I have never had a worse experience with a realty company than I had with Lighthouse Realty. They were unethical and committed fraudulent acts. They didn t submit offers timely so they could capitalize on nepotism and secure commissions that they shouldn t have been entitled to. They squandered deals for clients when they thought there was a way to enhance their own financial position. Steer clear of Lighthouse Realty if you are looking for property in St Augustine. I have dealt with many other realtors in the area who are ethical and and do excellent work.

From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcomed. From the reception desk and the introduction to the agents you feel welcomed. I met Jose as my Agent and he proved to be a thoroughly experienced and warm natured Agent that understood my needs and saw to it that I was shown properties that certainly lined up with just what I was looking for. He even introduced me to the owner Bob and they both without hesitation took me out to a property that was just right for me and hopefully I will be moving in within a few weeks. This is the kind of Real Estate organization you can be pleased to doing business with!
