My last experience at Best was better than I could...

My last experience at Best was better than I could of expected thanks to Jed in services. I had called day of to get my routine oil change and I was also having an issue with my tires and some cracked paint. The employee I talked to on the phone said they could get me in for an oil change but everything else would have to wait because services was booked for a couple more weeks. I was alittle bummed to hear that but what can you do. I got to Best for my appointment and was greeted by Jed. He listened to my problems and immediately took pictures of my paint, listened to my tires, submitted the photos, and within two days all of my issues where taken care of. Jed went above and beyond to make sure all of my issues where taken care of right then and there. I will definitely be back for all my Jeep services and highly recommend Jed for any of your service needs.
