I had been referred there due to my usual dentist being unable to extract a tooth - despite their very best 'how to treat an animal' attempts!! :(

Poor customer support hang up the phone or just don t bother to answer. Being billed on benefits not once but multiple times after filling in exception certificate

Referred to this practice for specialist treatment. Excellent service, had whole process explained from start to finish, I saw A.S.Bhandal. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is nervous (I'm not a nervous patient but anyone who is apprehensive this practice is definitely a good place!)

Just home from a tooth extraction. Been in agony for a week and was referred here. Was so scared my husband came in with me. I was made feel comfortable, pain free and treated with respect. Absolutely fabulous place. 1st time in my life that I can say I enjoyed the dentist. Thank you all xx

11.30am this morning half of an old previously filled tooth cracked off (not formerly filled by Bhandals). Luckily no pain, but a worry being exposed with a weekend coming up. I contacted my normal dentist and was told 10 February, some 17 days away. After my insistence I was given Bhandals as a possibility to get emergency treatment. By 11.45am I had an appointment for 12.30pm. It was busy and parking is at a premium, but staff were friendly and efficient. Incredibly, by 1pm I was back out, teeth examined, cleaned and side of tooth refilled. Really, really impressed. I will be back and would recommend this practice.

Referred here from my dentist to get my wisdom tooth out.
Was in and out within 10 minutes no pain at all.
Definitely recommend.

Not punctual at all and on top of that when asking what time I'll be attended the receptionist was being unfriendly. I was advised a family is been seen at the moment hence the delay. Had to leave after half and hour wait without attending my consulation and didn't even get a apology for this behaviour.

Suggestion: Need to look into diary coordination.

Easy to book an appointment, even in the week end! The staff is professional and helpful and the quality of the treatments received is well deserving of a 5-star rating.
Over the past 10 years, the dentists in Bhandal surgery did not only cure my Dentophobia (an uncontrolled fear of going to the dentist) but also carried out several procedures professionally, with a smile, a gentle and mostly pain-free approach and a great care, ensuring at each step to explain me what they were doing, why and what the next step will be. Today marks the last day of my second root canal treatment and the result is Excellent again. Thank you Dr Ravi!

I paid to get my teeth straightened via braces but halfway throught the proceidure the dr said come back in 3 months and 3 months later he was not working and i my teeth were worse than before and they did not give a refund or fix my teeth for free

I visited the clinic to treat my son's dental problem. Dr Pom Bhandal was very caring and did very good treatment.

Yesterday a visit to my Dentist for an extraction didn't go well!.... Emergency referral to Mr A.S. Bhandal for 7.45am this morning. This is the 1st time I have visited Bhandal Practice. The experience was night and day in comparison to the day before. Mr. Bhandal was the consummate professional. He was extremely polite caring totally confident in his own ability and filled me with confidence too. He explained every step of the procedure and had my tooth out within minutes. I have never had worries about going to the dentist ever! Yesterday's experience unnerved me somewhat!!. Mr. Bhandal restored my faith very quickly thank goodness. Phoned today for an emergency appointment as I'd broken a tooth and exposed the nerve. Was told to come straight in. I was absolutely terrified as hadn't been to a dentist in years due to previous bad experiences. Every member of staff I came into contact with were amazing! The dentist himself put me immediately at ease, talked me through my options and kept me informed each step. I left 2 hours later pain free, relaxed and even smiling. I hadn't felt a thing during the root canal procedure and I can't thank you all enough. Not only cured my pain but a 30 yer phobia

I needed to see a dentist to fix a chipped tooth. So, there was nothing urgent but still something that needed to be done.

I then call Bhandal dental practice on the advice of a friend of mine to book an appointment in advance, any Saturday
of the coming month would have been fine. I have been told in the first place that I needed to call first thing on Saturday for that.
I did so and I have been told to call on Monday as it requires to book an appointment in advance for this kind of matter.
I cannot hide that I left the conversation frustrated and annoyed as it was precisely what I tried to do in the first place.
May I add that at any moment I felt consider and helped.

By curiosity, my girlfriend tried to call Bhandal dental practise to do the same 10 minutes after my call.
As surprising as it could seem, she was listened and a booking has been offered to her.

I feel a bit disgusted about this. I am a foreigner and I'm sure it is understandable that it is not
an easy thing to do this kind of step abroad. I feel sorry for the clinic which benefit from good references but I stayed with a bad/weird opinion from the welcoming performance of this clinic which according to me is so out of standards.
At any moment I had not been offered the possibility to find a solution.

I then call another clinic which book me an appointment without any issue and was glad to offer me their expertise.

a simple filling, from the young asian ladie upstairs cost me, seveer pain, had to go private to another dentist, who told me food and drink was getting past the filling intern roting the inside ,had to get 2 teeth out, pain was unbareble for days, couldnt go to work

I know how scared she is of the dentist and your calm manner and professionalism really set her at ease. I had a tooth removed this morning. I am an anxious patient but Mr Bhandal was amazing! He talked me through everything he was doing. He reassured me every step of the way and removed the tooth without any problems. Thank you!

Very Impressed, went to Bandal yesterday with a very depressingly chipped tooth.
Thought it would be taken out but no the dentist actually remade the tooth with two different colored fillings.
It looks like a tooth.
