I was pleasantly surprised, by the outstanding level of customer service I received, while having warranty work done on my 2012 Ram 2500.
As a first time customer, I was greeted like a guest. Paul, provided better than expected updates throughout the experience, as they accurately diagnosed and repaired my truck.
Paul and his service team, under the direction of Dave, exceeded my expectations. This, at a point where I was wondering if anyone cared about customer service any longer.
I've had multiple Ram 2500s and expect excellent service, while normally being disappointed. Not today!! Great job from start to finish.

I had an excellent experience here. We actually went to Quirk Jeep in Marshfield first and had an unpleasant experience so decided to come over to Best Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Plymouth. The entire process was very easy and every person we encountered was great. Chris St. Clair helped us and he was wonderful and very professional. He helped us choose the right car for us and made sure that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend if you re looking for a new car!

When it was time to talk $$$, they were very accommodating of our budget. We did not plan to make any deal today, but walked out having had placed a deposit on a vehicle for both of us. Very positive experience. Would definitely recommend

I've been a customer since this location opened, and although the service was originally excellent, they have steadily declined in the past 3 years.

After recently returning from overseas, I had them look over my 2008 Grand Cherokee as it had only been run and driven once in a while and likely had some issues.

I dropped it off on a Monday, didnt hear anything until Wednesday where all I was told was they couldn't give me an estimate and they were waiting on parts. They literally couldnt even tell me what needed to be repaired because the mechanic who looked at it was at some school for the rest of the week... really? 5 days from initially dropping it off they finally told me what needed fixing and the estimated cost.

Skip to the next Thursday (9 Business days in the shop with 2 whole calls from them to update me) and they finally fixed all the issues... or so I thought.

I'm driving along and as I'm entering a culdesac, I hit a pothole and start hearing a scraping/clicking. I pull over and look and my rear passenger side shock is just hanging there. I look at the pot hole. No sign of the bolt that secures it. I look at the shock itself not a single remnant of a bolt.

So the options are:

A)
This dealership which shows clear signs of being lazy and having no interest in customer satisfaction didn't put the bolt back in, and the pothole knocked the unsecured shock loose. Potentially destroying my wheel or worse if it had happened at high speed.

B)
The bolt they just looked at sheered and magically disintegrated (in the 10 feet I drove after the pothole I hit at 15mph) to the point not a single remnant could be found and the original hole didnt strip at all (I've already replaced it myself and had no problem putting a new one back in)

Any chance of giving them the benefit of the doubt that this magical scenario happened vanished when I called them to tell them the vehicle they just charged me thousands to work on had such a failure.

I was met with. "Huh, that's not good. I can get you in on the 28th." Yeah let me wait another 2 weeks to fix YOUR mistake. Great customer service...

Avoid this place like the plague. They don't care anymore and it shows.

I had one of the best experiences, greeted right when I pulled up. Marty came out as well and introduced himself. I received a text within a 1/2 hour that the car was in the garage. I was updated throughout the day. Best think was I could see my invoice look it over and pay on line. I live is Westborough MA and my Jeep will be service only at Best Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Thank you Marty for a great experience.

Please disclose costs to customers before the service!

I had brought my car in for an oil change and noticed a few weeks prior that my car was making a rattling noise, at low speeds when I turned the wheel. The short of this is it was warped heat shield. Instead of taking time out of my day to bring my car to my local mechanic to fix this, I went to Best to have them fix it while they were down there doing the oil change (costly mistake).

Now. I've had this exact problem with a Toyota in the past, Toyota in Hyannis fixed it for me and charged me $7 for the service about 5 years ago. I had called my mechanic he said he would just fix it for free, simple fix, easy, but I was pressed for time so I figured I would just have it done with Best, as they were doing the oil change anyhow. I assumed Best would charge me maybe $20, maybe a little more as, again, you're hammering back a piece of metal. Nope. Got to the register: $155 for their hour of service. Now, I get that service is expensive at dealerships. I get that they need to make a profit.

I was told that I authorized an hour of service. The way the representative worded this authorization to me was this-- "sure, we can fix that for you, if it takes more than an hour we will call you to authorize more". I'm thinking ok, the oil change doesn't take an hour, bending a piece of metal doesn't take more than maybe ten minutes? So I don't think they'll need more than an hour to do all that. Cool. Turns out, I authorized an hour of service for a ten-minute fix at the billing cost of $155, ON TOP of the oil change price. This price was never disclosed to me before I signed. Yes, I should have clarified, I should have asked. But having had the same issue with a car in the past, and having called a local mechanic who said he would do it for free--I didn't think there would be such a high price discrepancy. Best--I've never had one issue in the past with you all, you typically do a great job--but if you're going to charge a customer $155 please disclose this information before the service. My opinion of the service department has changed, and you had a very disappointed customer that day!

Greg is awesome, I will buy my next 100 cars from him!! Veronica is great too. They gave me a great price for my trade and set me up with a great certified pre-owned vehicle. The process was so much easier than I thought it would be. I'm really happy with the whole experience.

Today I took our Jeep Grand Cheroke in for a service apointment. I have had the good fortune to receive great service at many dealerships, ok, two, but at Best I was totally blown away by the concierge level service that I have never experienced. We are so pleased that we went to Best and we'll future patrons.

Brought my 2015 Grand Cherokee Summit in for trade in and they gave me such a lowball trade in value I was so insulted so I went to Premier Dodge in Hyannis Cape Cod they gave me $4,000 more with their first trade-in value estimate. I bought a new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab from premier. I don't know why I went back to Best Dodge in Plymouth to have a 2 inch lift and custom tires and rims mounted because they completely ruined my brand new truck with less than 5000 miles on it and it was a very simple project discontinued on for months kept getting it back to me with the same problem and continue to charge me for fixing there mistakes and I've spent an unbelievable amount of hours waiting in there waiting room. Very frustrating very disappointing they have no idea what they're doing they will take every penny they can from you and they absolutely ruined my brand new truck I had to get rid of it. Don't ever go there to buy anything or have anything repaired or installed they will take as much money from you in any way they can. I have purchased many vehicles in the past from other dealers and these people are by far the worst to deal with.

Dave, Shannon, and Eddie renewed our faith that there is still excellent customer service being done by dodge dealerships. We took our Travato in for an unexpected issue. There was a hole in the heater hose and we are traveling from Missouri. They couldn't take the van inside to complete the work due to Massachusetts laws and propane tanks. But they didn't turn us away. Instead they took care of the issue in the parking lot and it was fixed in less than an hour. Yes, folks, I said less than an hour. Thank you ALL at Best Chrysler so very much, you were a life saver for these two travelers.

Alec was fantastic! Having previously been in the car business I can certainly recognize when a salesperson is customer oriented and helpful throughout the sale and after. Alec kept in constant contact without being "pushy" and answered my emails and calls expediciously. In the end we were able to work out a deal on the ecxact vehicle I wanted. I would reccomend Alec and everyone at Best without a doubt. Thank you again for the great experience!

When they call this place Best Chryler, they mean it from the time you get out of your car you are greeted with a friendly smile to entering the building also friendly smiles and welcoming employees. Shannon has been my service advisor and she always make you feel as if there s no one else that they are attending to. She is so kind, attentive, knowledgeable and honest! in. I didn t buy my jeep at BEST and they still treat me as if I matter just as much as someone who s Purchased a vehicle there they actually make it feel like they roll a red carpet out upon arrival I ve taken my jeep a few other places in the past after finding this dealership I will never go anywhere else ever again.

I called earlier this week & got Jake as a sales rep. I explained I had a $75k pre-approval from Chrysler in hand, was interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. He said he d put some numbers together & get back to me. He didn t. He emailed me to ask if I had any questions. I emailed explaining he had never gotten back to me & he just ignored it. Go to a dealership that actually wants your business, it ll be worth it in her long run. So, heading to Premiere Jeep Cape Cod today.

Initially had great experience with their sales staff and trading my old Wrangler in. Since then their product has been a nightmare. I purchased a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL from them (my third wrangler and second brand new one). The Jeep has significant steering and electronic issues that I have brought to their attention and they have failed to remedy. The Jeep has , "death wobble" when going over any bumps or expansion joints at highway speed. This causes the vehicle to shake and lose control. The radio intermittently loses volume, came with a blown speaker, and randomly refuses to connect to blue tooth. I brought it in for warranty service to remedy the issues. They told me the steering concerns were a known issue but the parts (steering stabilizer) were on back order. They put in a new stabilizer and I got my Jeep back after about a week. The stabilizer is band-aid that does not correct the underlying steering issues. As expected the wobble has returned. They flat out didn't repair the radio system and told me it was another known issue but there isn't a fix for it. This is a brand new nearly $40K truck. This lack of quality and complacency is unacceptable. Avoid this product all costs.

Didn t have a great experience with the service department. My vehicle was supposed to be fixed in 5 days. Took over two weeks. No loaner car available. Spent hundreds of dollars on their rental. Communication not great either. Vehicle was fixed though and runs well.... for now.

I bought my brand new 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 here in January 2018. I brought the truck back a month later because I was concerned about a loud knocking noise in the engine. The service department had my car for 2 days and told me the noise was normal. Went back and fourth with them for a few days regarding the noise, continued to tell me it was a normal noise and then they refused to look at my truck again until I drove it 2,000 miles. Not satisfied with the answers I was given especially since my truck was brand new I went to another certified dealership and my truck was diagnosed within 20 minutes with a bad lifter. I called Best to let them know and while speaking with the service manager Marty, he told me that his head technician told him if they fixed the problem it would happen again in 2,000 miles and to give him if that does happen. Clearly telling me they knew something was wrong with my truck the entire time. He also had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to do the work. Long story short I needed an entire new engine in my truck, but the noise I was hearing was completly normal....I wouldn't use this service department for even an oil change.

I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought used from a Honda dealer in September. I was looking for a good shop to take it for oil changes and similar small work. I got a recall notice in the mail so a dealership seemed like a good short term solution. I read several bad reviews of dealerships in my area. Best in Plymouth had only a few reviews but they were positive. I called, made an appointment, dropped car off at night and picked up next day. Staff were very friendly, very helpful. They did my oil change and my recall and discovered two other recalls I didn't know about. It was clear to me that, as a new location, they were trying to put their best (pun intended) foot forward for a new customer but, there is nothing wrong with that. I was impressed by the service, particularly since I had purchased my Jeep elsewhere. Their efforts definitely earned a trip back the next time I need something done on my Jeep.
