Great, kind service, comfortable room (I got a newly renovated one, #102, it was solid!), free bike(!), decent breakfast. Totally worth the $102 (special deal - would still be great at 120 and totally fine at 150)

No. Just NO. First of all, if you have mobility issues, be aware that even a first floor room requires climbing/descending a short flight of stairs. (There is an elevator at the FAR FAR end of the hallway, but it is still down a short fight of stairs. I do not know what a wheelchair bound guest would do.) I thought Handicapped Access was federal law. Not here. The queen double room was smaller than any I have stayed in in several years. There were two of us; with insufficient room to move around each other, lack of enough plugs to charge our phones, laptops, etc. FOUR hangers in a closet? really? MINISCULE bath/dressing area. (King Singles have roomy baths, but not the rooms that will be shared.) No restaurant on premises or within several blocks walk. Breakfast buffet, such as it was, in another building so we got to traipse through the rain to get there. If you do not have a car be prepared to walk several blocks for lunch and dinner. Do not count on the maids restocking fresh coffee pods or even clean glasses and/or cups. Our faucet handle kept coming off. My highly competent roommate was able to repair it every time. This shouldn't happen. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, the room was clean. Good coffee! They did not spray with synthetic room fresheners. But the basic design of the facility is dreadful.

My husband and I stayed here a few nights ago. When we pulled up to check in, I was impressed with the lobby and its coziness. Then we got to out our room and were thoroughly happy to see it was spotless and well decorated. They have thought of everything you might need for a stay. And the staff were all very kind and welcoming!

Well kept, great price point. I travel a lot for business and had to pay my own lodging on this trip. I went for a little cheaper to cut some costs and was in no way disappointed with my stay at BWPlus Boulder Inn. The breakfast was better than most. They seem to change it up each day so you're not eating the same thing every day if your stay is extended. The employees were super nice and helpful. Everything was fast and easy. And the internet was way better than most of the expensive places that I stay.
