Financed a lemon from AUTO REPO DEPO in Glendale (horrible place by the way) car was over heading motor was going out fluids were all dirty took them their lemon cause I wasn t going to pay for a car that doesn t work! They tried to get me to sign a paper saying I would pay the difference after they auctioned the car not they re saying I owe them money smh plus they never answer the phone!!

Since day one, I never received good customer service. NEVER again will I EVER give my money to these people.

They took my car while we are in this pandemic! We just made a payment last week. They dont work with their lenders at all!

I have been financing my car with them for almost four years now. The customer service reps are always rude. I had an arrangment for a ACH debit and they went into my acct unauthorized on 9 days before the pymt. I have the email proof of the pymt set up. When I called spoke to Nicki, she said I would be called by a customer service manager she admitted to seeing the correct payment date and didn't know why they processed payment on the wrong date. She became rude and said I should have called in but this isn't the first time it's happened so I know to use email so I have proof. This company has shady business practices and blames the consumer for their mistakes. Buyer Beware!

If you are trying to get a car and see BHFC financial don t do it, been dealing with them for a while now and this is the absolute worst place with the worst staff. They give you fake names and pass your call around, hang up on you, speak to you rudely, even lie to you for god knows what reason.
The managers should resign and all the women that work there should be fired because their attitudes are horrible. Don t deal with these guys

I just want to give props when props are due! And Jared did me right ! I found myself in a very rough spot dealing with another car dealership, but he was able to help me out of that situation and helped me find a great car that fit all of my needs and wants! #impicky lol but Most importantly made sure I didn't get screwed over ! I know nothing or nobody is perfect, but he took the time out and put in the effort, if he can do it ! it will get done and that is what matters to me... thank you Jared

You have to make a payment before 11am for it to count as same day otherwise it's next day. Such an inconvenience.

Just another shady, predatory loan company. Even their "legal department" seems a bit suspect how they reply to one consumers review 2 weeks ago stating that as legal counsel they are there for the company and dont know why a customer would ever contact them, then in reply to a different consumer about 2 months prior they invite that patron to "contact our legal department."
If they cant even keep they're position consistent here on Google Reviews........ Well then you be the judge!

I didnt have a issue with them. Very helpful for me. I was 50 bucks short cause I can only pull 300$ a day. And they still worked with me. I was ready to turn car over till got the 50. But no need. U all writing bad reviews had me bumbed a little lol. Good place as long as not making 100 excuses and just tell the truth why u cant pay full or any. They will work with u.

They dont answer phone calls. But when u r 2 days late they wip2l have no issues getting a hold of you.. Extremely unprofessional staff.. Its a mistake if you try their business.. Dont do it..

Trying to get ahold of the legal department for over a week. The guy is dodging my calls. I have left voicemails and no return calls. Get hunged up on. Very rude and inconvenience this is. Would never recommend any to this company

This is the absolute worst finance company out there. Worst customer service it takes about a month to speak to a manager. My vehicle was totaled and paid off by insurance and they still call everyday trying to collect more money. When I try and call to speak to someone about it nobody knows what they are doing and say I need to speak to a manager and conveniently there is never one there.

Love this company very professional , low interest , helpful , great staff and easy to work with . By far the best financial company .

This company is awful and need to be put out of business. Since day 1 of me dealing with them they have been nothing but unprofessional, and unorganized and full of lies. If I could have chose someone to finance my car it wouldn't have been them. I had to be admitted to the hospital to have major back surgery and fell behind on my car note after always paying it before it was due. While waiting to receive my disability payment the repossed my car with me in the driver's seat the day after I finally received my disability payment. They decided to default the loan on the vehicle and would not let me make the payments that I was behind on plus any additional fees. They decided that they would rather let the loan default instead of letting me get back on track. Obviously this company deals in poor decision making as well as poor business practices and customer service. PLEASE BE FOREWARNED IN REGARDS TO THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN BE FINANCED BY SOMEONE ELSE DO IT AND STEER CLEAR OF THESE YAHOOS

We was paying 365 for a 2008 they came to picked the car up after we put a brand new alternator in it because it went bad then they got 100 dollars out of us on top of the money we put into the alternator i would never advise anyone to deal with the fraudulent bank took them damn near 6 months to get us our License plate

I have had my car 4 yrs in June. Which is when it supposed to be paidoff. They are still taking half my payment and applying it to interest. Majority of my payments are supposed to be going towards principal. I ask for a payoff and my balance showed $8500. I'm contacting my attorney. They are wrong on so many levels. Dont do business with this company you will regret it.

They do not deserve even 1 star. They sell used piles of junk and they also sell cars with FALSE Carfax reports. They sold a vehicle that had recall items and never showed up on the carfax until I was trying to trade it in. RUN and tell your friends to stay away! They Finance Broken vehicles!

I paid my car off on June 3rd and have yet to receive my title it's been 2 months they blamed the post office but yet I'm receiving mail from the post office everyday they made up the excuse "it's probably the post office due to covid 19" I wouldn't give them any stars I'm glad to be done with this company

Really bad costumer service

I'm a year in and I've had no problems. I make my payments, they answer my questions. I consider it a great relationship. I would recommend them to anyone.

Only reason you should have to complain about this company is if you do not make your payments on time, and who's fault is that? Most of us are lucky to get approved in first place and have a loan, I don't get all the bad reviews unless people are looking for self pity?

BHFC is a pretty good finance company, I struggled for a month and half and bhfc worked with me on my payment due to the virus, they were really willing to help with as long as I let them know what was going on with me.

So excited and happy thank you Bob manager of accounting he went above and beyond and he was fast honest and efficient payed off my car today! And would recommend this company they care about the person thank all the staff that worked with me over this past 2 years God bless you guys and thks .

Ridiculous how this place runs a business. I had been waiting for a refund check that they automatically withdrew from my account for over 3damn week's. All yo find out that they NEVER MAILED IT OUT! Totally unprofessional! And pretty rude staff! Seems like no one knows what is going on.

Just took my vehicle for being 30 days past due during a pandemic send a message saying give a call to make a payment 1 hour later then my car is being repo so much for being a first time car buyer they definitely set the tone 5 children no vehicle now but at least they still have a car and job!!!

If there was an option to give a ZERO rating I would. NEVER give your money to these people! They are the definition of unprofessional and they LIE! Specifically a lady named ANA SOTO! They don't want to own up to the mistakes they make on their end nor try to fix them. If you communicate with them, let it be through an email and NEVER on the phone. They will tell you one thing on the phone, something will happen (that they said will not happen) and they will never own up to what THEY said and of course they won't pull the phone records. They will tell you the "right thing" over an email so they can cover their behinds but don't bother calling to speak to anyone...You will most likely get a LIE though for sure. It may seem cool at first but keep calling with an issue and I'm pretty sure you will get different responses. They are not consistent. They are sneaky and will not tell you the entire truth (WHICH IS STILL A LIE) no matter how many times you ask. TRUST ME, you will not regret NOT using these people...

My boyfriend and I financed a car through this company. It has been nothing but a great experience. I called in today to speak with Bob for an early pay off and he was such a delight. There really are still good people out here to help you out. We didn't have the best of credit to start, but this company gave us a chance anyway. I highly recommend. For those of you just reading the poor comments, remember that if you pay your debts, there is nothing to complain about!

So they took my car saying I never made payments but have the email that shows my payment was made when I called they didn't know what I needed and the. My bf got on the phones he they said I was paid up and the. Said they didn't know so I asked what happened to my payments they couldn't tell me that information.

They gave me a chance when no one else would. Every staff member I've dealt with in the past year and 2 months has been nothing but courteous and helpful. I very much appreciate BHFC and their staff!!!

I was very happy with BHFC, had no problems at all, I ask for a one month hardship, they said yes no problem, I paid my car off, and if I would get another car I would like for them to be my lean holder again

Would Definitely recommend this company. Specifically Jared!! He's absolutely honest and has talked me thru everything. I'll be getting my second car with him cash price. Fair price for a great car. And he always let me know of past issues and has collaborated with his mechanic to fix any issues prior to selling any vehicle. He has been wonderful working around my schedule and providing me with excellent service. If you want an honest and reliable person to help you find a car to fit your needs JARED is your man!

Does anybody get emailed responses from this company? I have sent MANY emails asking for a response via email only (because I want all communication in writing) and they just ignore me! Horrible and completely unprofessional!

If you are loaning a car and it's this bank RUN!!!!!!! I wish that I knew this when I got my car, they screwed me so many times but I just felt with it because I was still paying for my car now I have no title because they did not change my address and sent it somewhere else, the girl that I spoke to thought it was funny. I will definitely make sure that I do not have a loan with them ever again.

Edit: I see people saying pay on time I paid on time and I put extra down when I got my taxes and paid my car off early and they STILL gave me a problem.

decent company, I could not get financed because of my credit and they financed me, everytime i forget to make my payment they give me a call to remind be so i do not over pay in interest and late fees.

Awful company. Terrible at communicating, give you the run around on the phone all day long so that they don t have to do any work. Sorry, everyone went home and we can t help you well jesus christ you spent half the workday dragging your feet on my issue so of course it s now too late and everyone went home .

The lot I bought my car from sold me a pretty bad car, it had frame damage and they never told me. When BHFC found out they made the dealer buy back the car and i only had to pay for the time i used the car but was off the hook for the rest so they saved me from a world of trouble of having a loan on a car that was junk!

BHFC are a phenomenal company, and have some very talented and motivated individuals on their staff. I strongly recommend them.

If i could give them 0 stars i would! They seriously harass you! I wake up to about 4 calls 3 text messages from them when they assume i dont keep my word. I have confirmation numbers to prove ive kept my deal, but because its the weekend they wont see it right away until the following business day. So they assume it wasnt done. It truly is stressful dealing with these people. I cant wait till i no longer have to deal with them. Im also pregnant and dont have time to deal with this stress. They get their money monthly from me but act like they dont!

they said they sent a check out a week ago to pay back what was over paid. and they have a tendency to lie alot to their clients. and over charge you with the high interest rates! Never reccomend this finacial institute to anyone! I sent a over night check with a tracking number and they tried to say no I didnt. well i told her i have the email to verify and she tried to argue with me. thwy said that i would recieve a check back in 15 or less days. its been 17 days! I will be reporting them with the BBB. and with the goverment. I have always paid way ahead and never missed one payment. and paid the car off and with some extra to be safe and they are not giving direct answers of when the over pay check would be sent to me. and dont even have a tracking number for the check. even though they said it was sent over 5 days ago.

I got my car financed thru this company and even though my apr is high.. They are a good company to work with, very understanding of life situations getting in the way of making my payment.. They really do work with you.. A young lady naomi helped me out when i was going thru some issues to make sure that was still in my car.

I bought my impala this year in February and I think the customer service is great! They help out a lot on your payments if needed. I wouldn't mind doing business again with them.

I had a medical emergency and was not able to make my payment for three months, I was afraid and did not know what to do. I did not want me car to be taken away, bhfc worked with me and allowed me to keep my carand get caught back up as long as i maintained insurance on the vehicle. they did everything they could to not take my car and i appreciate it!

Horrible place, company sticks to handling things the old way. & if they call you, email or even text you... you get fees on top of fees for that (fees are stated on contract but they play it off as if it doesn't exist)... BE CAREFUL!! It will take forever to pay off your loan. They agree to arrangments that dont mean anything on the system. & the staff is so unprofessional. Now, lets not get into the Customer service... Have they ever heard of such thing? lol.
They can have the last say but ill have the last laugh.

I will never recommend this company to ANYONE EVER! the customer service rep Carlos was extremely rude and unprofessional and the so-called supervisor Julio was no better and absolutely no help whatsoever. If I could give less than one star I definitely would. Do yourself a favor and choose a different financing company and you ll save yourself a hell of a lot of headaches. Two thumbs down For sure.

IGNORED THE LEGAL DUTY TO PROCESS A DEALERSHIP UNWIND. Also LISA Should be fired!!! She is the most illegal rudest collector around. She even disrespected my mother when I told her I was late on my payment because my mom just died. After this when I called in I would request not to speak with Lisa. She would still get on the phone and force me to talk to her and would never let me speak with bob lee as I asked( I'm sure because she would have gotten in much trouble if they reviews their calls like they should) I believe this place is fraudulant and I can't believe they allow the managers to speak with customers like that. I would highly recommend bhfc financial. They work with you. Most importantly there Is a guy named Bob who works there he really helped me out. If you make your payments on time and do what your supposed to do to keep your car. Everything runs pretty smoothly. They are a great company.

Everything was fine until I paid my car off still have yet to receive my title all they do is give me the run around it's been almost two months now this has changed my opinion of them and I won't do business with them again

They are a raggedy ran down company ! They want me to pay for a truck that does not run and hadn t ran in good condition since I got it I had the truck 2months and it messed up after they fixed the ac then I left it where it broke down at told them about it they told me I have to pay for the tow fees plus pay to get my car fixed I hadn t even received my actual plates for the car it still had paper plates and they refused to fix anything then they told me I d still have to make my payments lol yea okay on a car I don t have and on a car that does not drive you want me to pay for it fix it ! So now I have my first repo Lmaoo great job you guys lousy slum company y all be great won t get a penny from me and good thing we are in Arizona where they don t care about repos so I m in a new beautiful car paying my payments on time with no car issues

Jared helped me when no one else would, I struggled with an issue over my vehicle having mechanical troubles and people wanting to over charge me before I had to turn in my car to finance company, he helped me find out what was really wrong with my car and it was over 50% cheaper to fix than what the other guys quoted after he helped me find a trust worthy mechanic! I didnt have to give up my car, I appreciate the help!

Stay away from bhfc Financial what they do is they finance lemon cars cars that need major work on them that won't pass emissions and they finance that so anyone that wants a vehicle if their Finance through bhfc financial stay away don't do it they act like they help you but they really don't like me they will finance you a car that needs a couple hundred dollars worth of work and then they will send you somewhere to get it fixed and the people they send you two won't never fix your car I've had my car sent to the same place 10 times for the same reason and it never got fixed now I have to pay for it out of my own pocket and this was an issue that happened the day after I bought my car so it was still under the 15 day warranty

I ve been with BHFC since January of 2019. I have been on time with every single car payment since then until April of 2020. During April, I needed to defer a payment due to the pandemic and losing my job. I appreciate the fact that the company gives an extra 10 days after your due date to get your payment handled without a late fee. It just sucks that they re not working with customers or even allowing one more deferment during this pandemic knowing people are jobless and even homeless.

Worst experience ever dealing with these dumb asses. They need to fire MARISOL she doesn't do her job AT ALL to save her life!!

I have been working for customer service for the past 12 years. Only job i had was customer service.. and if theres one thing i hate is bad customer service.. i have NEVER had a good experience with BHFC financial.
Customer service is making sure YOU understand the customers need.. that u provide EMPATHY and ASSURANCE.. that you rephrase incase you dont understand.. not like some people here that say "let me transfer u to my manager". And when the manager Lisa talks to you for her to be able to provide an even better premier service.. guess what.. she didnt.. sorry angelo. But i didnt dscalate this. You did. Who does that. As a customer service representative your supposed to avoid escalations. You just passed it on. :) Sorry but this place customer service just horribly sucks.. honestly only person i like here that atleast tried and doesnt lie is David..

Glad I didn t pay attention to all the negativity on them. Be glad that they gave you a loan and the only reason why people put 1 star or talk negative is because they don t like to pay their bills. The only problem I have is that they can't check the faxes I send every time I renew my insurance? I have to send up to twice the faxes and it bothers that they are sending you charges that because you do not pay the insurance of your car they should be a little more responsible and check the faxes that they drop

I had the best experience ever. JARED helped me out n it was unbelievable. He put me n a car n had faith and belief n me when noone else would. It's hard when u don't have anyone to co-sign. Also he has some really nice cars. 500$ down n income they can verify ur on ur way. Tell them Olivia. Amarillas sent u I garentee u that u will not be disappointed. Only report to one credit bureau. Lied about reporting to Equifax if u are tryin to establish credit I highly recommend u find another company and make sure u ask if they report to all three bureau. Otherwise u will be making payments that are not beneficial
