At the beginning of my stay I almost gave this a one star review. I understand strick rules but a manager by the name of hector sanchez almost ruined Marriott for me. The long story short is he was unable to show himself to me after multiple requests. This is unacceptable for a leader in my opinion. After some time the lounge agenda Claudia brought me back to Marriott. She was amazing and accommodated my team with a meeting space near the restaurant. I know this is vague but contact me for details. The hotel rooms are updated and comfortable. I was very disappointed with hector's leadership but am staying upbeat. Thank you Claudia for caring about us. I know status should matter but when you spend 1/3 of your entire year in a Marriott hotel it should matter a little.
