An essential place to find everything but prices are not within the reach of all. Quality always has a price. The place is very nice with exceptional products depending on what you are looking for. The staff is efficient and charming.

My favorite department store in Paris. I think everyone (who lives here) has their go to and BHV is mine. Sign up for the fidelity card for extra savings. I didn t find out about that until much later and I was kicking myself because on sales you usually get an extra percent off.

Big shop with lots of designers. Misses places to sit. Annoying to go and pay on minus floor if you want to buy something.

I bought a Merinos mattress on their BHV booth; but I took the wrong size (the error is human); once delivered and unpacked we realize with the delivery man that he is too small for my box spring. So I ask to change it by paying the supplement naturally.

After our disappointing experience at Heytens for tailor-made curtains, we went to BHV and had a real chance to meet Peter and Nasseur, very professional and pleasant people who spent about 30 minutes with us when we weren't there. we didn't even have an appointment. They made detailed measurements and offered us different choices in a very clear and precise way. They really helped us, well done to them !!! Store and staff at the top!

Pink gold plating that goes on a ring still under warranty - but I was told that it was normal for the veneer to go after a year (ring bought 75 !!!!) and that it had to be done again at my expense (30 ...)

Very well stocked store for the start of the school year ... presentation of the shelves refined and which makes you want to buy everything ... On the other hand, the 3 sellers with whom I dealt were unpleasant .. we have the impression of disturbing, the answer is monosyllable etc ... it makes you want to leave without buying ... the checkout staff were very welcoming.
