left some broken tooth in my gum and on second visit blagged me it was jaw bone and gum would heal over it ...... needless to say as gum started to heal it pushed broken bitscof tooth out ....

My father attended bhandel dentist today. He is petrified of dentists that's why he in the mess has in with a broken tooth . He seen Manj Bhandal he was lovely made my father feel at ease talked him through every step and was very patient as he could see how scared my father was thank you for everything you did today.

I went to get large gaps in my front teeth sorted out and it was recommended by Dr Mathias that I get porcelain veneers fitted. The procedure was faster than expected and Dr Mathias and the assistants were fantastic. 11/10 recommend. Thank you Bhandal!

went to this densist after having a referal from coventry road densist and i was so worried about having tooth out but as soon i was walked in today i felt instant calm atmosphere the densist was lovely and i couldnt believe it he got my wisdom tooth out within seconds thankyou for making me feel calm and relaxed

If you call in to book an appointment they pick up immediatly.Very polite and welcoming staff always willing to help. The best dentist I've ever been to get braces. Everything is well organised and the staff/nurses/doctors know what they are doing.
I would highly recommend you come to this dentist.

I dont normally do reviews but i do have to express my gratitude for everyone at the surgery, i went in 3 weeks ago because my wisdon teeth were playing up and they could see how worried i was so they referred me to dr bandal and i went in this morning and he was so professional but also took time to allow me to compose myself with the needles, ive never seen someone so quick and efficient, my appointment was at 8am and i was back in the car after having both teeth removed at 8.15am

Was referred to Bhandal by my dentist for a difficult extraction. The appointment was confirmed before I left my surgery and the extraction carried out within the half hour. Pom, assisted by Irina and Hannah were clear in their explanations and instructions and very attentive, putting me at ease. When I remarked on how swift the procedure was, Pom said, Practise. Certainly he is very experienced as well as expert. Amazing! Thank you, all.

Excellent dental practice, professional and efficient . I was referred here from another dentist to have tooth extracted. I have now changed my dentist to this practice as much better than the old practice I was going to.

Absolutely fantastic. I am petrified of dentists and I went today to have my wisdom tooth out and I can not fault the care I had. They really helped me with my fear and took great care of me. After my procedure they didn't try and rush me out. Definitely recommend them to anyone. Thankyou for looking after me :)

The dentist had my infected tooth out in around 5 mins. My appointment was at 07:45, i arrived at 07:40, and i was out by 07:50. In much needed relief. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a dentist.

Dr Bhandal is an amazing person. He extracted a tooth for my mother who is in ill health. He treated her with amazing respect and kindness. And even after the procedure was complete, which took about 3 minutes!! He asked her just sit and relax in the chair with a drink for as long as she liked, & only leave once she felt happy and comfortable. He gave us lots of extra fobs, & Said dont hesitste to call if we have any concerns. God bless you Dr & your team. Kamran.

Dentist A.S Bhandal was AMAZING! Someone previously attempted to remove my tooth due to abscess, they struggled to numb it and couldn t remove it so you can imagine how traumatic that felt. I was referred to A.S Bhandal, he was calm, reassuring and gentle, numbed me no problem. Removed my problem tooth with no problem at all, the relief was unbelievable! I skipped out of his room! THANK YOU Mr Bhandal!

I could not fault the treatment received from Puneeta Badwal, who was on both visits entirely professional and re-assuring over the treatment of fillings and wisdom tooth removal. The reception facilities and surgeries were fully modernised and well fitted out.
The premises and service were exceptional and a total contrast to other practices that I had used.
I will certainly go back to Bhandals again but hopefully not too soon.

I would just like to thank the team at bhandals. I have been putting of going to the dentist for some time now as I not he bravest when it comes to the dentist. I needed a heavily decaying tooth extracted and a filling and clean doing, the filling and clean went without a hitch, as for the extract well that was a bit more of a problem the root was massive and it kept breaking the dentist referred me to Pom for the extract and he popped it out not a problem. Thanks very much for you efforts

I visited this dentist around a year ago as an emergency appointment for my wisdom teeth, which were causing me a lot of pain and difficulty eating. I had my initial appointment, explained to them that I was having serious problems with my wisdom teeth, and they booked me in for another appointment to have an x-ray. I had some problems with the reception staff chatting amongst themselves and ignoring me and other patients completely while I was waiting to book my appointment, but the dentist I had been speaking to had seemed professional and understanding enough, I didn't think too much of it.

I went back for my next appointment, expecting an x-ray or at least some conversation about my wisdom teeth. Instead, when I got called through, I was instructed to sit down without any explanation of what was going on. I thought they were just going to examine my teeth or something, but instead they started heavy-handedly scraping under my gum line, getting irritated at me and telling me that it wasn't that bad whenever I expressed any pain. Afterwards, when I asked about my wisdom teeth, they told me that they hadn't got anything on my records about my wisdom teeth. I left my appointment, asked reception staff if I was to be booked in for another appointment, and they told me that my next appointment would be my routine checkup. My gums hurt and bled for days after that appointment.

I'm actually writing this because I not long got an email about the routine checkup I'm meant to be having. Personally, I'd like to stay as far away from this place as possible. They don't care about the wellbeing of their patients, they care about their money. If you get your dental care paid for, their goal is clearly to profit off of you rather than to actually treat you. If you're paying for it, I'm pretty sure they're not beyond scamming you out of your money either.

**TERRIFIED of the dentist**, pain, infections, swelling and total avoidance of the tooth part and root that had been left in by another local dentist, I finally, after being referred 3 times, plucked up the courage to go today to the Bhandal Dental Practice in Foleshill Road, I had backed out every time at the last minute after 2 years of avoiding having this broken tooth/root removed. I told them about how scared I was and they were so helpful, and so my appointment was with Mr Bhandal himself, from the minute I walked in, he was polite, calm and so reassuring! He was so gentle and talked me through the whole process even though my whole body was shaking, he was amazing, I walked in that room at 8am and literally by 8.16am I was walking out!! It wasn't a straight forward removal either, he had to cut the gum to get the root and remaining tooth out along with a stitch. So I honestly felt a tiny sting from the needle, then nothing, just a pushing sensation, but even that was gentle, he used a drill item as it was noisy, but again felt nothing, obviously I was terrified throughout, but, for those who are scared, I can honestly say, it was the BEST EVER dental experience I have ever been to, and tbh I have spent 35 years having to be sedated every time due to fear, so if I can do this, you can, it was simply amazing, I'm sitting here a few hours later and my mouth is now a little sore, but I'm sure it will heal quickly. So my advice is don't suffer for years like I did, just book Mr Bhandal and get sorted, he is amazing. Thank you.

I went to this practice and was seen by Dr. Mathias for teeth straightening and whitening. The service I received was excellent. Polite staff from reception and in the treatment room. Dr. Mathias listened to my concerns, answered my questions and customer service was brilliant. I felt Dr. Mathias and team had my best interests at heart and made me feel welcome and not nervous attending appointments.

Had a tooth out today as had tooth pains still got tooth pain as has not taken the right tooth out or is that just that I have had it out feels the same tooth pain though Don't think his practice have taken to right one out be seeing him when I finish work tonight the pain is killing me

Absolutely amazed! I called in 2 hrs ago to try see a dentist and now I m sat at home with one removed tooth! I was so so scared but the doctor really made me feel at ease and we so professional! can t thank dr casha more for his gentle care.

I have been to this practice twice with same problem sensitive back tooth. 6 months later still in pain after them telling me there is no diagnosis. They did a 2 minute hygiene polish, left grit in my mouth as the hygienist looked so uninterested. I made an appointment again last week but cancelled. I was ok with you guys not find the root cause to my pain in the back tooth but the hygienist who did a scale and polish showed no customer skill. That's reason enough not to come back. Something about me maybe she didn't like!

Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly people and absolutely unbelievable. They cut me off phone whilst explaining my tooth problem. I believe this was because of my eastern European accent. I rang back but got no answer again.

Rude absulate rude got referred there fron smile centre and they are jokers the guy had his mask on and said i can take mine off so i did he looks into my mouth and all i could feel was his breath on my face so much for keeping safe absulate discuting oh and to be given dirty looks aswell. NEVER USE AGAIN NEVER RECOMMEND IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.

Thankyou so much to the kind receptionist, Dr Bhandal and the dentists who treated my 13 year old son 2 days ago. I was so upset as my son had been pushed at school and smashed his teeth into a wall and his 2 front teeth were broken. The staff were all calm and reassuring and have repaired his teeth as best as possible. I've been bringing my family here for years and have never had any issues. Very kind and professional. This was the second visit to Bhandal dental clinic it has always been a pleasure so polite and friendly service staff also helpful highly recommend

First visit for my granddaughter who is two, to the dentist, which obviously the practice and the dentist knew about. Appointment time was 10.00 but on arrival they told us it was actually 10.10 as they had left ten minutes to complete a two minute form. Ok so then I asked if the dentist was running on time and I was told yes. I was asked to proceed up the SPIRAL stair case with the toddler and take a seat. There is nothing for children no toys or magazines to distract - outrageous. At 10.20, after trying to keep the two year occupied for ten minutes and having to hold her hand constantly to keep her away from the dangerous spiral staircase I proceeded back downstairs to make a complaint only to be told that the practice manager was not in and that I could complain via e-mail!.This practice is not toddler friendly and needs a risk assessment in place so that toddlers are not at risk of falling down that staircase. For those who care about toddler safety it is not rocket science.

Do NOT go to the amateur money grabbing dentists!! They do not care, do not follow medical protocols, have poor substandard service. They give extra poor service to asian patients or elderly. Money grabbers ONLY

Worst dental practice ever! Had a treatment there that only made my life hell I'm always in so much pain I cant sleep and when I call them up to get it sorted all they care about is telling me that I will have to pay for this treatment. I get it payment isn't an issue never even mentioned it And when I needed an emergency appointment because I was on the verge of fainting because of the filling they put in fell out and my whole nerve was exposed the receptionist was the rudest person to my mom just hung up on her half way through the conversation shouting bye and would raise her voice and was just making a stressful situation worse. The doctors there weren't better than their receptionists either all I wanted them to do was deal with the pain for the time being until I can get sorted for a root canal (which they told me will take 4 hours, so will have to book for it on the month) only for them to look at me like a crazy person for wanting even a temporary solution for the pain! And they were so dismissive literally gave me 2 mins of his time and left me with the nurses. Absolutely disgusting treatment I wont be coming back there had the worst time getting treated there.

I recently decided I'd suffered long enough with tooth ache to visit a dentist. I was scared beyond imagination, so much so that I hadn't visited a dentist for approx 25 years. I originally visited Longfellow Road dentist and was treated by Dr Virdee, however I also required a referral to Bhandal Dental Practice too. Both are owned by the same company and my experience could not have been better. These guys have turned my life around, no more reliance on painkillers and throughout the entire series of treatments (including several extractions of curved root teeth) I felt no pain what so ever. Follow up care was amazing and as I write this I would encourage anyone suffering to visit Bhandal Dental Practice and let their skilled and caring team take care of you. Can't thank them enough, Dr Bhandal and Dr Virdee especially, I'm so grateful.

laws! My mum has lung cancer and is 74 and they are insisting they cannot send a perscription to a local chemist for my son (he has an infection after they removed a tooth without antibiotics) and they wont send the prescription to a local chemist i am looking right now to report them because its just wrong in every way!!

My visit to Bhandal Dental Practice was as good as I could have wished under the circumstances.
I was treated by Pom, assisted by Irina and Hannah when suffering with a chronic toothache. The full treatment and options were explained thoroughly and following a course of antibiotics I opted to have the offending tooth removed. Considering my apprehension to the procedure I felt a little silly afterwards considering the professional yet delicate manner in which the extraction was conducted. Again a full explanation was given prior to the procedure, and it was carried out in a quick, efficient and painless way once the antisetic had been administered.
I will require further treatment within 3 months and am no longer apprehensive about returning to have treatment here.

They are good dentists, but are always at least 20 minutes late! Every single time I go there they are 20/30 minutes late. Hence the 3 stars. If you book an appointment for a certain time and you have work after, book for earlier than that, because you will be late for work!

Over a year and half ago, I got braces, I was really excited to see my bad over jet gone. Fast forward to my scheduled day of braces removal, I told the dentist that there were still gaps in my teeth where the teeth could move back to, because although the overjet had lessened, it was still there.
In addition to that I'd had a bracket that came unglued, after arguing with the dentist who told be my overjet was just "the shape of my teeth" , she said I should come back in two months before I left she didn't fix my unglued bracket because it "didn't matter". I was hesitant because I was pretty certain it would hinder my teeth from making progress.
After I came back to see her, two months later, I felt like it was all very hurried and if I tried to voice my opinion I was shut down and made to feel like I was being really fussy and overreacting, then she took the braces off and I feel as self conscious as I did before the braces. She kept saying my teeth were fine but it was obvious to anyone that i still had an overbite.
I went home and my bottom lip was sore from my teeth biting into it.
Overall, I felt like she was an alright lady but I felt as if my treatment was more about getting the braces off at the 1 year and 6 months mark rather than getting my bite into a mm id be happy with.
Although my gaps closed, the shape of some of two of my front teeth Is still not right, and I'm currently wishing I'd went to the dentists in Holbrook that my brother is registered at.

Brilliant dental surgeon. Very fast, under five minutes, wisdom tooth extraction. Absolutely painless, no tugging and pulling. Made sure consent was given properly so I understood any risks.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with this dentist! I was booked in to have a filling and have my teeth cleaned, but wasn't experiencing any previous pain. Throughout the dentist gave no explanation as to what was happening, and was so rough and heavy handed. The tool used to clean my teeth was pushed into my gums and was really painful and bleeding. I left and was immediately in tears. Following this I knew the filling didn't feel right as it was irregular, and my bite was completely wrong. It has now been a week since this appointment and I am unable to sleep due to severe and multiple tooth pain, and swollen gums. I am going to have to call 111 with the hope that I can get an emergency appointment to fix what this dentist has done to me!!

These people are rubbish,always have to wait at least 30 minutes to be seen,
Always take a long time to answer the phone.
Never provide all the necessary details in terms of payments.

You literally have to wait 3 weeks minimum for the next appointment and none of their operations have have been effective!

Would not recommend them to anyone, hence their overall ratings are 3 star.

Been to the bhandal dentist today seeing P.B.S n he was so gentle there is no words to describe n I didn't feel any pain whatsoever I will definitely recommend

best dentist I have been to by far. Mr A.S Bhandal was very polite and patient with me making sure I was very comfortable and not in any pain when my tooth was extracted.

Generally the practice is good however, having a surgeon work on you wearing a Screwfix style chemical half mask respirator is not, although it will do a good job of protecting him from my respiratory particulates it fires his straight out of a one-way valve directly into my mouth. To the extent I could actually taste his breath! - Will be leaving me feeling very nervous over the next couple of weeks

Had emergency treatment this morning from Bhandal Dental Practice .I'm terrible an petrified by dentists because of bad experiences. But I was greeted by a young good looking chap softly spoken who talked through everything was happy to go at my pace. The last needle wasnt very nice they never are but I felt no pain an no discomfort. He is the BEST DENTIST I've ever seen. And I've seen alot because of my Orthopedic Surgery the mouth is where bone infection entry point so having Excellent Dental Care is paramount. I'd have no problem driving all the way to Coventry to this chap. He was worth it

I had a wisdom tooth extraction on Friday 24th January 2019, both Pom and Irina were amazing, very professional and reassuring. I felt very relaxed and safe throughout my appointment.

I had a very positive experience here.

Appointment was at 10:35, and I was seen at 10:35. I was freeteg by the doctor and we spoke about this issue.

My tooth was broken already, so getting it out was s huge challenge. He explained to me well about the fact that the tooth can break more which would lead to a surgery at a later date.

Regardless, he said it's 50/50. I took the chance and he took the tooth out in just few minutes!

Keep in mind, I went in very angry due to lack of sleep for 2 nights and was well greeted.

I could simply say it was terrible. Attitude from doctor was horrible he was totally not people person. I will not return to this dental practice because I dont want to feel like I felt after leaving this place today.

I can t say enough positive things about this practice my dentist is Pom. He is incredibly professional, friendly and gives genuine advice in your interest. Sadly on my visit today I needed a filing I didn t even know he had injected the area until it started to go cold! incredible strongly recommended!

Had an extraction booked in for 8am this morning, was done & on way at 8.05am. Fantastic service, friendly & welcoming. I was extremely nervous but was put at ease. Would definitely go back.

Went in for a filling done at this practice around 8 years ago and whilst the dentist drilled my tooth he broke my front tooth in half and then repaired it useing a white filler, now it has fractured and was told it should have been fixed at the time with a crown and that it was poor practice!! now I need to save to have it repaired as its going to cost me hundreds not happy!!!!!

Had some treatment done at Bhandals today. Great service by Dipendra and his nurse who I forgot to ask her name but she immediately made me feel calm. . I visited Bhandal Dentist Practice today, 29.01.20 due to some discomfort with my wisdom tooth coming through. I was seen by Pom Bhandal, Irina and Alex. They were all amazing and removed my wisdom tooth there and then. They were really kind, helpful and professional.
I expected this to be a long painful process but it was the complete opposite.
So happy and grateful.

My husband and myself had appointments this morning, as usual the practice were excellent. We got to see the dentist early He did a wonderful cleaning and checkup everyone is so happy to help you .I use to hate going to the dentist but since we started going here 3 years ago that has all changed, thank you all very much

Front of house teams are so ignorant and rude!! The dental team them selves are great. It takes me a lot to go to a dentist as i have a phobia of them. I have been in pain for some weeks. I have called and tried to get an appointment which takes a lot for me. I went for an extraction on the 23rd of September. Was given an assessment and my injections for the extratction but told it would be refered to the specalist. The team advised due to me being 10 minutes late they are unable to complete the treatmentr as they go at 1400.

I was ontime but was left outside in the rain while they checked there booking.

I have called twice to see when this will need booking in as I am a keyworker and need advance notice to release me from my duties.



Once this tooth has been extracted I will be looking for an alternative practise.

You really need to sort your front of house out, ignorance and rude staff will cost you money!

I attended the practice today for an extraction, I always worry about going to the dentist. Dr Amrik Bhandal was so lovely such a gentleman. He made me feel so calm and relaxed told me everything that's was happening complete reassurance my whole visit. I would recommend him to anyone. Will never be worried again if I'm seeing him. Been a few times and had an issue in the past regarding my child. Mr Bhandal (owner) himself spoke to me and the situation was amicably resolved. Also credit to receptionist and dental assistance for being polite and helpful. overall Brilliant experience and am continuing to use them.
