This was the first time I purchased a home by myself, so I probably asked her the same questions more than once. My Husband and I moved to Clinton County from Cleveland in 5/17. We figured it wouldn t be hard to find a house to buy in our price range that ticked all the boxes- we couldn t have been more wrong! After a month or so of some viewings and a few meh meetings with realtors, a relative emailed me a house Ray Sarkees was showing. That did not end up being the one, and that s what made Ray the best possible guy to have on our team. We started contracts on THREE other houses before we found our home- THREE! One got grabbed by a cash buyer. We bid on another and had to back out because it was too far away from where we needed to be. The third ended up being a mess once the inspection came in. But Ray didn t give up! He kept in touch, emailing me listings he knew were in our price range and that met our needs and wants. Ray stuck with us for the better part of a year! Even when we were ready to quit, Ray kept plugging along. And when we did find our home, Ray was on the phone and doing the paperwork right away. I viewed the home in the morning, called my Husband in my excitement, and Ray got us back out here THE SAME NIGHT so my Husband could see it too. Even THIS transaction was a hassle because the sellers had their paperwork in an absolute mess. But thankfully Ray has the connections- local contractors, title agents, property inspectors- to make things happen. And this man has the patience of Job. We had questions about the water supply after the papers were signed and the money changed hands. We hit Ray up and he STILL answered our questions! This guy goes all-out all the time and isn t pushy or over-the-top. He has time for every stupid question and if he doesn t have the answer right away, he ll be back with it in no time. I ll never be able to say enough nice things about Ray. The guy is the consummate professional. Ray Sarkees will get you the keys!
