Absolutely the most inept business I have ever been unfortuanate to deal with.
I was incorrectly billed by the ER when my daughter was born, and didn't find out about it until it showed up on my credit report.
I provided the correct documents proving that she was covered by insurance at time of birth, but this billing centre "lost" it. So I faxed the proof again. I tried checking up on it, but was told I would be contacted by them when they got to it within 30 days. It has been about 60 days now, and still there is no record of the documents that I have sent twice now, and no one I can speak with to get this situation corrected. I was told to mail and fax proof in AGAIN because there are no notes showing that anything had been recieved. Meanwhile, my credit has taken, and continues to take a hit due to this.
