We had a wonderful experience at Big Bob's, and we highly recommend. This is the second home we have had Big Bod's work on, both tile and carpet, and we couldn't be more pleased. We were welcomed by Jahna and she spent all the time we needed answering all of our questions. Steve came out and measured our home the next day, and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We shopped the 2 "big box" places in town, and the the pricing on carpet and tile at Big Bob's was lower, and the service was ten times better. Do yourself a favor, go to Big Bobs!
