A shame !! I came to discover Aesop products today at the BHV booth. One of the two vendors offers me to test one of the products, the Aromatic Reward washing gel. I sit at the tap, a great experience! But I did not have enough to wipe my hands ... I then turned to a second saleswoman, since the first went away to cash a customer, who replied dryly: "Our towels are only for customers ".
Asked why I would not be a customer? "Because you are uncomfortable, you use and are testing our products without asking, in addition you do not even say hello, so you will not have a towel, we prefer to keep them".
What a shock !!! First of all, because of its lack of professionalism - because we do not talk to a client or others in this way; and because no judgment is without foundation, his colleague taking care of me until then.
I felt humiliated, judged and frightfully assaulted for the rest of my shopping! I certainly did not come for an education class, but to do my shopping and be treated the same way as any other client. What stigma !!
I will not buy at Aesop anymore. A saleswoman reflects the image of the brand and its products. What a terrible lack of humanity and respect is sad.
