If i could give them a O i would..
I have been working for customer service for the past 12 years. Only job i had was customer service.. and if theres one thing i hate is bad customer service.. i have NEVER had a good experience with BHFC financial.
Customer service is making sure YOU understand the customers need.. that u provide EMPATHY and ASSURANCE.. that you rephrase incase you dont understand.. not like some people here that say "let me transfer u to my manager". And when the manager Lisa talks to you for her to be able to provide an even better premier service.. guess what.. she didnt.. sorry angelo. But i didnt dscalate this. You did. Who does that. As a customer service representative your supposed to avoid escalations. You just passed it on. :) Sorry but this place customer service just horribly sucks.. honestly only person i like here that atleast tried and doesnt lie is David..
