Very impressed with this place. Great wines, kind staff and not too crowded. Really enjoyed the serene tasting experience. One of the best vineyard in Napa and their on site wines are amazing. I don t like white wine but I loved what they had and even got a bottle.

I came all the way from New Jersey to buy a bottle of wine to drink at this place. The person selling the wine says I cannot buy a bottle to drink unless I am a wine club member. Then I said to him You guys don t allow people from New Jersey to join the wine club so how is that possible. He says if you have an address out of state you can join. Listen buddy, I don t know about you Californians, but I don t have enough money to buy a second house in another state just to buy your wines. This place lost my business and I will surely tell everyone in the Garden State (that I know) about my experience in this so called establishment.

My favorite winery in Napa. The grounds are gorgeous; it's always worth a stroll around. The wine is my favorite as well, and if you're a club member, you're treated like royalty. A glass of their reserve Chardonnay + some cheese and crackers + that amazing porch = the perfect Napa day. There are different places to enjoy wine tastings, and you can choose from an array of prices. There are gift shops, of course, but what you really want is the reserve tasting. The staff are patient and knowledgable and will walk you through wines at your own pace. It's usually our first stop...and our last!

Beautiful setting in St Helena for wine testing from their own vineyards. It offers different options to enjoy their wines. We had "Under the Oaks" tasting, with 3 picks from a 6 wine options menu plus a cheese/snacks small tray. Excellent service. There was live music also! Walking distance from downtown

I disagree with most who say the "big ones are too corporate and that they don't make good wine" as it is a complete lie...at least in the case of Beringer. Yes, they are big and they are that way because they are good at what they do and make an excellent product. Staff there were excellent and even gave me a sample of wine from the 80s to try! Highly recommend stopping in at the very least, to see the beautiful buildings/grounds but do try their wine as you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I visited Napa Valley last month and made our way to Beringer and took the cave tour. Following that we did a tasting in the Rhine house and really enjoyed it. We even were able to try a 1989 Cabernet. Overall excellent service and wine so we joined the reserve club.

My wife and drink wine occasionally and only know the basics about wine, it can be very intimidating! Paul gave us a tour, he was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide. I would highly recommend this winery and would tour it again if we go back to Napa.

Enjoyed Beringer during the month of September with a group of about 30 people. Elegant old property full of history. Very solid selection of reds. Staff was a charm especially considering the size of the group.

My wife went out to visit and went to do the tasting of reserve wines. Because we had a bad experience last year of them waiting to ship our order, we asked if everything was in stock. The lady called the warehouse and they confirmed that all 12 bottles were in stock. She placed the order. A few days later I sent an email asking for tracking information and was told they didn't "have inventory" i.e. somebody lied. I cancelled the $750 order. The only way you can be sure if it is in stock is to take it with you when you leave. I will never buy a bottle of Beringer wine again. UPDATE:
Just like magic, I got an email that said it shipped complete yesterday. Looks like cancelling a order makes the wheels turn faster.....

Loved the legacy tour, which took us through their wine caves. The guide took us on a journey through the history of the winery and we tasted 3 wines along the way. Must visit: Rhine House (mansion). It's beautiful!

Beringer Vineyards is a large winery in St. Helena, California. No winery more thoroughly embodies the timeless appeal and seductive flavor of Napa Valley than Beringer Vineyards, Napa s benchmark producer since its establishment in 1876.

Visitors are welcome to explore the expansive property, which was designated a historic district on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001

The grounds at Beringer are gorgeous, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Just a relaxing and beautiful place.

Beringer is the place to visit for those who wish to experience the unique history and the terroir of Napa Valley.

I booked a tasting at Beringer for 5 people, cancelled within their cancellation policy in June and have not received a refund. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times and continue to get a run-around or just completely no response. Their latest excuse was that they could not refund me my $135 because I was issued a new credit card between now and June. So I said I would accept a gift card or credit to purchase wine, and was also told they needed to check with accountants and get back to me. Still have not heard back even after more emails and voicemails.

Really disappointed in this experience as it was somewhere I was very excited to take my family.

Beringer Winery is one of our favorites. The wine is always delicious and the people seem to really care. We've been lucky enough to go to some special events there and they are always done to a "T". Thanks for the good times Beringer, we'll be back.

Lorriane helped us at welcome center. She was informative and had a great attitude. Went to tasting room and walked around with my glass of white zindafel Moscato. The grounds are easy accessible and lots of seating around property.

We had an amazing time at Beringer Vineyards in May. The food and wine pairing tour was over sold after paying for the service but Beringer completely exceeded our expectations especially Janine Weiche who took it upon herself to give us a refund yet gave us a private tour of the cave and took us through the history of the winery while sampling some wine. This was certainly a highlight of our trip to Napa! Beringer offers excellent customer service, amazing wine, and wonderful memories! Highly recommended! Thank you!
