He was never pushy and was attentive in exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to pay ... Fast forward , because of the experience he provided , I ended up upgrading and took home the 2017 C 300 Coupe. Couldn't be more happier and would highly referr and recommend him to others. I used to visit this shop during weekend, for 3 annual services and several recalls. Most times I got served in timely manner.
Today on Tuesday, I scheduled a 1pm appointment in order to utilize my lunch break time, but waited for 50 mins in store, which is unacceptable for Benz service. I only need the loaner car and leave my car for recall service.
They are very courteous and professional and they get the job done in a timely manner.
