Overpriced for small issues. Waited over 3 hours once when I should have only waited 30 minutes. Horrible waiting times, especially when patients are in desperate need of help.

Entire staff of doctors and nurses are patient oriented and want only the best results for their stay. Staff makes sure experience is as comfotable as possible and answer all questions with accuracy and knoweledge. A clean sanitary environment.
Highly reccommend.

The wait was well over 3 hrs, and there was only 4 other people in the waiting room. Absolutely rediculous!

Love having nurses loudly and publicly talking about my issue.

The Hand and Shoulder Orthopedics never answer the phone. I drove there from Newport to reschedule an appointment I could not make. Health-(Care) is to be on the phone and assist...not loop you through recordings and extremely long wait times (after 40 minutes several times, I gave up!)

Last week I was very ill and had to go to the emergency room. When I arrived there were very little people waiting. I was taken right back. Nurse came and hooked me up. I was there close to seven hours in severe pain. They hooked my IV up and disappeared. I had gotten sick in my mouth and had nothing to spit it in I pushed the emergency button and no one came for a really long time. I had to swallow it. At one point someone else came in the emergency room and I never saw another staff member for two hours not at anytime in that whole visit did a doctor exam me. I was very ill and wasn't nice on the way out. And one more thing. They sent me for a urine sample and being so ill I didn't look down at the toilet and preceded to sit in some other sick persons urine.

I was on vacation and my son was having issues that we thought might be diabetes. I went to urgent care and asked for a urine test to make sure he did not have diabetes. The urgent care is linked to the hospital. It was going to cost me $150. He said we needed to go to the hospital. We went to the hospital and I stated what we needed. Waited three hours took test everything was fine. They said they wanted me to see a doctor. We waited another hour in the room I talked to my son's doctor in California while waiting and he said he is fine. Left because no one would see us. Get a bill for $700 from the hospital and $512 from the doctor. We never even saw a doctor. $1200 bill for a five minute test.

Getting the run around from everyone, taking weeks and endless hours on the phone to get anything done

The worst hospital, the worst patient care. Patients are given appointment times but they don't get to you until they get around to it mostly hours later . . .

Sad to see medical professionals overall quality on the decline.. this place is a joke just like their staff

They saved my father's life when he had a heart attack. I have also had surgery at this hospital 4 times. The nurse's are smart and kind, some of the doctors are down to earth and not pretentious. This is the better hospital in the area.

Just an update on my daughter's condition. She has pneumonia and got 2 liters of fluid, an iv antibiotic and was touch and go for 3 hours whether or not she was to be admitted. Good Samaritan should be ashamed of themselves for not seeing her yesterday for over 4 hours. I will be glad to give another update after we get a bill for no service. That is when I will be at good Samaritan telling them where to stick their bill. Until then happy trails

I went into the E.R. with back and side pains.
I went to web MD. And in 15 minutes diagnosed MY SHELF.
"I" Told them I Thought I had appendicitis or a kidney stone.
A bunch of tests later the "so called" doctors
Said there was nothing wrong with me, And that MOST stomach pains JUST GO AWAY $5,000
The next week I went to a REAL DOCTOR.
And guess what? I had a kidney stone!
I LITERALLY DIAGNOSED MY SELF!!!
AND THEY STILL BOTCHED IT!!!
Honestly, I don't think they could diagnose a FLAT TIRE
BUT THEY STILL WANT THEIR $5,000
THIEVES AND SCAMERS.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

The Doctors and Nurses were really nice to me and I'm so glad that they helped me get better!

Ugh. Slow slow slow and unhelpful af. Seriously. It d be quicker to go to med school and get an MD than wait for them to help.

This hospital was amazing. The staff was friendly fast and efficient. Best hospital i have ever been to.

My wife went to the er here the day before thanksgiving due to fluid buildup in her ear and chest pains. They put a team of doctors on her. Crazy amount of tests and she was in and out in a couple of hours. Still haven t received a bill yet so their prices are the outstanding question mark.

If you like waiting for 5+ hours for simple things then it's a great place. If it's an emergency you should go anywhere else

I received extreme substandard care when I went to the ER. My symptoms were ignored, the nurse spoke about my medical information in the lobby in front of numerous people. Sabrina Moore, PA refused to treat me unless I was having a stroke or heart attack, her words. I have peripheral neuropathy that could of been treated but instead I was sent home with follow-up information that said I came in for wrist pain. She didn't even listen to what I was telling her. They highlighted on my follow-up instructions to return if my symptoms got worse but Moore told me to wait to see my PCP which in my follow-up instructions listed an old doctor who isn't my PCP. I went there under medical advice because my symptoms were rapdily getting worse already but she ignored it. I will be filing a complaint with the Oregon Medical Board. Do not goto their Corvallis ER if you want proper care. My neuropathy has spread and it's ambiguous if I will be treated if I return.
