place has gone down hill! They are supposed to open at 10:00, we were third in line to get in and waited 30 minutes until 10:30 before they opened. No explanation at all. When asked we were told it was the weather but it had rained earlier and stopped. No one is in charge, no one knows what is going on. Once they opened we went to the cabana waiting area, followed by 3 other families shortly thereafter. We waited there another 10 minutes with no one helping us. Finally a staff member came over and took the family that came in after us to their cabana as we continued to wait. We had to ask a second time when we were going to go to the cabana and were told they had called for someone. We finally were escorted to the cabana at almost 11:00!!! To say it was disgusting is an understatement. The chairs were gross and there was trash all along the sides. Id love to post pictures but I m not a local guide so i guess i can t. When a staffer came by to leave our lunch order form I asked for the chairs to at least be cleaned. He said most people just put their towel over it! For $150????? Someone came by later to disinfect the chairs but said they could be cleaned. Very disappointing for what we paid. This used to be a place we looked forward to coming to. If you can t keep up then close, but charging people for this is robbery.
