I ve been with BHFC since January of 2019. I have been on time with every single car payment since then until April of 2020. During April, I needed to defer a payment due to the pandemic and losing my job. I appreciate the fact that the company gives an extra 10 days after your due date to get your payment handled without a late fee. It just sucks that they re not working with customers or even allowing one more deferment during this pandemic knowing people are jobless and even homeless.
