Breakfast buffet was better than most, a nice room and good fresh fruit, the fitness room was very good, especially appreciated the upright cycle, (many hotels lack this) a couple of spin cycles would be a nice addition. Location great for walking to Colorado U. campus. free parking, free wifi, in room fridge, dish tv with HBO. Our only suggestions would be more light above the sink, and firmer mattresses.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Boulder Inn. We used the bikes offered on the premises to bike to Pearle Street as well as around the CU campus. The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was exceptional! We will definitely stay with them again!!

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Parking is free, which is helpful. Rooms are a tiny bit small, but nice and the beds are comfortable with good bathrooms and showers. Hotel felt very safe. Staff were really great - very helpful...

Hotel programs TVs to force you to watch CNN when you power on and power off the television. Absolutely hate it when companies try to force this. However, staff was amazing and this is a nice location. Housekeeping could use some improvement but over it was good.

I was absolutely impressed with not only the rooms, pool, lobby and hallways but the staff was incredibly nice, helpful accommodating and hospitable. CLEAN AMD WELL GROOMED. The price was a steal. What more can I say.

Nice location, easy access to walking paths. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was nice, eggs, sausage, bacon served daily along with breads, yogurt, fruit, and waffles. Pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all clean and easily accessible. Guest laundry was available for reasonable cost.

Recently I stayed here, and boy was I unhappy. the pool is cold way too cold to swim. and their balconies are terrible. Have fun looking in your neighbors room. The employees literally walk around the building to watch what the people are doing and that's evading privacy. It must not be a good or safe place if you have to always be walking around checking on things. And I want everybody that stays here to look right under the tv and tell me its not a camera. Its a little black camera. Traveled for 14 hours to be let down. Glad to say ill never have to deal with you people again. My father has a broken leg and he ended up just going down the stairs in front of the pool because the elevator was to far from our room. And why would you advertise water bottles in the room you have to pay for? For 3$?Seems like your trying to scam your customers, out of more money.

It was fairly clean but the beds were horrible. The mattress we slept on was broken and you could not sleep anywhere near the edge without falling off. We both had to sleep near the middle of the bed and we would have had more space in a twin bed.

My lovely wife and I were here for a friend's wedding and were expecting more than what we received. What was supposed to be a mini getaway quickly became less romantic with the issues we encountered. First, I cannot recall the last time I traveled and spent this much on a room without having a hair dryer in it. Secondly, housekeeping did not come by until late afternoon the day after our first night there. Third, the eggs at breakfast were not real eggs. Fourth, the pool towels are dish cloths. Fifth, it is impossible to get hot water for tea.

Very friendly and helpful staff, in a nice and clean building. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and every room has a semi private balcony or patio. Breakfast is served in a different building, and it requires walking outside to get there, but it is a short walk from the lobby to the restaurant, and it is a mostly covered walk-way. Breakfast was a standard hotel continental breakfast but there are some items that are changed out every day. Standard daily items include: bagles, bread/toast, muffins, cereal, waffles, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, fruit juice, milk, and a coffee bar.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious room. Only complaint would be the parking spots are too small, don't accommodate a full size Dodge truck at all, takes 3 spots so we aren't sticking out in drive by 3 feet.. lots of stores n eateries within walking distance

It was a "just dad and the kids" weekend, so we drove up to the Boulder Inn from Colorado Springs. We had an AWESOME time. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. #1, the pool was fantastic (our top reason for selecting the inn), the room was really nice (newly refurbished) with a balcony over looking the pool. Other big bonus was being right across the street from the CU campus. It was so cool to give my 17 and 12 yr old some exposure to what a major university campus is like. I can't say enough about the Boulder Inn....and the fact that you can have such a top-notch hotel experience like that at a very reasonable rate.

Because...the rooms were clean. The staff were very pleasant. Coffee maker and fridge in room.

I give "ONE STAR" for....
*No hot coffee in lobby, you must walk "outside" in the elements and across to the NEXT building if you don't want room coffee. That could be dangerous for a single female if up early (like I was) to be outside at 4am getting coffee.

*,No...microwaves in the rooms or any they can bring up if asked. I come there for work, it starts at 6:30 so I bring my food. I have to get up and walk ALL the way to the front desk (from where I was on 2nd floor) to heat up my food. I was told the night before they had paper plates. However, the nice guy at the front desk could only find a glass plate and a paper bowl (it wasn't his fault).

Soo, the service would be top notch for business people like me if they did have free coffee in the lobby (like most hotels and even breakfast at 6am would help) AND...a microwave in the room. I had to go out and buy one for my short trip there.

When I checked in there were pistachio shells on the floor by the head of the bed... and black hairs on the comforter. They did give me a new comforter and brought up a vacuum cleaner, which was a fire hazard... there was a wad of mailing tape around where the cords connect. A manager never followed up with me until I called Best Western and then when they did they stated the best they could offer me was a free night for another stay... I don t think I ll be using Best Western again! This is my first stay with their chain and I m definitely not impressed.

It was a five star sleeping experience with the most comfortable bed we've slept on in some time. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were quite clean. The meat in the breakfast was a little undesirable however and the fruit selection could have varied more. Lovely hotel and I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel was lovely, and we had a pleasant stay. They have an outdoor swimming pool that is open and hits the spot on a hot Colorado Summer afternoon. Their jacuzzi is closed due to covid but the pool is an amazing alternative. We enjoyed our night there.

The staff works hard, the rooms overall are in good shape, and it is a good alternative in Boulder. The hot water system needs updating. It can get overly used thus leaving you with a luke warm/cold shower.

Broken AC fan, loudly rattling all night long and not cooling the room. There is NO WAY this has not been previously reported by another guest. The front desk offered a discount when we check out tomorrow. Very disappointing quality.

This is a nice hotel. We stayed 2 nights and liked it enough that I'd come back. They are pet friendly! Rooms weren't real fancy but nice beds, nice shower, cable tv, mini fridge, K cup machine with provided kcups, fitness room (I did not go to), outdoor pool (currently closed), and a hot tub (you do have to walk outside 15 feet or so to get to the hot tub). There wasn't a microwave in our room. There is a very nice breakfast in the morning! Really good food selection and staff. Lots of fresh, hot coffee!

Thanks for your great customer service!
