The rooms are very nice although the layout can be confusing at times.

The pool was awesome and so was the breakfast. Close to airport and the kids loved watching the planes come in.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food at the buffet was fabulous. Told everyone about the food. We had a great weekend there and would do it again

Amazing water park, fantastic restaurant and close to the airport.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. We especially enjoyed the pool & waterslides even under the Covid restrictions (45 mins swimming & then 15 mins cleaning). You do have have to book the swimming as there is a capacity limit. We just left the pool and rebooked for the next hour. All in all we had an enjoyable stay here and will definitely come back here when we visit Calgary.

Everything was great. Service, room, pool, breakfast, staff. Always a great experience at Best Western.

Best Western Port O Call is like my home away from home. Always my first choice.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was amazing.

We have stayed before so perhaps we were in an older room but it felt very run down and not appealing. We booked a room with a sofa bed for our kids to sleep on. It was so terrible that we got a cot - had one child sleep on the cot and the other on the sofa in it's 'sofa' form. We were going to stay for two nights but left after the first as we were so unhappy with the accommodations.

This is my hotel of choice while travelling to Calgary. Conveniently located, lots of options for restaurants in the hotel and close by, and the family can enjoy the amazing pool while I'm here on business. Great staff, great rooms!

Everything was pretty much as expected and we gotta very nice stocking with some treats in it for Christmas.

Stayed over the weekend with our soccer team and had a very good time. All facilities were well kept and children were impressed with the waterpark. Highly recommend staying at the BW Plus Port O'Call.

The kids loved the pool and water slides. The breakfast is great.

Housekeeping was a hit or miss. They have this thing where you can leave a note for the housekeeping how you want your room clean and if you want anything extra. First time was great but after that was just worst to the last night where they didn t really clean the room did not give new towels did not even fix the coffee mugs. Did not leave the extra conditioner I asked for. They basically came in to fix the bed and they just left the toilet paper in the Sink.

If you want extra amenities just go straight down to the front desk and get it yourself cuz they won t bring it up to your room they will sound like they would on your first call then have you wait for hours and when you cAll them back they ll tell you to come get it yourself downstairs.

I had a great time here, the room was clean the staff were all nice, the pool was entertaining, and the brunch was phenomenal. Proximity to the airport is definitely an advantage, but I can't comment on price because I was with a friend. Overall I recommend the facilities.

This hotel was the best!!! It was like a mini resort in the middle of calgary. Great location, great staff, clean rooms, and very family-friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids. My family and I made great memories here. I will be back!

I've stayed here more times than I can count. Decent beds, and the attached bar and restaurant are also good. There is a HUGE continental buffet breakfast in the morning. No complaints.

Primary Hotel for WestJet employees attending training away from home. Cozy and full of amenities.. Awesome buffet breakfast and Jetz bar is s good place to wind the day down.

I absolutely loved staying here. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I would definitely come to this hotel again and would highly recommend it to a family with kids.

Rooms and waterslides are nice... Like the underground parking... On site pizza is gross and overpriced... check in process was brutal... They couldn't find us a clean room for an hour.

I was there for the buffet. It was delicious!!! A nice selection of main dishes and deserts. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The room was large enough for our family of 6 and had all the amenities we hoped for. The breakfast buffet was very affordable and had many options. The kids loved the pool and slides. We will definitely stay here again.

Was told to leave because I accidentally booked 2 rooms and said the only way I'd be able to get a refund is if I cancel both rooms which I only booked 30m prior ..

Have been to their restaurant a few times for brunch. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the food selection is always fantastic and inexpensive. It's always a good idea to make a reservation.

Very clean rooms. Polite staff and great facilities. The water park is a blast for the whole family. But however they need more elevators. Two for the entire building and one was broken for our entire stay. A huge wait every time to use it so we were forced to take the stairs to leave or arrive without a huge wait. Not everyone can climb stairs.

This hotel is always reliable. Great staff, clean comfortable rooms and the breakfast buffet is terrific.

We stayed overnight for a quick visit. Our family really enjoyed the pool. We stayed in a family room that had two queen beds and a pullout couch. The room was large and clean. We ate at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. It was okay. The hotel hallways and bathrooms were a little dirty but it could have just been a busy weekend.

I regularly bring clients here for meetings. The weekend brunch is amazing.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our 30 day trip to America/Canada, Clean big rooms massive pool center also a more private hot tub/pool area down stairs away from the screming kids. Room service was great we didn't get a chance to check out any of the in house bars but im sure they are great.

Only down side is one of there elevators was out of order no biggie we needed the stairs after our holiday.

Good service but the fridge didnt work in our room and the fold out couch was horrendous. No person could possibly sleep on it.

Our family stayed here during the end of July 2017. All I have to say is that the manager and his team of professions went above and beyond to provide everything during our stay.

This place has one of the best breakfast selection we noted while travelling across Canada all the way from Toronto.

It offers family friendly environment and I will recommend this hotel to anyone willing to spend just a little more.

The hotel is nice and clean. We were met by friendly staff and the breakfast was awesome! The only downside was the pool was a gong show!

The Port O'Call was amazing. We came with a huge group, including 25 kids, and they were so accommodating with finding space for us to gather and with several other things we needed. Lisa was incredible helping us with our booking and dealing with some concerns we had upon arrival. Totally impressed with all the staff, so helpful, professional and kind. Rooms were clean, the pool was a blast, and it's really close to lots of restaurants and other things. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again.

The pool is great for kids and has lots of life jackets. The rooms seemed cramped and kind of run down. The sheets didn't seem very fresh, kind of stale.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. We all loved the pool and waterslides and appreciated the hot tubs after a stressful day. Breakfast was good. Wish it wasn't so expensive though. Will definitely come back :)

The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone was pleased with their meals. The wait staff great at what they did. We enjoyed our evening here and would definitely recommend it.

We booked 12 rooms for a party of 42 students and 12 adults through Lisa. Upon our arrival, Mo already had organized us with the paperwork and he was ready to send us on our way to our rooms to unpack as soon as we came in. Robin also made sure that we were comfortable at the hotel and assisted the chaperones with their needs in their rooms. I heard from one of the restaurant workers that the waterpark was closed for 10 days prior to our arrival and they did everything they could to make sure that the pool was working by the time we checked in. The kids enjoyed the waterpark and even wanted to swim the day we were checking out. The hotel staff that I talked to was very friendly and although the price was on the steeper side, you get what you pay for and I am very satisfied with our stay. Both the adults and the kids really liked the food that they have at the restaurant that is located inside the hotel.

Overall was very happy with the level of service, room cleanliness and health/safety precautions being taken during this covid 19. The pool was a lot of fun, 2 slides and then a kids section for toddlers as well. Ample parking with underground as well. Will be back forsure in the future just even for a fun night at the pool with the kids.

The location was right next to everything. The Zoo, food places, liquor stores. There was an awesome restaurant on the main floor. There is a great bar with a great bartender. The rooms were fairly clean. Not perfect, but nothing is:) and the service was incredible. The only thing I didn't like was that a bunch of kids were running around all night bugging everyone and being loud, but thats not the hotels fault you should definitely stay here if you're with your family, awesome waterpark and one for toddlers too! :)

This is the best Best Western that I have ever stayed in. If you have kids this place has a water park that looked very fun. They had a solan for mom and a bar for dads along with a coffee shop. The rooms were nice. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are fairly recently remodeled and well kept. The service was very good. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and featured cereals, fruits and melons, typical breakfast meats, and pancakes, french toast and occasionally waffles with a variety of fruit toppings. The water park is clean and well maintained, and suitable for children of all ages, with accommodations for parents like deck chairs and a hot tub.

its not a bad hotel, but the pool is amazing if you have kids. I very strongly recommend this place if you have kids who love the pool. they have a kids (baby) pool, then they have a bigger pool with two amazing slides and a hot tub.
service is fast and good. front desk is very nice and very helpful. when all the stores shut down and all i needed was water bottle they gave me 6 for free.
the Sunday brunch is really good and large selection.

Decent hotel but if you are waiting for je airport shuttle for a pickup after a flight...be prepared for a long wait and no explanation. Called twice and told just to wait despite being there twice at the designated time...take a cab or better yet, stay at a different hotel
