Even THIS transaction was a hassle because the sellers had their paperwork in an absolute mess. But thankfully Ray has the connections- local contractors, title agents, property inspectors- to make things happen. And this man has the patience of Job. We had questions about the water supply after the papers were signed and the money changed hands. We hit Ray up and he STILL answered our questions! This guy goes all-out all the time and isn t pushy or over-the-top. He has time for every stupid question and if he doesn t have the answer right away, he ll be back with it in no time.
