WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had, they behave like a Chop Shop the service guy JONATHAN will surprise you with bills that you were never told of before or never disclose or signd on, and when you say i dont agree !! they say you pay or we hold your car !! Be careful, no honesty Integrity or customer satisfaction.
Collision Center horrible !! don't ever take your car to be repaired at this location " ROBERT BRUCE " the Collision Center manager run this place like at Chop Shop !! will do anything to avoid honesty integrity and a professional work, and the last thing he cares about is customer satisfaction !
I had my vehicle repaired at this location, the job was horrible, things was installed upside down vehicle Hood was bend and not in line with with the car lines, you actually can see the engine through when the hood is closed.. it's a joke !! and I was thinking to bring the vehicle to Mercedes dealer I'm going to get the best service !!! Wrong
On top of all this " ROBERT BRUCE " does not want to take responsibility trying to find every trick in the book why he should not be responsible for the way the vehicle not repaired right !!, and he got top dollars for this repair from the insurance company !!
And on top of all that treats the clients like garbage !
No manners no integrity very rude !!
