IGNORED THE LEGAL DUTY TO PROCESS A DEALERSHIP UNWIND. Also LISA Should be fired!!! She is the most illegal rudest collector around. She even disrespected my mother when I told her I was late on my payment because my mom just died. After this when I called in I would request not to speak with Lisa. She would still get on the phone and force me to talk to her and would never let me speak with bob lee as I asked( I'm sure because she would have gotten in much trouble if they reviews their calls like they should) I believe this place is fraudulant and I can't believe they allow the managers to speak with customers like that. I'd love a call from BOB LEE AS I WAS PROMISED.
