I needed help getting someone out of the Van Nuys City Jail. So I searched for the closest bail bonds company to the jail and found Big Boy Bail Bonds,Inc after I called them they helped me get all the inmate information needed to get the bond posted. I went to the office that was across the street from the jail and filled out the paper work with a bondsmen that was so sweet she made me feel comfortable and safe. This is a wonderful bail bonds company.

Went online late night after my fiancee was arrested. Filled out the information sheet and with in an hour Davide called me back. It was a stressful and tragic night when my family member went to jail it was unexpected, every bail bonds was asking for too much or didn t want to negotiate the bail. We then found this place going down van Nuys it was our last resort we lost hope because nobody wanted to work with the money we had they either wanted too much or didnt want to give us monthly payments. But thanks to lily she was very professional, polite loved the attitude and positive vibe she was giving us we told her our situation she got to work right away. In addition we needed a little more money than expected and even though we didn t have it she worked out with us monthly payments that were convenient and a relieve. My family member was taken out we got a lawyer they got proved to be innocent and thanks to lily we got an opportunity to fight for their freedom. Almost felt like she was family or even my best friend. Lili was good on a Sunday afternoon over the Labor Day weekend. Very prompt and flexible. Even when my client was eventually released on her own recognisance, Lili remained helpful with the process. The financial aspects of the process were also explained well.

The online application for bail bonds, however, remains a bit quirky. If you find it a bit frustrating, don't hold that frustration against the people who run the business. A phone call helps work around the technical problems.
