After learning that my boyfriend had been arrested for a DUI and was being held at the Van Nuys jail, I headed down there not really knowing what to do or where to start. I saw Big Boy Bail Bonds and thought maybe they could give me some info. I was so pleasantly surprised, they immediately put me at ease and calmed me down. They explained everything to me and told me that they would guide me though the process and not to worry. Gina the girl who helped me definitely exceeded my expectations of what I thought a bails bondsman would do, they showed compassion while still being incredibly professional.
