I like the BHV MARAIS is a department store that I frequent since my arrival in Paris - 47 of loyalty.

Decent department store, lots of choice, OK to wander around and have a window shop, but there are better.

Both known brands and new creators, the bhv men have evolved. A little expensive of course and little entry level. The shoe department is more disappointing because cabbage limited. A nice space to drink and eat on the run. Saturday is shielded ... I avoid

Style "Spring" +++ floors and full of brands revealing many things

Temple of the garment and the accessory. Price sometimes prohibitive but the quality is there with the service of the staff involved and attentive. Highly recommended.

I am disappointed, the BHV for furniture is very average. Lack of originality, the Swedish style is so, and the few very elegant pieces of furniture are unaffordable in prices.

Nice store. Not sure that we go there for the daily groceries, but to offer a gift that is not bad.
On the other hand, it is INADMISSIBLE that the toilets are only on the 5th floor.
In the end, the queue to go to the bathroom begins on the shelves of the store! Never seen. Allow 10 to 15 good minutes in line ...
This is insane and miserable for a store that wants to be luxurious.

There are many: DIY, clothing shoes, fine perfume arts ... choice of rather high range.

7 floors of shopping and only one measly toilet for all shoppers on the 5th floor. And even that was closed when we were there. The shopping and breadth of goods sold are good but the overall experience is a joke.

Very bad customer service. At first the saleswoman was not present on the stand she was talking next. Then I ask her the ingredients / formulation of the new mask to the lawyer and she answers me that she will not give them to me. Great no matter what. Dated 04.08 around noon.

This iconic Parisian Department Store still retains its appeal despite a few changes. The basement is still attractive and the sellers have good advice. I love going there for DIY and creative hobbies.

Very well located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris a mythical place inside there is everything with a staff with little care

A Parisian institution, even if it was "better before"! We went from the Town Hall Bazaar to Bobo Out of price to visit.
The basement, DIY and "deco solutions / sites" unique views anywhere else, must see! Many bespoke solutions for wood, glass, ceramics, framing, textiles, upholstery, pillow and sofa cushions, etc. very useful that avoid going to peripheral shopping malls less and time consuming.

I used to like going to buy my screws and nails at the BHV in Lyon ... but it closed ... coming to the one in the Marais ... so it's like a pilgrimage.

The welcome is pleasant, the friendly place for a shopping center. Good products in general.

Very nice renovation for an old old lady in perdition. Location become very trendy

I went to the Boulanger home appliance department to buy a small kitchen scale. I allowed myself to "disturb" the sales staff, busy laughing between them and when I asked for information on different products, I felt like talking to a wall ... I made my choice alone then, at the checkout, same scenario, neither hello nor ... I bothered a bunch of rude young salesmen who did not speak to me and discussed school and exams ... radius is worthy of the worst discount supermarkets but without attractive price.
As for the rest of the store, it's expensive, of course, but we have good advice from polite and concious people.

I was looking for a Venetian srore at the level -1 .person at the point acceil. Every salesman looked busy while there were very few customers .. finally a saleswoman answers my question with a wave of the hand and saying there at the bottom .. and well not false.
Finally another more friendly employee told me that I would find the item on the 5th floor !!!
Lamentable.

Impossible not to find what we came to look for. Quality products and very design ... the BHV leg
