We love it, we come from Belgium for the hardware store. Good hamburger restaurant and basement floor conceals items not found and good quality

Always a great choice, but it is always very hot in the winter when you stay long ... Result (ridiculous): I got a hot shot in the middle of December ^^ '

Love BHV . They have everything. Love their kitchen linens section. Famous hardware section in basement! The Caisse workers are a little cranky but the salespeople are usually very helpful

A superb "department store" and always a huge choice.

the department store par excellence, with all its qualities (the choice) and all its faults (totally impersonal). Cashiers are mouths, sellers useless, but we find ourselves very well alone.

This department store is located in a nice neighborhood and it is always nice to return for its location and the wealth of its rays. But beware, salespeople tend to lose the sense of customer and caring relationship that we are waiting for and hoping to find. Benefiting from the reputation of the place, they tend to "functionalize" by granting themselves a status of sellers "kings" ... to the detriment of customers.

With the disappearance of paper mills it is not always easy to find a good pen. At BHV there is a good choice of more at Parker's department the person was very attentive to my research. In other areas the choice is huge and I had good advice.

BHV Men's Store. Everything is there. From the jacket to the razor heads. Pleasant atmosphere and very well organized store. Very pleasant and smiling staff. Thanks to them.

Frame of the store man nice and modern. Brands certainly affordable but too classic. Lack of more fashionable and original products.

We always find what we need and very competent salesmen

I just LOVE this store! It's weird because I don't normally get excited about stores when I'm traveling. But the lower level floor (DIY) is just so much fun. They have all sorts of stuff for the apartment, for renovations (of course I don't need it but it's fun to look), for hobbies, crafts, general DIY stuff, tools... It's one of those places that's just so fun to browse around even if you're not looking for anything specific. I don't visit the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame in Paris but I always go here!

Quieter than other department stores and much more varied rays at prices that are generally much more accessible.

This is where I shop first when I am in Paris. We call it, phonetically "Bear Zchway". Probably totally wrong way to sound it out, but at least some people know what I mean when I ask them for directions if I get turned around. La Marais is central to everything and the Bazar de L'Hotel de Ville, although owned by Galleries Lafayette, is much more manageable but with everything you need (even a great point of view from the toilets on the upper floor). Not just the great fashion and toiletries that you expect to find, but a beautiful furniture, kitchen and dining, and a DIY section in the lower level with the best service (they cut wood that I needed for a project!!!!!). Oh yeah, the metro stop is right there on the 1 and they are open on Sundays!!!

Beautiful store with lots of choice and the best price

The Bazaar of the Hotel de Ville. Only the DRC remains. There is really something in hardware a little expensive but really we never go out without finding the small leg, the copper hinge, the retractable foot, the elastic tensioner repairable, the alarm that burned and the last LED under furniture ...

Not enough toilet, especially on the soul side!
In view of the prices charged and for a department store in Paris, it's a shame .....

High-minded and disdainful sellers. Knowledge of the product does not prevent professionalism and courtesy. Especially when you allow yourself to sell products at such an excessive price. (Toaster at 340 for example). Even the looks of the sellers of the textile department do not make you want to buy as they seem gossiping.
Lots of quality products both in groceries and in clothing and other household appliances. The prices remain really indecent even for paris center.

Big clothes shopping center. I think everyone will find some thing for them self there.

Open on Sundays and the DIY department is extra and the sellers are competent.

Nice atmosphere on Saturday to take advantage of the sales, and good deals. All the employees were smiling to accompany you. Small suggestion for those accompanying buyers: provide a waiting area with seats .... think of them.

A shopping center quite varied in stores and objects. Do not go on the weekend because there are too many people!
