I ordered custom lighters on 11/16 and got a email...

I ordered custom lighters on 11/16 and got a email 11/19 that they were processed and I was charged. It s been over a month and I still haven t gotten any email about shipping or if my order has been canceled because I ordered over a month ago and can t find the charge in my statements. I need answers. This was supposed to be a gift.

Horrible place to work. You would like to see stability from Management but I saw two of them leave during my stay.

When the Supervisors are complaining all the time it's not a good sign. The guys who fix the machines are criminals and cheats, wouldn't turn my back on them.

I had a phone interview scheduled with "Dara" at 1...

I had a phone interview scheduled with "Dara" at 11 am yesterday. I ended up calling "Dara" at 11:15. Apparently, she forgot to put me on her schedule. Mistakes get made. I understand that. She reschedule my phone interview for NOON today. It is now 12:15.

I was put on hold over and over and over again for the customer service rep to figure out the answer to my simple question. A total of 48 minutes on the phone and never got the answer to my question.... wow. Your customer service needs some serious work...

I was here as an IT contractor. Terrible place to work. Poor IT practices, all are highly pressurized, we have to work over time with out pay. Management is very weak and lot of politics. Management gives less appreciation for your work.

Ok place.management is friendly n very well patient.the pay was reasonable.commute was crucial for me since I lived by Brandon FL.I think their was dissatisfaction with a lot of employees and management.Within one month that I work there,I seen alot of people come and go.All of Management been with the company 6 months or less. There is not a lot of employee stability there. Improvement would be to provide more fun learning practices.training after the first week started to get very dry and boring.Should add a cafeteria to eliminate people having to leave work for lunch.Offer daily or weekly incentives to acknowledge the hard working employees besides pens n sticky notes by BIC.

From going through previous reviews, It comes as no surprise that I would also be leaving a 1 start review. I was told by their customer service that she was transferring me to their credit department to continue getting set up as a vendor... She then tells me someone from that department would call me back ASAP.. never happened.. I emailed their customer service.. NOTHING... called back and was told by someone that they were going to transfer me and PROMISED they would help only for me to be on hold for an addition 35 minutes with no results.. It's been days and still.................... nothing....Seriously, if you are a vendor, get your pens and promo items elsewhere...A Companies' merit is weighed by their customer service and this is by far one of unprofessional and inadequate I've encountered..

Placed an order for 5000 koozies and was promised ...

Placed an order for 5000 koozies and was promised shipment before our event. Days later, BIC came back and requested an extension on shipment, which we granted. As our event grew closer they contacted us and said they could not fulfill our order. I had to scramble and reach out to another company who are moving forward to get this done for us. Significantly disappointed in BIC. Apparently, BIC cannot fill big orders. Beware if you need an order in a timely manner.

We place yearly calendar orders with Bic and have never really had an issue in the past until this year. To say this job was a nightmare is an understatement. Our order was placed on hold for a reason that was resolved the year prior and not brought up when our order was first placed. We changed the shipping address to go direct to our customer due to the fact that production had been 5 weeks instead of 5 business days. We were then told it would add a week to production time, only for them to send the items to the original address and not to our customer. The calendars are supposed to come with dry erase markers and those were completely left out. We also have been ignored for most of our emails to customer service and when you call they tell you to email customer service. Very disappointing experience.

UPDATE:
Apple Reed reached out to us and helped us in resolving this issue. She has top notch customer service and she made sure we were taken care of.

Placed an order with Bic for some promo merchandis...

Placed an order with Bic for some promo merchandise that we needed for one of the biggest conventions on my field. Was promised that they would be able to fulfill my order in time. One day before the event I get notified that someone in the shipping department messed up and did not ship my order in time so now I will not have any merchandise to give away and will look very unprofessional because of a very unprofessional company like BIC. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
