I am staying in San Francisco for the summer, and I'm so glad that I found Bernal Yoga. The community is amazing, the teachers are wonderful, and what I can say is that I trust the teachers. I know that I'm in good, professional hands, and feel like the instructors (especially Meagan) are very attentive and constantly watching your form, and making sure you are getting the most out of your workout!!! Really love it here!!
I have been to several classes with different teachers at Bernal Yoga and each has been wonderful in its own way. I have loved the teaching styles, the ambience and environment, and my fellow yogis have been so kind and welcoming! I highly recommend!
I'm only able to attend classes regularly on weekends, which is a bummer, but the teachers I've had are wonderful. The Saturday morning class with Jason tends to challenge me more physically, while the Sunday morning class with Katy challenges me more mentally. All in a good way. I recently started a regular yoga practice at another studio that I became very attached to, and it was difficult to make a switch to something, anything new. Bernal Yoga is a place I'm happy to call home.
I am new to the Yoga scene and was looking for a location that was close to where I live. Bernal Yoga is the first location I have tried and I like it. I sense the community that this space brings together. The ambiance is peaceful. The classes I have taken so far have been wonderful. I look forward to continuing my practice.
Great workout studio that offers more than just yoga classes. Everyone very friendly and look forward to Megan's classes. Highly recommend!
Bernal Yoga is amazing, I feel so luck to have it as my local yoga studio. They host a variety of classes for all levels and interests, in a quaint, calm, and peaceful space.
I've taken five Restorative Yoga classes with Amiko and found them so restful and refreshing. The studio is welcoming, tidy and clean and the patrons are friendly. I look forward to renewing my Pass.
I m a beginner but already love this place. Skilled, friendly instructors. Clean space and props. Excellent classes. Such a wonderful place!
I really enjoy this little studio. Laid back, tranquil atmosphere. I always leave feeling rejuvenated. Nice pace to the class and always room for modifications. A good mix of age ranges practicing as well.
I just recently moved to Bernal and was looking for a studio in the neighborhood. Bernal Yoga is just a few blocks from my house so I decided to check it out. Not only is the location convenient, it has an idyllic neighborly feel to it. Everyone seems to know each other. The classes that I ve taken so far are really good with mixed levels of students. I feel like I am learning with each class that I take <3
