By this I intend to express my criticisms about the unprofessional behavior that your company has had in managing my file.
Given the difficulty in contacting you, as you do not respond to the telephone numbers that are on your site, I insistently asked
if the damage detected to my card was objectively repairable.
I agreed to the repair without warranty, as you did not have the possibility to test the card on the machine to verify its functioning, but to be told that it was not a hardware problem, but a software problem after paying for the repair and verifying that it was not functioning, it does not seem correct behavior.
If you had feared this hypothesis before, I would not have given authorization to change the hardware components, and I would have paid only the shipping and handling costs (35 euros)
I regret what happened, as it inspired my trust, but evidently it was misplaced ..
