Lia Arnold has house posted with unclear photos. Cannot even see the rooms, but only part of flooring. Cannot see the kitchen but part of countertops. I decided to go to see the house anyway as a potential buyer, and she asked me to go find out more details by myself. If you make tons of money just for showing up 5 minutes maybe spending 5 more minutes and taking couple of more photos just from your phone will make sense in the age when most agents have virtual tours especially. This is while sellers were clearly afraid to see strangers and left the house when I was there. If the seller of Valencia condo reads this, they should know that I had cash and could pay good money for their condo, but walked away because their agent did not want to give me elementary info about rules of HOA, if I could rent a garage nearby, she did not know basic details while when you sell a condo you should read HOA paper to inform potential buyers, especially when you offer to represent both - buyer and seller to make double the commission. She quickly could trap me to agree to be represent both - buy and seller, but did not want to help even slightly. If you want to have same experience then hire her to list your house too without photos and insulting all prospective buyers. I know some cases when because of listing agent being rude, non-cooperative and unfriendly sellers sold their house tens of thousands less. So, if you get her as your listing agent probably this will happen to you too.

What I thought would be a wonderful experience selling my home and purchasing a new home, turned out to be a nightmare! I was told many times by our realtor N.H to ask the questions my self and reach out directly to everyone involved in this process. With her expertise I figured she would be able to assist. Unfortunately I also had to show my own home, as she was not able to do so and never once did she reach out during our home buying process. I honestly felt as I was the realtor. Keep in mind, we hired her knowing nothing about the selling and buying process. I do not recommend her services at all!! Hope I am helping someone out with my experience.
