this it's one of the worst places I've ever visit !!
Really bad customer service the sales team of very sneaky and tricky.
And the worst experience I had is with the collision center !! They do things half-assed very unprofessional and definitely not in Mercedes standards be very careful !! use other dealers in the area instead of going there you will have bad experience I guarantee !!

This was my first time at both sales and service locations. Jose was wonderful and made the transaction really seamless. However, I was not impressed with the Service location. The Service rep did not know what was being done on the car (something that was on the email I received from them). I felt rushed. I am not planning to go back to this location. I will continue to take my car to be serviced at the Paramus location.

We had an excellent experience working with Abe. Not only was he very detailed with the vehicle options but he most importantly met the price we were trying to work with. The manager was extremely pleasant and made us feel like the customer truly mattered.

My only comment would be towards the front desk staff at this dealership. The receptionist took our information and completely forgot to advise the agents that we were looking to purchase. We walked around for 30 min with no one assisting us all the while it was 10am on a Monday with us being the only customers. She was completely disengaged.

What an amazing and flawless customer service! My left low beam headlight died, which is a pain to replace in MB E350. I called Benzel-Busch late afternoon and they could help me the next early morning. I got welcomed by a true pro, who explained what they were going to do and offered a car wash if I had enough time.

I then waited in the lounge while enjoying an espresso and while my son was watching the repair through the glass side. The costs were hardly more than just buying the light bulbs myself and I was out within an hour with a feel of "they took truly great care of me". Hope my next car will be MB so I can get the service here.

I have been a Mercedes customer for 9 years but this past January was my first experience with Benzel-Busch. From the first contact via email to the delivery of my new GLC300, I have been so impressed with the professionalism and personal service provided by Sal Architto and his staff at Benzel-Busch. Finding the right vehicle, receiving a great price at the start, going over the financials, turning in the old vehicle/picking up the new one, none of these things is particularly easy to deal with, but Sal and his staff made all of this very smooth and seamless. I felt like a valued customer and like my time was valued. I would highly recommend the Benzel-Busch Mercedes Dealership.

The only comment I have is that the service rep recommended that one of my tires be replaced soon. I told him that a car with 18,000 miles of easy driving should not need replacement. That tire should not wear out ( and it is not worn). The tread on my tires is fine. Sorry to disagree.

As a customer of your dealership, I had an overwhelmingly negative experience with your dealership in specific regards to its service department, you guys claim to satisfy and delight your customers but the only feelings I can express after doing business with your dealership would be disgust with the way you conduct yourselves. I came into your dealership looking to fix the window issue on my CL55 AMG which according to your representative was no more than a 200-300$ job. I agreed because while It was not a major issue if it could be fixed by a couple hundred dollars I was willing to go ahead with it. Days passed as the car sat in your facility and when I texted your representative he said that the shop had not looked at it yet. About 3 days later, I received an invoice in my email for the service and the total was more than $2400! It was amazing that you managed to take a relatively simple procedure and turn it into a multi-thousand dollar expense, its almost as if anyone who stops by your dealership has to spend at least a thousand. My question is how are you trying to elevate my service experience? All you have managed to do is ruin the reputation that I assumed you had. The way you guys operate is to take advantage of customers, through dishonest business practices, most customers that buy and service cars at your dealership aren't very familiar with anything related to cars and definitely aren't mechanics that's how you guys profit but these tricks won't work on me as I work in the business. I gave you guys a chance because I did not have a good first experience at your dealership but I was convinced by your representative that you guys will fix your wrongdoings but you have only managed to turn me away

What a lovely and pleasant experience! We worked with Frank Lauro and he is an absolute pleasure and extremely professional and friendly. He knew that we were browsing and wanted to keep our options open before we make a definitive decision on our next car and he was respectful and didn't push us into anything. He provided us with excellent service and a friendly manner the entire time. When we decide on purchasing our next vehicle, if we do decide on a Mercedes, we will absolutely be purchasing from Frank. We highly recommend working with him and can say you will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great experience, Frank!

Worked with Steve and had a great experience. This was my first entry into luxury autos and I decided on an Audi A4. Was given a lot of attention and had a great time. He was professional, kind, and funny all at the same time. Really quick transaction including my trade in from another state, which I thought might delay things. In and out with my Audi A4 Premium Plus within a few hours. Lovely car and exactly as described online. Not your typical dealer experience to say the least. This place is clean, modern, run well, and staffed well. There are also LOTS of tempting exotic Mercedes Benz on display... Maybe I will get one next time. Thank you for everything and I love my Audi!!! Highly rate and recommend Steven David and Benzel Busch to all luxury car seekers!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I ve eve...

Absolutely the best car buying experience I ve ever had. The salesperson did the whole transaction on the phone (I live 3 1/2 hours away) and was fantastic. Everything was ready when I went to pick up the car. The dealership is fantastic and the cars are exceptional. I highly recommend them. I will be doing my future car purchasing with them.

5 stars is not enough to describe the experience I had with the VIP treatment I received from David Nieves. I would rate my experience an 20 out of 10. I dropped off my car for service on a recall and David made my entire experience a breeze, from start to finish. I did not miss a beat of my work life and personal errands thanks to the beautiful 2019 GLC loaner. When my car was returned to me, it was sparkling clean and 5 times better than when I dropped it off. Thank you David Nieves for the ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT service!

I had a loaner car from Mercedes-Benz for a week. I picked up my vehicle today, and when I returned home I realized that had forgotten my iPad Pro in the loaner. I texted my service advisor and he promptly replied that it was on his desk. I then called the general manager and told him about the young man s honesty. The GM said he would recognize him tomorrow. Ravi brought together an experience for us from the moment he first met us, the test drive, understanding our financial criteria, selecting a car for us, price and the post-sales follow up. We love the car we got and Ravi was phenomenal in working with us very patiently. Most importantly, the courtesy, the professionalism, the non-pressurizing sales process, and taking every single one of our criteria seriously demonstrated to us what owning a Benz is all about. You feel the Benz luxury experience in the way the staff treats you, works with you and its only reinforced when you drive a Benz of the dealer's lot. Ravi and his team spent nearly 2 hours with us after the deal to teach us all the features of the car. We even drove back to the dealership once with questions and him and his team helped us out. If you want to own a Benz - go to Ravi. He will find a way to make it work for you !!

This review is only for the Parts department not for service, Josh at the parts department is the most friendly, helpful and most knowledgable Mercedes employee I have ever spoken with. Wait time is short they actually pick up the phone no voice-mail like other dealerships, Josh is always patient and willing to help you find the right part, he knows everything about your vehicle and will tell you exactly what you need. I have called many Mercedes Parts department all over NJ and NY nobody comes close to Josh.

My experience with Benzel-Busch was amazing. Salesmen Steven David and Manager Jason were completely honest and upfront and made purchasing the vehicle easy and smooth. I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours. They provided me with an excellent trade in value and their bottom of the barrel price on the vehicle I was purchasing. Will definitely seek them out again when purchasing a vehicle.

Love the people in service and sales but the people in financial services have failed me so many times that I can no longer justify using this company in the future. It should not be so hard to send in an odometer meter reading and get my title proving that I own the vehicle. I have talked to seven or more people over the course of a month and a week. Now I m told I need to wait another 7-10 days?

Thought I would take a moment to call out the great experience I had in buying my CPO Mercedes AMG from the Benzel Busch team. While I have done a number high value car transactions over the years, I have never done a completely out of state transaction. Steven David and the Benzel Busch team were fantastic in helping me through the process.
From offering me a fair trade in price on my existing vehicle, connecting me with a reputable and affordable transport company, and following up with the delivery of a new to me MB that was in even better shape than I expected: this team made the whole process easy. Even when we encountered a little bump in the road on a service item after the sale, they stepped up to the plate, all the way from New Jersey, to help resolve things here in Seattle.
That is the kind of customer service and support that is incredibly hard to find these days, and Benzel Busch has gained a new customer for years to come.
Value, honesty, and service set them apart, and they will be at the top of my list when looking for the next vehicle.

My son was interested in a car he saw online at this dealership. He made an appointment last weekend to take a look at it. He worked with a Salesman named Ben Walsh. He was patient, not pushy just to make a sale and great customer service skills. Ben was upfront, honest and the purchase of the vehicle went smooth and quickly. In addition, we worked with a guy in the finance dept who was equally professional. Hands down best dealership we've worked with. Thank you for helping my son make his first big purchase. A few years ago a friend of mine purchased his first Mercedes Benz from Benzel Busch Motors in Englewood, NJ. He absolutely loved the car and couldn t stop talking about it. But in addition to the car he also raved about the people and what an awesome experience he had during the initial purchase and during his later visits. Being a business professional myself, I took special note of this because at the end of the day regardless of who you are or what you do, it always comes down to the relationship. We are all in the People Business .

Needless to say when the time came to purchase my own Mercedes, Benzel Busch was my only choice. My sales rep Sallee Pietri was an absolute professional. She was extremely pleasant and showed great poise through the entire purchase experience and it truly is an experience. Benzel Busch gave me the White Glove Treatment . This is what I heard many years prior they have truly exceeded my expectations.

In addition to Sallee, the following individuals deserve notable mention for taking the customer service experience to a whole new level that many companies can only hope to aspire to.

This is the worst dealership in NJ. They are very rude and disrespectful I was at the dealership yesterday they gave me an offer and I went back to get that offer they gave me 300 dollars more. Michael is very rude and disrespectful and they make you feel uncomfortable. Worst dealer ever avoid this dealership because they are very nasty. The service is very poor and they make you wait an hour to see someone.
