My experience purchasing a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mike Yuscavitch was phenomenal! I also worked with Mike Cocce in BDC and both AJ Fiore(SM) and Steve Bent(GSM). Only been for service but it's been a good experience each time. Services were quick, considering I needed recall checks each time. My last experience at Best was better than I could of expected thanks to Jed in services. I had called day of to get my routine oil change and I was also having an issue with my tires and some cracked paint. The employee I talked to on the phone said they could get me in for an oil change but everything else would have to wait because services was booked for a couple more weeks. I was alittle bummed to hear that but what can you do. I got to Best for my appointment and was greeted by Jed. He listened to my problems and immediately took pictures of my paint, listened to my tires, submitted the photos, and within two days all of my issues where taken care of. Jed went above and beyond to make sure all of my issues where taken care of right then and there. I will definitely be back for all my Jeep services and highly recommend Jed for any of your service needs.

Extremely unimpressed. These guys have good vehicles; however, we wanted to purchase one from them and they refused to work on the price and blamed the manager for everything (yikes). We were going to drive 5 hours to get there, and they couldn t shave off $500 from the highest possible Kelly Blue Book value. They lost a sale because of $500...what? My husband and I have worked for a very successful big name dealership, and that would NEVER fly. Needless to say, we found a nicer truck local, willing to work on the price, miles ahead in customer service, and $3000 cheeper with less miles and a year newer .

The worst experience. They want a deposit before you put your application. And once we didn't agree on the numbers on the numbers they said 24 hours for refund it took almost 2 weeks. Def think twice before you head there.

After paying 1355$ and picking up the vehicle from the dealership for an overheating issue the car still had this overheating issue. We brought it back as it was under warranty. We were then called and they told us it could be something internal in the engine and we might even have to have it replaced which they would charge us more money. After initially bringing it in and they "attempted" to diagnose the problem they thought they found it and we then paid 1355 thinking the issue would be fixed we wernt planning on paying more after already paying 1355$.
Never been to Best Jeep before. Had a 2010 Jeep Compass that needed some recall warranty work. Had the car towed to Best and they took care of everything and we're very pleasant.Jed was my service advisor and I have nothing but great things to say about him and the service he gave. Thank you Jeff!

Alec Kayla was the most refreshing and knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with. I knew within the first 3 minutes of working with him that I was going to purchase from Alec and Best. I initially resigned to the fact that I d be willing to pay more for a vehicle from a dealer that made me feel comfortable but then not only was I treated very well, I also got a great deal from Alec and Best. In addition, I was not available to pick up the truck and Alec spent a good amount of time with my wife explaining the vehicle. His care for us after the sale was just as good as when we first started the process. Never have I been treated so well and it was such a great experience. I didn t have to play any games and never was I pressured by a manager or a closer . Alec is the right person to have representing Best to the public. I want to tell you all the service department is one of the best if not the best in the area. We bought a car from a not so reputable dealer and days after the 30 day warranty ran out the engine started over heating. Marty in service told me that this had happened to this car before and the head was warped. I am sure this had happened before. The dealer told me that the car had been returned because the lady's husband had developed and illness so she couldn't keep the car. Needless to say I was a little apprehensive of dealerships. The service dept did all they could to keep the price down and did a wonderful job Thanks MARTY.
My father in law and I went by there just to check out the new Jeep Gladiator pickup and the Ram pick up. This is a beautiful dealership and the place must be an excellent place to shop because it was really busy.

Brought ram 2500 there. Was told the catalytic converters were gone needed to be replaced at a cost around $4000 just for parts. Then took it to an exhaust place theh examined the cats and there was nothing wrong with them!!!!!! Should be illegal!

do not book service online. I cleared my day and gave up a weekend to drive in early to service my jeep having booked an appointment online on Monday for Saturday. no one contacted me and when I get there not only no record of the appointment but "theres nothing we can do, we're booked"

I felt like Mike Y., A.J. and Steve the GSM all did their best to provide me with an amazing car buying experience. Tom in the finance department was also great. He kept my deal for a few days and shopped it to more banks that didn't respond at first and found me a rate that was 2% lower than the first deal. I will be back and as long as they keep the same level of customer service I will never go to another dealer.

Kyle did an excellent job of showing me what the dealership had to offer. He gave me plenty of time to browse and helped me pick out the right Jeep for me! He wasn't pushy about anything, was very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, and helped me get as close as possible to the price I wanted to pay. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were also all very nice and accommodating. Kyle had left me alone to do some browsing on my own accord, and unlike other dealerships I've encountered, the other reps simply asked me if I needed any help and once they knew I was with Kyle left me alone and did not bother me. That is extremely valuable when picking out a big investment. I don't like feeling like I'm being forced to buy something because of pushy sales people, and this dealership I'm happy to say has none of that!

Incredibly impressed and will definitely be recommending them. Pro Tip, they list internet listings lower than their lot listing, check sites like Auto Trader first (if buying used).
I serviced my car here and would not recommend this place to anyone. When they were diagnosing an issue with my car, they did not call me. After almost 24 hours with no word, I had to call them to get the status and there was no apology for not calling me, they had diagnosed the issue hours before. They then proceeded to try and up sell me to get unnecessary work done on my car. Then they over charged my credit card by $900! It took them about a month to get my money back to me. They lost my check in the mail and tried to blame it on me. I ended up having to leave work early to drive to them to get my check. Happy I sold my Jeep and now have a Mazda, don t have to come here again!

BEST Dealership ever! If you have a Jeep and live on the Cape (or any vehicle ) take a ride to Plymouth and visit BEST Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. You will see a HUGE difference in customer satisfaction. We did the minute we walked in from the salesman (Thank you Paul!) to the finance mgr. (Thank you Erik!!). We bought a beautiful truck and they bought our beautiful Jeep I will never go back to the old place on the Cape, never!
Probably one of the worst dealerships that I have ever been to, horrible customer service. As soon as you walk in the receptionists are yelling across the lobby about their personal problems, "Mikey" the sales rep was awful! Didn't seem like he knew what he was doing.. honestly felt like they didn't want my business not sure if it was because I was gay but absolutely terrible not willing to work with me in any way, the "Appraiser" was also incompetent at his job.. he pretty much told me I was a dumb ass for buying a rear wheel drive Jeep, but yet I just bought a 2017 wrangler once I went into a different Jeep dealership with a great trade in price. I'll definitely let all my friends know to stay away from this place as well! Wish I didn't have to give any stars to this place.

I have faithfully used Best Chrysler in Plymouth for oil changes ever since they were on Cherry Street. Prices were great and they would always give a free car wash and shuttle back to work etc. The people were all very nice and courteous from start to finish especially the drivers and the receptionists. I would have given them a 5-star review, however the last time I was there a year-and-a-half ago I got my truck back and it had a noticeable blue ding/dent on my driver's door. I called the following day and spoke with Jed who was my service writer. He said someone would review the video, and he would call me on Monday and if it happened there they would have it repaired. Turned out the color blue was the same as their lifts and it appears the technician carelessly opened the door hitting the lift causing the blue dent. I never got my call back from Jed and rather than pursue it I chose to have it repaired at my own cost. That was my last time there. I emailed sometime later with no response from Best. I am disappointed because it was very convenient. I don't want the same thing to happen again so I choose to do my oil changes myself. With the exception of this incident, this place should have been a 5 star

No amount of stars would do this place justice. We have been to many dealerships before we came across Best Dodge in Plymouth, and could not be happier with the vehicle we purchased. Our salesman, Jake, was more than helpful and provided excellent customer service as well. Many dealers we've dealt with were very pushy and overbearing, however this was not the case with Jake. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and did whatever he could to give us the best experience he could. Their financial managers Kyle and Eric we're also extremely helpful as well as informative. I would absolutely recommend this dealership.

I couldn't have asked for a better first car purchasing/leasing experience than working with the team at Best. At the beginning of my search I visited a few dealerships closer to Boston but when I spoke with the team at Best I was sold. Not only did they find me exactly the Jeep I was looking for but they were extremely competitively priced. The entire transaction was seamless and the team (from sale team to financing manager) turned a potentially stressful experience into an exciting one. Since I've had my vehicle the team has checked-in to make sure things are going well and that I'm happy with everything or to see if I have any questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to working together again.

ABSOLUTE CROOKS. Wanted $900 for brake pads and rotors. I checked the pads myself and they were almost new! They also performed a recall on my passenger airbag which caused my airbag light to spontaneously turn on, they charged me $170 dollars to tell me that now my driver airbag needed to be fixed. Hmmm.... isn't that an interesting coincidence? I was quoted $700 dollars to fix that, but I did it myself in 3 hours with a $150 dollar part. If you do the math then they are charging $180 an hour! That is more than a lawyer costs needed to sue these dirt bags!
Made deal with these people over the phone. On way to put deposit down and get a text message "Sorry we sold the truck. Never do any kind of budiness there again.

This is my second time doing business at Best Jeep in Plymouth and both times the entire experience was phenomenal! This time I traded in my 2015 for a brand new 2020 model and couldn t be happier. My salesman was Kyle who showed me multiple vehicles and found the one that would work best in my price range. He even gave me helpful advice on a different insurance company that ended up saving me a lot of money!! Kolby in finance was also a pleasure to work with! When I picked up the Jeep, Kyle sat with me and helped me pair my phone and went through all of the cool little settings explaining everything. There is a Jeep dealership five minutes from where I live but driving the 45 minutes to Plymouth was well worth it. As long as I m driving a Jeep this will be the place I go!!

Just purchased a fabulous Jeep Wrangler (used but I mint condition) The whole process was made so easy from meeting with Ben, to our salesman Chris and then one of the managers, Tim. The atmosphere was great - easy, no-pressure, total transparency with all the details of the car easily addressed. Chris handled all the paperwork and arranged to have the car delivered to us. He made sure the whole process went smoothly. Would have to say at this point, this was one of the BEST purchasing experiences!!
