I used Alpha EDS for purchasing my Hill Labs Air Flex tables, Anatomotors, and Hands Free US/EMS machine for my practice in Austin, TX. Without any hesitation I would say this was the best experience I have ever had working with a medical equipment supplier. Tracy Guymon was a real pro who really knows the equipment line thoroughly and made the process easy. In addition his white glove delivery and setup was outstanding.

Google only lets you write one review for a company, so I had to edit my 1st review. Tracy helped me rebuild my leander F/D table. I had an issue with the cleaning crew moving the table onto it's lift pedal. He gave me instructions over the phone to help resolve the problem instead of coming out and charging me. Shout out here. We bought a Hill AFT table for an additional room in our new office. Tracey with Alpha EDS went about and beyond to make sure we had it in time for our first day in the new office.

Today Tracy bailed me out of a bad situation. A power surge had blown our new table, and Tracy promptly came down to fix it...even though he is hobbled on a bum knee. Great guy, great work ethic.

Amazing customer service. While ordering your table you will get quick responses, plus they personally came and dropped off my chiropractic table at my office and made sure everything was what I wanted before they left. When I moved to a new location a part of the head piece broke off and I emailed just curious if it could be fixed. I was thrilled that it was fixed within DAYS of my email. Tracy came and fixed it on site quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
