Great hotel. Definitely recommend staying here while in Boulder
Close to CU and lots of restaurants/shopping. Pretty okay
Stayed here 4 nights with my wife and infant and it was great. The hotel staff was great from front desk to the breakfast staff. Quiet location that is 15 minutes from anything. Enjoyed our stay and would happily return for another.
Pretty good for a best western, breakfast not worth considering, but rooms are big and reasonably clean.
Great customer service here, and nice, clean rooms and bright, modern facilities! Great location, as well! 5/5 stars! Would love to stay here again!
Very friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. 10/10 would stay again
Beautiful hotel and area. Mountain view is good but not spectacular. Incredibly clean! Housekeeping does a fantasic job. Breakfast buffet was one of the best. Pool is nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
I stayed at this location with my friend for a couple of nights back in late June. Overall, the hotel was ok. I feel like I paid too much for the room, though, considering there was construction going on. My room was a balcony with a "view" of the Rocky Mountains, but it was more like a view of the pool with peep view of the mountains behind the buildings of University of Colorado-Boulder. The big plus was that the continental breakfast was the best I've ever had at any hotel ever. There was fresh fruit and the menu changed daily. Honestly, this how the hotel got 3 stars instead of 2 or even 1 star. I may give this place another chance once the construction is over, but I would have to get a really good deal to make up what I paid for before.
Great location great staff clean rooms awesome shower very happy and have returned many times
Awesome Best Western very clean courteous professional services I would recommend this hotel to all. The best I have stayed at .
The rooms are kind of run down and do not at all reflect the price.
Location is convenient, everything nearby, exterior may look a little outdated but interior was renovated, cozy rooms, great breakfast and wifi spead, great complimentary coffee in the rooms but surprisingly $2.00 water bottles at the same time... But overall exceptional service and very comfortable stay, I do recommend
Great breakfast and service! Good value for money. Love this quaint little hotel.
People at the front desk are awesome. My English is not great, but there were a couple of host who treated me and made me feel welcomed.
I stayed here recently while touring the CU campus. Very centrally located to the campus. Not very close to Pearl Street if that's important to you. Room was clean & quiet. It's your basic Best Western. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet, & centrally located were my only requirements. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. I'd stay here again if I was visting the campus.
Clean accommodations, good amenities, incredible breakfast. Terrific value. I don't consider staying anyplace else when I'm in Boulder.
This hotel is located in a beautiful area. Breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety of options.
This hotel is maybe ok, but is literally run by a large child.
Amazing hotel. Free bike rentals, and honestly the best free breakfast at any hotel (breakfast burritos with green chillies, bacon, sausage etc)
Warm, friendly and professional staff. Clean and attractive rooms.
The shower knob fell off in my hand, the AC didn't work, shower curtain rod was bent, and the fridge was broke. For over $200 a night I didn't any of these problems. When it was brought to Management's attention, they said it was "unfortunate". I'll never stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing!
The service, staff and the room where all exceptional.
The hotel was very clean. The room was very good size and the bed was extremely comfortable.
GREAT HOTEL!!!! Excellent AREA Close to walking paths
and shopping and Restaurants!! Easy to find and the rooms are AWESOME!!!! Will STAY all the TIME when I come to BOULDER!!!!!!
Balconies are really nice. Our room had a great view of the mountains.
extremelly nice and welcoming hotel. There is only one serious problem. The ice machine is working day and night and makes an incredible noise
Smelled like a frat house, is old and run down. Felt like I was staying in crappy student housing for nearly $300 per night. I do not recommend it.
Everything about my stay was fantastic. The only thing I could even complain about was not having a microwave in my room, and there was one in the lobby.
Great place to stay for my business trip. Super cozy bed and great breakfast!!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I'll start with the bad first. When we pulled in we had a hard time finding the front desk. During our stay we noticed others walking around confused at times trying to find the front desk as well.
The first thing we noticed when we walked in our room and started looking around was that the online pictures exaggerate the spaciousness of the room. Also, we noticed during our stay that there was a lack of attention paid to detail in some respects (ex: dead flowers and plants , bad paint job in our bathroom, dirty windows, unkept trees, paint peeling off the side of the building in some areas, certain spots in the room and around the facility that seemed like they hadn't been wiped down in a while).
We also had an issue with our AC. We had to leave it on the lowest temperature that it would go (55) for it to stay cool in our room. It would get very cold at night but would struggle to keep the room cool during the day. It was annoying but we got used to it.
A couple other minor gripes was that the pool towels were tiny and the breakfast varied in quality and selection from day to day.
With all that said..... we would certainly stay here again. We absolutely loved the view when we walked out onto the deck and looked out, the mountains were beautiful from our room. The pool area was well kept and we enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub.
Every time we interacted with the front desk they were extremely helpful and polite, they took good care of us. The housekeeping staff did a great job and were timely, also very polite. The breakfast crew was excellent and kept everything stocked up at breakfast.
The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for our stuff. There was sufficient space in the bathroom and the shower head was nice as it had a lot of pressure. The TV was a flatscreen and was pretty good size, we hooked our apple TV up to it with no issue.
Once we got used to Boulder we really appreciated the location of the hotel. It sits right next to one of the main roads and is in a central location to everything. We liked how we were only minutes away from the mountains.
I think this hotel is very close to being top notch. They just need someone who is very detail oriented to help them with their grounds. Also need a few upgrades here and there and I would be fully satisfied and giving a 5 star rating.
Rooms are spacious, clean and bed is extremely comfortable. One of the nicer BW I have stayed at. I travel for work at least monthly and stay on a lot of BW. I highly recommend this property. Staff is also extremely nice and accommodating
Location was convenient, service was excellent, breakfast was delicious.
Nice rain shower,ok pool and nice hot tub. Nice contemporary room but under par housekeeping in that you didn't get TP or clean glasses or coffee cups untill we asked asked 3rd day. Breakfast the same every day and the old lady chef was so rude and discriminating to her wait help we didn't go back after day 2. Breakfast layout was very nice and good selection. Leaky pipe under sink that we reported on day 1 and 2... never fixed and leaked whole time. Reminder this is very close to the college and student housing is directly across parking lot on two sides...very noisy and annoying. It was 4th of July do they PARTIED!! Near many other amenities, restaurants, parks, etc.
Great staff very helpful to the guest. Will stay there again for the Buffalo classic bike race. Thanks again
Comfortable and convenient to CU Boulder and downtown Boulder
Good hotel. Boulder is pricey but absolutely beautiful.
Nice staff, good bed, great breakfast.
I thought the free bottled water in the room was a nice touch. No mention of any charges on any signs or the bottles.
A month later when I received my credit card statement, I had new $4 charge.
When I called the hotel, they told me it was as for water. I mentioned that I didn t see anything about any charges for water, they said it s very fine print on the bottle.
I just happened to still have a bottle, I looked nothing on it.

The staff is very friendly, and their dinner recommendation was absolutely perfect. It made a very memorable experience.
We had the greatest stay here last weekend, everything was so cleaned, I actually allowed my toddler to do a bath because it was that clean! But here's the best of all! We rushed to get out of the room and we grabbed everything except my camera and equipment. The housekeeper turned it in to the office, right away front desk called me and they shipped it out the next morning. I just got my camera today and it was not even touched, everything looks the way I left it. Thank you guys so much because this is my passion and it wasn't lost!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
Building was under construction, confusing. Pool wasn't open. Rooms were nice, bathrooms small, bathtub was very basic.
Good place to stay, rooms are spacious, spotless and the beds are very comfy.
The hospitality is exceptional and the hotel is very nice and clean.
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The included breakfast is amazing with a wide selection and tasty food. The rooms are sparkling clean and the attached balconies are such a great place to relax in the sun. The water pressure is perfect, and there is plenty of hot water. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just across the street from food and a couple minutes away from the university where I had my meetings. It's also only a few miles away from the flat irons where you can hike. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to boulder.
This is a hidden gem. The rooms are very nice. The pool area us comfortable and scenic. The location is central and located near the amenities of Boulder.
Nice hotel for our stay in Boulder. We especially enjoyed the breakfast.
I did not stay but I did get a tour of the facility. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have onsite breakfast in a lovely room, great meeting rooms, and are close to restaurants and other downtown locations.
We love staying at the Best Western Plus in Boulder, CO. It is in walking distance to the University of Colorado, which comes in handy for parents' weekend and graduation. While the complimentary continental breakfast is typical fare, it is hardy and handy if you want a quick bite before starting your day. The rooms are nice, with clean bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. Most have views of the Flat Irons.
Very nice hotel, great location, super comfortable bed, nice porch and lawn furniture, good breakfast buffet. All good.
Staff were helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable.
The hotel was lovely. They offered free bikes for day use. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the refrigerator and AC were a bit noisy at night. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our luggage. Location was great for the conference I was attending at the University. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location adjacent to CU Boulder. Highly recommended.
Large rooms, good service, friendly receptionists, nice pools, great waffles
Very clean. Nice friendly employees. We have 3 children and needed a room with 2 queen beds. All they had available was a king but was in a bigger room they offered to bring in a fold/roll out bed which made life easier.
This hotel is very convenient, on the east side of Boulder near the CU campus. The breakfast buffet is terrific. They have a lovely pool and a hot tub. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price is a good value. This is where we usually stay when we visit our daughter in Boulder.
The room we had was pretty modest and average, two queen beds, pretty comfortable. Fairly close to downtown Boulder and the UC Boulder campus. Definitely a recommended hotel if you're visiting and looking for a clean, respectable place to stay
Stayed here this week and throughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating to your requests. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great way to start off the day and was of quality. My room was on Level 1 overlooking the flat irons; with pool view. The bed was so comfy that I wished to sleep in longer. The hotel is on University of Colorado, Boulder campus and is a short 5 -7 min drive there. Pearl Street mall is about 12 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boulder area or the University campus!
Very cool place ... chill ... not too fancy ... very clean and up to date. fits in well to what i felt in Boulder. close to parks, restaurants and the other things that make Boulder so cool.
Great location, clean, planked flooring so no carpet, breakfast is amazing, great prices!!! Pool needs a really good clean! Huge Shout Out to front desk Tommy!!! He was so kind, professional and just filled with information!!! Definitely quality customer service...Only place I will stay while my daughter is at CU for next 4 years!!!
Visiting a friend from out of town. I believe it was room 106? Very polite front desk and house keeping
Very attentive front desk very nice accommodation. Would stay there again really good location
We really appreciated the very helpful and very friendly staff. After traveling feels nice to feel welcomed. The bathroom could use this updating but I personally like the white tiles. We loved the balcony and windows w/long curtains. We had a very complete breakfast, we especially liked the waffle maker where we made our waffles fresh(and easy).
This hotel is horribly overpriced, particularly its summer rates. Its also been the single worst hotel experience of my life. The front desk staff refuse to honour the rates they quote, and the owner is an unprofessional jerk. We stayed there most of a week the last week of 2014, and, after extending our stay through New Year's Eve, and having the hold placed on our card, we were kicked out of the hotel by the owner. We were never given an explanation, just several lies (like telling us we didn't declare our pets). We have stayed at this hotel for about 20 nights over the previous year, and our loyalty was rewarded with them booting us because they overbooked their hotel. Since we were asked to leave at 4PM on New Year's Eve, and had a hold on our debit card, we ended up spending the night (with its 10 degree weather) in our car. This place is absolutely horrible. Stay away.
Spent one evening in Boulder for my husband and my 17 anniversary as a "staycation" night since we moved close. The price was reasonable and close enough to Boulder to make it the ideal coffee. Knowing it was our anniversary they upgraded our room free is charge and even provided a first basket of wine and treats. The staff were amazingly pleasant and congratulated us at every opportunity! It made for a wonderful evening and we really appreciated the small yet special acts they provided. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you all
This is the best Best Western I've stayed at. Clean, comfortable and all the amenities I needed. Staff was super kind and treated my kids like no one else! Whenever we need to stay in Boulder this will be my first choice. Close to CU, walking distance and a wonderful town to visit.
My girlfriend and I have stayed at this location multiple times and have had nothing but a great experience everytime.
Nice place with good breakfast. We had a small conference there (not our meetings , we just stayed there) and the attendants weren't quite used to the check-in difference but we eventually got it figured out. Easy walk to UC-Boulder.
Service was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was what I expected. Lots of channels on the TV and cold a/c. The showerhead leaked, one of the closet doors was broken, and the hallway smelled slightly of feces. But overall, a solid little hotel.
Nice hotel. A little annoying to have to walk across the parking lot in the cold to go to breakfast but better selection than most made up for the inconvenience.
Good front desk service, clean room and one of the best breakfast in these chain hotels (holiday inn, Hampton inn ...etc)
I stayed here as it was by far the least expensive Pet friendly hotel in the area. Staff was great, room was clean and had extremely easy access to parking with a sliding door to the patio. Literally across the highway from CU campus with multiple pedestrian tunnels for safe access.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were also very clean and cozy.
The hot tub didn't have any bubbles and was pretty dirty, plus we kept hearing this noise like a door slamming about every 45 minutes, 24 hours a day. Staff was nice and the breakfast was ok, not worth the price unless it comes with your room. Good location
Great place friendly and clean. Great location in boulder.
They are NOT Pet Friendly!!! They tell you one thing on the phone...THEN when you get there everything changes!! VERY RUDE FRONT DESK staff :( BEWARE
Beware... This is a catfish if I ever saw one. And the hotel will not budge on canceling your reservation once you arrive. Rooms are very old and dated. Staff was no help. Just book a different hotel is my advice. I am an avid traveler and you can find better.
We have stayed here every time we ve come to Boulder and it seems to just keep upgrading. Really nice staff, very clean and great location. Next to the freeway but can not hear it one bit.
Wonderful and we just got here. The staff is super accommadating. The rooms are clean and nice
horrible experience and terrible customer service, never staying in best western again
Rude people !! don t take negative comments very well just because my family wasn t happy with our stay. Sorry I didn t like my stay and I thought I was a BIG waste of money. Just to be attacked by you guys for my family speaking there mind. Last time I checked that s not how you run a business.
Pleasant stay overall. Front office entrance didn't have any signage, ended up driving around the property before finding it. Check in was quick, good intro to property and amenities. Very impressed with cleanliness and fresh flowers throughout. Room and bath were very clean, remote was in a sleeve stating it was clean. Didn't enjoy house keeping knocking on neighboring doors at 930a when check out isn't until 11p. Also thought room was over priced for age of property, and we didn't think it convenient to town. Didn't check out pool or breakfast. If basic yet clean next to the college is what you want, you'll pay bit this is it. If you want to check out downtown Boulder, I would try somewhere else.
Cozy hotel with a really nice proximity to Colorado University, the hot tub is good during snow days
Favorite hotel, as we've been staying here off and on for the last 20 years! Always great service and the amenities are better than ever. Love the breakfast!! Can't wait for a reason to be back in Boulder and stay here.
