Took me about 2 weeks of texting and of me Deciding what car I wanted, Finally I drove home my new 2019 CLA wooo so exciting. He listen to me about things I wanted in the car. If I may need anything I text him and he is very responsive. He set up my Maintenance appointment when my car asked for maintenance. Most recently I was in a car accident and he was Extremely helpful and guided me through some steps since I d had never been in an accident before. I am very pleased with the customer service he has provided me with. If you looking to get a new car contact him, and you to will be very Satisfied like myself..
Horrified with the Service Center. The nice building and waiting area are the only good about them. Terrible customer service and terrible work ethics. This will be the last time going to them. I would NOT recommend at all, especially John J. Powell, Service Advisor, who is dishonest and unprofessional. Don't trust him.
Mercedes Banz : Worst experience in service
Mar 12 : , CLS 550 given to change the flat tire, the car was to ready on 13 or latest by 16 as per Mr. Andy. When car was not returned, called up service center at 6 PM, was informed car is not ready and Mr. Andy will call soon, Mr. Andy called at 6:30 PM and informed, the car is not ready, the wheel specialist is expected on Mar 17 to examine the car, again no news for two days, finally got the car on Mar 19.
Mar 19 : S550 was picked up for service,did not take the loaner as I was told car will be ready next day i.e on Fri 20. When called service, was shocked to know from the officer on the phone that they do not have my car as not showing in the computer. called our sales rep. Mr. Peter, who went to Andy and complained, Andy promised him that he will call me within 10 minutes, NO call from Andy, called on Sat 20 around 10 AM, asked for Andy, he had not come yet, left VM, called again at 12 PM, was informed that Mr. Andy is off on that day, asked about the car, same reply they do not have the car, out of panic, personally visited service center, Ms. Stafny outside the parking asked me the reason of my visit, she too confirmed that car is not with them, finally she took me to Mr. Williy who said car is ready and I can pick up !! The car was delivered to my res soon. ON Mon Mar 23 when I started the car, was shocked to notice warning display of having low coolant in radiator ! The car was ready the same day, Mr. Sosyo changed a tire having small bubble without charges as a curtsey, On Mar 24, I noticed, car was slightly wobbling sometime, to confirm my doubt, I continue monitoring the car, realized on Mar 26 that the wobbling starts only after the speed is over 50 MPH, called up service and complained, the car was picked up again from my res. and was informed by Sosyo that one of the rims is damaged and need to replaced, cost would be $1800 Plus tax. Finally car was delivered on MAR 31.
April 4 : CSD 550 was taken to service station for another flat tire, got a call at 1 PM that car is ready and some will drop the same within next 10 minutes, when the car did not come, we called service to our shock, we were informed that the car is already picked up by some body !! My son called Peter and rushed to service center, they car was in the parking garage !! the reason given was the drivers were not available !!
The place is nice and inviting but the level of profesionalism is the wrost!! Please be aware that they do not represent Mercedes Benz they way and workmanship benz are known for. I got a multi-point inspection with oil change($500) on the record everything pass no issues where found. I got a flat tire so i bring the car back to them to find out that i have actually about $8,000 on oil leackage repairment that they miss just a month ago when i spesifically pay for them to check that everything was working good. They offer me an apology but unfortunatly a i am so sorry does not compensate for them missing such a big mistake. Not to mention that the oil problem was not imformed to me only when i looked at the receipt and see the notes. I never expect such a bad level of profesinalism from benz dealer. Please if you want a good job done go somewhere else is wroth the extra miles!

I was amazed that they gave me a loaner vehicle for something as simple as a rim repair on two rims. The loaner was real nice GLE too. That's going above and beyond in my opinion. The rims were repaired perfectly at a price I couldn't beat anywhere else.
I live in Houston, TX and was looking for a 2009 CLK550 Certified Pre-owned. This car is pretty hard to find so off the mbusa website I found Benzel Busch. Buying a car is stressful enough, imagine buying one over 1,000 miles away. But Scott Raymond at Benzel Busch made the process extremely easy and was very opened and honest with any "flaws" with the car (there was a tiny rock chip mark which he had fixed before sending my way). Within 30 minutes of our phone conversation, he sent me a dozen or so high resolution photos (he went out and took them) to give me a better idea of how the car looked (since the websites generally have lower res images).
He was very fair in dealing with me, negotiating the price, and even set up transport to Houston for me. I had never transported a car and started getting overwhelmed with finding a reputable transport company, so I took Scott on his offer to use the guys they use and did not regret that decision one bit. Like I said I bought the car pretty much sight unseen (at least in person) and was extremely nervous. When my car showed up a few days after signing the papers, the car showed up in perfect condition.
THe main reason I picked Benzel Busch over a few other dealers selling this car was because of Scott's professionalism and friendliness. This car was pretty loaded but missing one "feature" I wanted that another dealer had - but because I felt really comfortable with Scott and he went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable buying this car from the other side of the country, I decided to stick with Benzel Busch and make the purchase. I felt like I got a fair deal on the car, probably a great deal. I feel so comfortable that I'll probably buy my next one with this dealer. I only wish these guys were in Houston.
This was my third lease from Benzel Busch...Giovanni B makes the process so easy and seamless....he is exceptional and their service department is second to none and truly top notch!

Overpriced and horrible managers and ownership. A small local dealer in Englewood charging NYC prices and not providing near the level of service. It's transparent that any other dealership is better suited in helping a customer with a new car other then Benzel-Busch.

Very nice facility. Comfortable waiting area with large tv and cafe featuring coffee and espresso machine and fresh fruit. Can sometimes be slow when checking in and out for service. Great service reps that are knowledgeable and responsive. Truly the best service I've received, not only from a dealership, but overall customer service. The reps take pride in what they do and treat me with respect. The work is always done accurate and timely. I've been coming here for the past 4 years and this high level of service is consistent.
They are charging diagnostic fee and repair "separately" Normally diagnostic fee gets waived when repair is authorized at other places.
Mercedes should shut this place down, the only place where they tell you to pay $200 for a diagnostic when you are under extended warranty. Avoid this place at all cost they are scammers at the service department, I drive 20 miles to Mercedes Nanuet for all my service, lower price and no thievery, they might not offer sodas and cookies but you pay nothing when you have extended warranty. Oil change is also another area they charge more than anyone else.
Never ever going there again. The reviews are fantastic but I differ. Ended up at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan and bought a car.

The best experience in a car dealership, ever! I normally hate buying cars...somehow my experience has always been negative in the past. Either dismissive or incompetent salespeople, poor inventory, jacked up prices or all of the above - you name it. So when I decided to give Benzel - Busch a call I was rightfully pessimistic having previously visited and spoken with four other MB dealerships in the area. But my experience at Benzel-Busch was A+ from the very start. Joseph Simsek is a truly amazing sales professional who treated me with respect and was able to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I have leased 3 other MB at other dealers in the past, but this time at Benzel Busch the service was exceptional. It was relatively easy to get the deal done and not a lot of time wasted like some other dealers.
The staff are very helpful but the rental is a little messy and not quite clean. I do expect a little more from Benzel, that's all.

I experienced issues at my current dealership s service department after they switched ownership. Benzel-Busch scheduled my service with a loaner (comparable to my own car) with ease. Chris the agent did an excellent job of addressing all my concerns and gave me a breakdown of everything that would be performed with cost so I could decide how to proceed. I will definitely be going back even though it isn t the closest location.

I had my vehicle repaired at this location, the job was horrible, things was installed upside down vehicle Hood was bend and not in line with with the car lines, you actually can see the engine through when the hood is closed.. it's a joke !! and I was thinking to bring the vehicle to Mercedes dealer I'm going to get the best service !!! Wrong
On top of all this " ROBERT BRUCE " does not want to take responsibility trying to find every trick in the book why he should not be responsible for the way the vehicle not repaired right !!, and he got top dollars for this repair from the insurance company !!
And on top of all that treats the clients like garbage !

Luxury Haus didn t tell me there were damages to the car I bought from them and the CarFax report they gave me had all green check marks. While I was being attended to, a woman was running late to pickup her 5 kids from school and her car was not ready, Bob and his co-workers quickly understood the importance of the woman's need and swiftly arrange a suitable loaner for her on the fly - now that's care and understanding of the customers need outside of just car service. I got the right answer after enjoying a breakfast crumpet baked to my liking and a cup of... actually two cups of espresso: Done!
