I'm extremely satisfied with the high level of customer service received by the BMW parts department. In particular representative Stuart was extremely helpful and very friendly, he clearly loves what he does which is treating people with upmost care maintaining the brands reputation to a high standard. He was absolutely perfect in assisting in my purchase and even offered to help carry the heavier items to my car. Cant fault the level of service!
